<p>The scaling problem people don't talk about enough is what happens to your review process when you go from 3 languages to 12. It's one thing to have reliable vendors across all those pairs, it's another to actually have a QA workflow that doesn't require you to find native-speaker reviewers in every market yourself. The vendor's linguist network only gets you halfway there if your internal sign-off process doesn't scale with it.</p>
