"With ApplicantStack my company is out of the dark ages!"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

No more hard applications. We are able to track candidate flow through all stages and see where everyone is at a quick glance. And, our pre-employment testing service was able to link with ApplicantStack so that we can send candidates directly from ApplicantStack with no need to log onto the assessment website. What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

I wish we could set up specific stages for each job posting. Some stages are not necessary for all of our positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

Best features are 1) ability to see if applicants have applied previously or concurrently for other positions in the organization and what the status or outcome of those applications is, 2) multiple ways to set status and priority of candidates and 3) Ability to create multiple email templates and send to individual or groups of candidates. It does allow you to post to multiple jobs sites at once, and scrapes from major job sites. It definitely is a useful tool when doing recruiting high volume positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good value for the money."

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

Ability to access anywhere. Multiple user accounts (we have lots of hiring managers). Reports are quick and easy to learn. Customizability of stages/dispositions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

Lack of integration with our current payroll systems/benefit system. Though I honestly don't know it that is on their end or ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ApplicantStack:

What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love that it connects us directly to Indeed.com. It has solved the paperwork trail problem - meaning I don't have to inform hiring managers of every little thing. "Works well but could use some improvements"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I like that it's pretty user friendly and simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

I dislike that when I view a resume and go back in later, I can't tell which resumes I've viewed or not viewed or where I left off. It can be hard to remember when you view so many resumes. Other sites usually change the color of the candidate or put a symbol so you know you've viewed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

This is the first organization I've used ApplicantStack - it gets the job done - can easily see stages of candidates throughout the hiring cycle. Over the last year they have improved web-enabled app and added quick apply for Indeed & LinkedIn. We added the Onboarding module - which is a huge time saver. What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

Reporting needs improvement; would like enhanced search capabilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
