What do you like best about AiSDR?

It has helped our small team scale our operations, and it has also driven activity from accounts that had gone stale or hadn’t received any outreach in a long time. What do you dislike about AiSDR?

A lot of oversight is still needed, especially at the beginning while you set up the platform and refine the messaging. We have three people actively working in it every day: an SDR to manage responses, a Demand Gen rep to set up campaigns and monitor performance, and Product Marketing to review the outbound messaging. What do you like best about AiSDR?

What is most helpful is how it multiplies sales and general communication outreach. One person can do as much as...well many more people. I don't know the math, but a real world example is I can have a campaign targeting an existing list of contacts from an exhibition (as an example) then at that same time create an AI driven search function looking for our ideal target profile. On my own I would be able to do these things spread out over a few days which would also take me away from other key activities. But with this easy to use program I can implement and get it going in under an hour. And then the way we kicked off was also very easy and simple to follow. The longest part was for the emails to get "warmed up" (they will explain it to you). It was amazingly intuitive from the very beginning. I think that was certainly helped by the fantastic and dedicated support team. They are available at all kind of hours, and when they are not, the chatbot tool helps out. While that one still needs a little work, it is definitely better than getting back radio silence. I uses it everyday now without fail. And the last bit which saved us tons of time was the way it integrated in seconds with our HubSpot and LinkedIn. All in all, so far it has been a fantastic asset and force multiplier. What do you dislike about AiSDR?

For me, being a relative old time with technology, it took some hand holding to get the terminology down and the overall process. But I would not say it was completely aiSDR's fault, that was both of us. Having said that, once I did understand the flow, it became easy to follow and use. The other thing was the pricing model. As of this writing there are only two choices, one relatively low and the other is nearly three times that. They should have a middle tier then also a way just to buy more emails if you hit your limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fair point on the learning curve. Technology changes fast so some onboarding is natural, but glad it clicked once the flow made sense.

On buying more credits, you can renew your subscription faster when you run out by reaching out to your account manager. That said, we're reviewing better ways to handle this.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

The prospecting capability is extremely powerful. It enables deep, intent-first searches across multiple databases, which means we’re not just reaching volume but also the right people at the right time.

The LLM-powered outreach performs exceptionally well. The messaging feels natural, relevant and personalised. Resulting in a really healthy positive response rate for us.

I also really value the adaptable sequences. Being able to test different contact approaches, messaging angles and ordering allows us to optimise our outreach strategy based on real engagement data rather than guesswork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

Occasionally, the AI can step in a little earlier than ideal in ongoing conversations, where a human response might be better suited to move the discussion forward. Because of this, some manual monitoring is still required as positive replies come in.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

I use AiSDR for automating lead gen workflow including email, messaging, and LinkedIn automation. I like the responsiveness of the team, their support during onboarding, and their overall responsiveness whenever we need help. The end-to-end automation is another great feature. I also appreciate the hyper-personalization and complete automation of the business development outreach workflow. The overall solution is really awesome and does everything it promises. What stands out most is how well the messaging is tailored to the specific audience. The system doesn’t just produce generic outreach. It pulls in relevant context about the prospect and their organisation and uses that to shape the message. In many cases it references examples or signals that are actually meaningful for that particular company or role, which makes the outreach feel far more considered and relevant than typical automated sequences. What do you dislike about AiSDR?

Honestly, my main complaint is that I wish I had more credits to play with. Once you start experimenting with different audiences and message variations it’s easy to burn through them because you want to keep refining things. What do you like best about AiSDR?

AISDR has been great so far. The 2 main areas we have found value are 1 - the user friendliness of the tool. It is easy to pick up and learn to navigate. Secondly the Customer Success team is great. Dina is our CS manager and she is incredibly engaged, helpful and supportive with the tool. She regularly makes suggestions on how to improve campaign's and is incredibly responsive. What do you like best about AiSDR?

1. The tool is user-friendly, which makes it easy for teams to adopt and start using right away.

2. The customer success team is fantastic. Our account manager Yaryna is highly proactive and supportive, responds very quickly to any questions we have, and regularly shares suggestions to help us improve our personas and campaigns.

We’re still at a fairly early stage and are learning a lot ourselves, but it still feels like there’s a lot of manual input needed to get messaging that’s truly on point. What do you like best about AiSDR?

The ability to personalize on mass outbound campaigns.

Multiple campaigns running simultaneously.

Multiple ai tools that you can select from for it to draft emails

Easy to set up

One can set up persona's specific to campaigns and the ai will follow that for each campaign and contact.

Support from dedicated customer success manager is really great, they are an extension of you.

Use the system daily when I am not focused on ABM and it looks like you can use the tool for ABM as well.

Easily integrated to existing crms like hubspot.

Once it learns and after 6 weeks it is very good as long as you match the personas correctly expect multiple meetings or responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

The reporting metrics can be better and some settings can also be better but getting there slowly.

One cant see how far a campaign has gone which really leaves you in limbo. Good marketing and way to keep the client in for the long run if you ask me. I should have though of it myself.
