## Skyvia Reviews
 ### 1. Straightforward, Reliable Data Sync Between Cloud Apps and Databases

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus W. | Field Service Technician, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I mainly use Skyvia to move and sync service-related data between a few systems our team depends on daily. Since I spend most of my time in the field, I appreciate that the setup didn’t require a lot of technical work from my side. The interface is pretty straightforward, and after the initial configuration, most of the sync jobs have been reliable. What stood out to me was how easy it was to connect cloud apps and databases without needing custom scripts every time something changed.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The platform is easy overall, but some of the more advanced mapping and transformation options took a while to fully understand. I had to spend extra time testing a few workflows before getting them right. Error messages can also be a little too technical at times for users who are not heavily involved in data management.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia helped automate a lot of that process. Work order information, customer updates, and reporting data now stay more synchronized without someone needing to manually transfer everything. That has reduced small data mistakes and made it easier for dispatch and field technicians to stay on the same page. From my side, it means less time spent dealing with admin work and more time focusing on actual service calls and troubleshooting onsite.

 ### 2. Easy, No-Code Data Sync Setup with Straightforward Pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily C. | Procurement Specialist, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Honestly the biggest win for me is how easy it is to get up and running. I’m not a developer and I don’t have time to learn complicated scripting just to move data between our ERP and a few cloud apps we use for supplier tracking. With Skyvia, I set up my first sync in about twenty minutes just by clicking through the interface. That never happens for me with integration tools. I also really appreciate that I don’t have to commit to a huge annual contract just to test if it works for our use case. The pricing model is straightforward which is rare in this space. For a construction company where budgets are tight and every tool has to prove its value, that matters.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The interface is generally clean but some of the more advanced mapping options took me a minute to find.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My main headache before Skyvia was manually exporting CSV files from one system and then reformatting everything to upload into another. That is slow and it creates so many opportunities for error, especially when we’re tracking material pricing across multiple suppliers. One wrong column and suddenly your cost comparison is off by thousands. Skyvia automates those transfers completely so I actually trust the data I’m looking at now. The other big problem is timing. In construction, material prices change fast and I need current numbers when I’m making purchasing decisions. Skyvia keeps everything synced without me having to remember to run a manual export every morning. That benefit is simple but it saves me a couple hours every week easily. For our team, that time goes back into negotiating with suppliers instead of wrestling with spreadsheets.

 ### 3. Reliable cloud syncing that saved our HR data pipelines without needing an IT overhaul

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lena F. | Recruitment Coordinator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

As a recruitment coordinator, I manage a massive amount of candidate data flowing between our applicant tracking system and external tracking sheets. Before we started using Skyvia, our data felt totally siloed. What I appreciate most about the platform is that I didn't need a background in software development to set up our data migrations. The interface is genuinely easy to navigate. Once our initial integrations were configured, the automated synchronization just worked seamlessly in the background. It handles the high volume of applicant records we process across multiple regions without dropping information, which keeps our daily pipeline accurate and running on schedule.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

While the no-code setup is straightforward for standard data syncing, things get a bit tricky when you have to map highly customized fields or unique conditional logic specific to a complex recruiting workflow.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were drowning in manual data entry and constantly dealing with mismatched candidate records because our various systems weren't talking to each other natively. Skyvia completely automates this data pipeline for us, acting as the bridge between our primary databases and reporting tools. The biggest benefit is the sheer amount of time saved and the reduction of human error. Because our candidate records and interview schedules sync automatically across our platforms, our HR and recruiting teams are always looking at the exact same, updated information. This allows us to move candidates through the hiring process much faster and provides a far better experience for both our applicants and our internal hiring managers.

 ### 4. Helpful tool for ops teams that don’t want to depend on engineering

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam T. | RevOps Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I work in marketing ops, and Skyvia has been useful for syncing data between HubSpot, Google Sheets, and our database. What stood out to me is that I could set up most workflows myself without waiting on engineering. The no-code approach is actually practical here, not just a label. It’s also relatively affordable compared to other iPaaS tools we looked at. For a mid-sized team, pricing matters, and Skyvia felt like something we could justify long-term. The ability to run scheduled syncs and simple workflows covers most of our day-to-day needs.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The UI is easy to use, but not always intuitive when you try something new. I had to rely on documentation more than I expected in the beginning. Some features feel slightly hidden or not clearly explained.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main issue was keeping marketing and CRM data aligned. Before, we were exporting/importing lists manually, which led to errors and delays. Skyvia automated those processes, so data now flows regularly without manual work. This has saved time every week and reduced mistakes in campaign reporting. It also gave our ops team more independence, which means fewer bottlenecks and faster execution overall.

