The system does not notify you via email when an applicant has completed an application.

The system does not provide an individual link to complete the online application in order to provide better tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Feedback is very important to us and we want to make sure we address any concerns. Yes, the ability to update and track applicants is very straightforward in ApplicantStack. We do want to ensure that every aspect of recruiting and onboarding new employees is as simple as possible.

We do have the option of notifying a user when an applicant submits an application. Perhaps the notifications aren't set up properly. Can you please contact support via the support portal so we can show you how that can be done?

We would also like more information about your other concern. I am not sure I completely understand your issue. You can use any of the manual posting links available on the Job's Launch tab. You will notice the url options for each job which can be used to complete the online application. Once the application is submitted, the candidate can be tracked as easily as any other candidate.

Please submit a support ticket so we can walk you through the steps.
