Very intuitive and versatile, great support

It’s a service that feels genuinely tailored to my business needs. There are a few areas that could still be improved, but overall I’m satisfied, and I especially want to highlight how great the customer support has been.<br><br>We integrated anny into my website using the widget. Even though there are still some bugs, the support team has been willing to help and work through them with us. I also haven’t had any performance issues with the basic functions.<br><br>That said, I do find the pricing for online payments high. In my opinion, the 5% + 0.40 fee is simply too much across every payment method, and it would be much better if the fee were reduced proportionally. I also haven’t used the AI functions yet, aside from the customer service AI robot.

The best is that we can lower resources at any moment. Also we like the part of the Subscriptions and memberships. Another point is the easy to book for the customers, no sign up needed. The part of the chat support is super helpful, they have an AI that helps you out with basic guidelines.
