What I liked best about AI Digital was one particular digital manager I worked with. She was genuinely skilled, supportive, and professional, and made day-to-day work much smoother. I also appreciated that the company is trying to build some structure around processes through documentation and internal docs, even if it’s still a work in progress. What I disliked about AI Digital was the culture of talking behind colleagues’ backs instead of addressing issues directly. There was often more focus on ego and internal politics than on actually getting things done.
