    "A fairly comprehensive software and easy to use: When I started using Doodle in my work, I was able to discover the potential of this software, since it is multipurpose. With Doodle you can generate a calendar where you can include meetings, activities to develop, surveys with those involved to define schedules of meetings, or heritage events that we develop in our work. In addition to this option, you can use Doodle to conduct surveys of the topics you want to survey for work purposes, this is very useful for me as I constantly do perception studies on the opinion of our customers."

    "Calendly, the tool that organizes our time properly. : It's the first time I'm stuck with a job dating application. Calendly is very easy to use and the platform is very homogeneous, they have just what is necessary. By registering Calendly provides a video of help to learn how to become involved with the application. It is one of the few dating apps that can be integrated many other apps like Zapier, Zoom or Google Chrome for mentioning some. I even find this software much better than others like Doodle. Here the scheduling of meetings is automatic for all but placing as a priority and as available. It allows me to hold meetings from 15 minutes or more... "

    "I love Youcanbook.me! I've recommended it to all my personal trainer and client advising friends.: The interface is incredibly easy to use and the iframes work really well on my website. I like how there is a free version you can start with before seeing if it's for you. After trying a bunch of calendar software services, youcanbook.me was definitely the product for me. I am especially grateful for their support. When I was having an issue with the Zapier integration Ben offered to book a 1 on 1 call to go over my zaps and get them all sorted out. Great company! They value and treat their customers really, really well. "

It makes scheduling for our therapists easy and we can do it wit no questions asked!     "A trustworthy appointment scheduling application that works like an office assistant: The instructions on how to use the main scheduling feature were simple and clear. I like being able to use TimeTrade as a scheduling page by itself or as an embedded window in existing web pages. Setting up availability in the TimeTrade account is mostly simple and intuitive with click and drag tools that let me set many dates and times in bulk. I can also repeat availability quickly without having to manually enter the dates and times again."

    "Avoid: Sales: They are definitely ready to take your credit card. They definitely want to rush you into on boarding so don’t take your time to get your items together. Once the sale has been finished they don’t care about the clients - like a car salesman! Booking Emails: I like the fact that the program sends booking emails on a regular basis. Parents like them for the reminders. Credit Card Processing: It has a nice feature built in that allows credit card processing. They did not tell me upfront that there is a monthly fee associated with it and then said "oh someone should have told you that." Once again, blame game. Documents: The docusign feature is a nice ad on. However, if you want to customize your form, good luck. Pike13 doesn't really want to help you on this and once again try to play the "stupid" card on it. Reports: The reports are nice if you can understand how to use them. They are kinda difficult to get around if your account manager does not explain them in detail. "

    "Love it!: Gmail link and email notifications are my favorite. I get a notification 1 day and 1 hour before each scheduled interview appointment. I really like the ability to view and enter in notes, tag candidates and converse back and forth directly through vcita. The user friendly interface and ease of navigation is probably my favorite. I also enjoy the ease of transferring conversations and appointments. There are many times when an interview needs to be scheduled onto a different agent. I also enjoy the ease of rescheduling itself."

    "this gets your business recognized, and you can track what is coming in: I really enjoy the customer relationship management software and calendar features where I can add my techs and their photos and clients can choose which tech they would like to use from the schedule now button. This also looks great on all three computer, phone and tablet. It is easy to switch out photos at my own timing. Updates to wording is easy to change. Adding the schedules for my staff has made it a nice touch for our clients to choose who is available at the shop at a time or day."
