What do you like best about anny?

I really like Anny because of its simplicity and flexibility. It brings structure to our workflows without needing a steep learning curve, helping teams adopt it quickly. I appreciate the centralized workflow management, which makes it easy to track requests, tasks, and approvals all in one place. The platform offers clear visibility and accountability, letting everyone know who owns what and the current status. I also value its customizable workflows, which allow us to adapt Anny to our specific business processes. The reduction in manual effort, with minimized follow-ups and less reliance on email, is another aspect I enjoy. What do you dislike about anny?

While Anny is effective overall, there are a few areas where it could be improved: Limited advanced reporting and analytics: More detailed dashboards and customizable reports would help teams gain deeper insights into workflow performance. Integrations with other tools: Native integrations with popular platforms (such as project management, CRM, or collaboration tools) could be expanded to reduce manual work. We use Anny as a library to organize training sessions and manage bookings – and we are thoroughly impressed. The user interface is clearly structured, easy to understand, and so intuitive that both our team and our users can quickly find their way around. The excellent support is particularly noteworthy: inquiries are answered quickly, friendly, and competently. What do you like best about anny?

There is no option to choose between online payment and payment by invoice (for the customer). You can only set one or the other (as an admin). What do you like best about anny?

What we appreciate most about Anny is how intuitive and clean the platform is – both for us as hosts and for our clients when booking. The interface is modern, fast, and easy to navigate. We especially like the flexibility when it comes to customising products, time slots and add-ons. What do you dislike about anny?

There’s very little to complain about. Occasionally, we’d love to see more advanced formatting options in emails or more flexibility in the layout of the public booking page – but these are really just small wishes. "Confusing Booking Process and High Pricing Undermine Cool 3D Features"
What do you like best about anny?

So darn confusing It's like pulling teeth trying to book a simple desk. Also, pricing is prohibitive. There are products out there that have unlimited resources at a low mothly price, no need to pay by the resource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about anny?

The best is that we can lower resources at any moment. Also we like the part of the Subscriptions and memeberships. Another point is the easy to book for the customers, no sign up needed.
