# Is there any way through which I can go back to the Previous Step?? Like, I have used this in Salesforce to create an Account, Contact and Opportunity, I used the basic processes for the Navigation. I filled all the fields as per the navigation workflow, but suppose if by chance I clicked on the cross button, in between, then Is there any way through which the workflow starts from the same step.
