&lt;p&gt;Honestly if the priority is a no-code builder you can actually run without a developer, Lime Connect (the tool formerly called Userlike) is a solid one to look at, it has a visual drag-and-drop workflow builder for website chat and AI agents, and reviewers repeatedly mention getting up and running quickly with a simple UI. Heads up though, a couple say there are so many features it takes time to learn them all, and one found adding widget localizations confusing. LiveChat is the other highly rated name in this space (and its sister ChatBot tool is the no-code builder), worth a look if you also want live agents. Fin, Intercom&#39;s AI agent, is more of a resolve-it-for-you bot than a DIY builder, so it depends whether you want to design flows yourself or let AI handle it. To be real, the big suites like HubSpot also bundle chatbots, but they&#39;re overkill if all you need is a website bot. Are you after a rules-based flow builder, or an AI agent that just answers on its own?&lt;/p&gt;
