JIRA integration is very easy to set up. Layout templates are easy to manage. AI capability in documentation - this has been very helpful. **What do you dislike about Aha!?** Support tool - there is none. I have to do everything via email. It is very difficult to track issues - you don't even give a ticket number to track. When I have to look for past information, I have to search my emails. Other vendors I work with have a cloud support tool so I can easily find my tickets and track. **What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have over 100 products in you organization. Aha is allowing us to have standard roadmap reporting across all products. ### 2. Their support was always responsive, and helpful, and they had great pacing in the sales process. We even went over our trial period and they extended it easily. Then when it came time to pay, it felt like they just had to "flip a switch" and our account was live - implementation was a breeze. **What do you dislike about Aha!?** I think the software is a little confusing at first because you have to understand their hierarchy of information. But once we talked through that in a 30min meeting, I was able to move fast and learn the product well enough to sell it to my team. **What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a more organized way to track our product feedback and a more unique way on how to publize that information to our audience. At the same time we had to be able to display the information in a more tailored way and still see how our team is moving along the feature requests. ### 3. The customer support is also something I love - extremely responsive and helpful. With numerous options to customize workspaces, workflows, and custom fields, it can be overwhelming. We recently upgraded to Roadmaps Enterprise+ and the concierge service provided was invaluable. It not only helped us maximize the use of the Aha! tool but also guided us in new directions for product management within our organization. They have been very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. They have listened and understood our needs as a company and gone out of their way to accomodate, which is greatly appreciated. I have had the pleasure of communicating with them over call and not just emails, which has given a personal touch to the experience. We have already trialed AHA for our group and the features available from a product roadmapping perspective was the best from all the SW tools we considered. It was simple and easy to use and is also scalable. We have a centralized product management team but a matrixed group of product managers throughout our organizattion. Multiple lines of business have different needs, and we can customize the workspaces according to those needs while still getting the consolidated view of our roadmaps for our technology products, managed services, and consulting services. We also use Aha! for idea management and have created custom scorecards and workflows to manage them. We can route the ideas through a single interface and then assign them to the correct team for processing. Overall, we've been very, very happy with the product and continue to be pleasantly surprised with the new features we are discovering. Our development teams have asked us to integrate with multiple SDLC solutions, so we are now exploring that functionality as well. ### 13. We have been able to standardize our workflow and integrate with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) to feed work to our engineering team. The ability to add custom fields that are relevant to our organization and processes is very helpful. We have standardized our intake process using the Ideas Portal which minimizes (hasn't totally eliminated) people working on side of the desk projects. Aha has several permissions levels that allow us to provide "view only" type access so everyone has visibility but manage our subscription to a subset of team members (primarily our product management team) to those that need to be updating Aha. Recently our security team expanded to use Aha for their projects as they saw the value it brings in transparency and accountability for their initiatives.. Their knowledge base is very thorough and most of the time I can find the answer I need. If not, the customer support team responds to tickets in a very timely manner. **What do you dislike about Aha!?** The learning curve for new users. We include a short orientation with new hires so they are grounded in the navigation. Ease of Implementation : Implemention is super easy and convinent. Customer Support : Customer Support team is great. I was able to resolve couple of issue through them. Frequency of Use : I do use this tool very often and my company uses this tool for Planning and managing Product features, Roadmaps and other Product related things. **What do you dislike about Aha!?** Complexity: Aha can be complex and overwhelming for new users due to its extensive feature set and customization options. The learning curve may be steep, requiring time and effort to fully master the tool. VoC, Innovation portal: Journey of an idea to feature, user story, master feature some times hard to track. There’s no way to tag multiple ideas to a single master feature or feature. SSO: Single Sign on integration had some problems, and still unable to use standardized loginto the system. **What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aha! is a very Powerful Tool which helps me to manage or Organization's Product Portfolios. Aha! is seen as a tool which helps us to collaborate, Manage Product Portfoilos under one roof.
