"Efficient Way to Organize Applicants!"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I love how easy it is to use ApplicantStack. In the past, it has been difficult to manage both our paper and our online applications. ApplicantStack has dramatically decreased the amount of time spent trying to organize all of this information onto one convenient interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

It would be nice if I am searching for a user that is not in the system if I was alerted that "no users with that name were found." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliability and simplicity"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

The user friendly design and ability to share resumes with all the appropriate people. The software really allows us communicate effectively with the hiring team, score & rate applicants, schedule interviews and keep all notes and documents in one centralized place. "Pretty good"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

That I can make changes from my phone, Candidate direct emailing & background processing, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

I just really liked the old version of Applicant Stack a lot better. The new one seems to be a bit condensed and sometimes a bit confusing. its taken me a while to get use to.

Its pretty good, but sometimes cam be a bit slow and not very user friendly. I just liked the old vision better screen seemed bigger and information not so hidden. Needs more screen clarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Duplicate applications are only flagged if you enter the applicants name in the search field. It would be helpful if duplicates were always linked together so that one could look at the entire history of an applicant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I will definitely pass along your feedback about the duplicate records to our development team. As you probably already know the candidate record is flagged as a duplicate. The reason we keep the history separate is many organizations prefer to keep the history split between jobs. So the history of one job will not influence the decision making for another job.
