"Simplified and User Friendly; an HR's dream for time management "

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I do want to share that the simplicity to alter and edit results for drug screenings is great. I do make notes in each candidates profile as I go along. It is key to doing my job effectively when I come across numerous applicants daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

The inability to delete jobs without removing each candidate or having to move them to other posts first. I could just be unaware of the process for this to be more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Applicant Stack Grows Businesses"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I like how Applicant Stack organically places the ads I create. This allows people using various sites to see the open position. It has really helped to grow the company I work for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

It is hard to find a dislike. At times a response email from a candidate sent via applicant stack has had a delayed response to arrive in my email inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

The database that applicant stack creates of applicants for future reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

Since Applicant stack is a high feature program there was a learning curve finding the proper way to set the new stage for a candidate. Also a group email option would be nice, I have to add 4 or five people to my emails and often I will review many candidates in one day and I would like to be able to select a group email distribution when I give my feedback. We are using both their recruiting and onboarding services. It's really helped us to streamline our efforts and will be a huge time saver down the road. Most customizations can be sone free of charge but yes, there are some customizations that require an extra charge.Overall our product is one of the most affordable ATS on the market.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I love that I can go on one site and review all candidates. ApplicantStack allows me to review the applicant and make notes. It also lets me mark candidates if they are a potential or not qualified, etc. It is a wonderful system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I had where my notes were also to where I can review on the front papge where all candidates are listed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not sure exactly what you mean about the notes but I do want to point out that you can see your notes in the candidate history. As far as the candidates on the front page, we do show you the candidate pipeline on the front page so you can easily see all of your current active jobs and the number of candidates that are in each job and in each stage. You can click on the number and it will bring you right to the candidates. this is meant to be a snapshot of your jobs and candidates.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I love how easy it is to use ApplicantStack. In the past, it has been difficult to manage both our paper and our online applications. ApplicantStack has dramatically decreased the amount of time spent trying to organize all of this information onto one convenient interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

It would be nice if I am searching for a user that is not in the system if I was alerted that "no users with that name were found." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