 ### 5. Solid lightweight tool for teams that need simple data movement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas B. | CEO, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

We are a SaaS company with about thirty five employees and a three person data team. I am the analytics engineer but I also handle a lot of the pipeline work. Skyvia caught my attention because it was cheap and easy to test. We had a specific need which was pulling data from our Postgres database into BigQuery for our BI dashboards. Nothing fancy just daily loads. I set up the connection in maybe twenty minutes. The field mapping is visual and you can do basic type casting which was enough for us. I also appreciate that Skyvia handles incremental loading. That kept our costs down because we are not reloading full tables every time. The support team was surprisingly responsive. I had a question about OAuth for one of our Google connectors and a real person answered within a few hours. For a tool at this price point I did not expect that. We also use the on premise data integration piece to pull from an old SQL Server box that is not in the cloud. That worked after opening a few firewall ports.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The version control or lack thereof is annoying. There is no good way to track changes to your integration tasks or roll back to a previous configuration if someone breaks something. We have resorted to taking screenshots of important task settings which feels ridiculous in 2026. The logging could also be more detailed.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem was that our legacy ETL tool was costing us too much as our data volume grew. We were on a consumption based plan that got expensive fast. Skyvia gave us a predictable monthly cost which our finance team loves. It also solved the problem of needing specialized skills. Anybody on our data team can open Skyvia and understand what a task is doing without reading documentation. That is valuable for a small team where people wear multiple hats and context switching is constant. The benefit has been stability. Our dashboards are reliably updated every morning. Our sales team stopped complaining about stale data. And I stopped spending my Friday nights debugging failed Python scripts. That is worth the price of admission right there.

 ### 6. Does the job without the enterprise price tag or the enterprise headaches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooks A. | Chief Risk Officer, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Coming from a role where I used some of the big expensive ELT tools at a previous larger company I was skeptical about Skyvia. But we are a fifty person operations focused firm now and the budget just is not there for those enterprise solutions. I have been surprised by how much this tool can actually do. The package library of connectors is solid. We connect to Salesforce, NetSuite, and our Snowflake warehouse without any issues. The scheduling works reliably. I have tasks running every hour and they rarely fail. When they do fail the automatic retry usually fixes it. What I like most is the flexibility to do both ELT and reverse ETL in one platform. That means I am not paying for two different subscriptions. The no code aspect is real. Our RevOps manager who does not write SQL was able to set up a simple contact sync last week without asking me for help. That never happened with our previous tool.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The monitoring and alerting is a little basic. I wish I could get Slack notifications for specific types of failures instead of just email digests.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a mess of point to point integrations that were breaking constantly. Our Salesforce data did not match our NetSuite data and nobody trusted the numbers in our reporting dashboard. Skyvia solved that by giving us a single place to manage all our data movement into a central warehouse. Now everything lands in Snowflake first and then gets distributed back out to the applications that need it. The benefit is data consistency. Our sales and operations teams finally agree on what a customer looks like because they are looking at the same source of truth. For me personally the benefit is less firefighting. I used to spend Monday mornings fixing broken integrations. Now I spend that time actually analyzing data. That is a much better use of my skills.

 ### 7. Affordable, No-Code ETL That Gets HubSpot Data into Redshift Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carter B. | CEO and Founder, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I run a small tech company with about twelve people. We are not an enterprise and we do not have a full time data engineer on staff. That is usually the problem when we need to move data around. Our CRM lives in HubSpot, our billing is in Stripe, and we try to get everything into Redshift for basic reporting. Before Skyvia every integration meant asking our lead developer to pause his real work and write another script. That got old fast. I tried Skyvia on a Friday afternoon because I saw the free trial and honestly I expected to give up. But I had a simple ETL job pulling contacts from HubSpot into Redshift running in about forty five minutes. The interface is not fancy but it is clear. You do not need to understand JSON or API authentication to make it work. The cost is right too. For a company our size paying five grand a month for integration tools is insane. Skyvia fits our budget and does not lock us into a long contract.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The documentation could be better, but other things are good.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem was dependency on our developers for every single data movement request. That created a bottleneck. Our developers would get pulled into integration work instead of building our actual product. Skyvia solved that by putting the power in my hands as the CEO and also in ourops persons hands. Now when we need to sync data between our warehouse and a new sales tool I can just do it myself in an afternoon. The benefit is faster decision making. I can get data where it needs to go without waiting on a ticket. Also we stopped paying a part time contractor who was just maintaining our old Python sync scripts. That alone saved us more than the cost of Skyvia. For a small bootstrapped company that is a win.

 ### 8. Fast, Straightforward Data Syncing That Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K. | Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Honestly the biggest thing for me was how quick we got this running. We are a small team of five people handling data for a SaaS company with about 40 employees. I am the only analytics engineer and I do not have time to mess around with complicated setups. With Skyvia I had our Snowflake data syncing to Salesforce within an hour. That never happens with other tools we tried. The interface is straightforward. You pick your source, pick your destination, map the fields, and schedule it. For the price we are paying I really cannot complain. It handles our main use cases which is moving data from our operational databases into BigQuery and then sometimes pushing that back into our CRM. The reverse ETL part works fine for our size. We are not doing anything crazy advanced but for keeping our sales team’s data fresh it gets the job done.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

It is not perfect. The error messages can be a little vague sometimes. Last month a sync failed and the log just said "timeout" without much detail on which query was the problem. I had to dig into it myself. Also the workflow automation piece is useful but feels a bit basic compared to something like Zapier if you need complex branching logic. For pure data integration though it is fine.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a mess of custom Python scripts running on a tiny server that would break all the time. Whenever our part time developer left nobody knew how to fix them. That was stressful. Skyvia solved that by giving us a reliable no code layer between our data warehouse and our SaaS apps. Now I do not have to wake up to failed cron jobs. The biggest benefit for me personally is that our operations manager can now check a sync status herself without bugging me. That saves me probably five to six hours a week. For a small company like ours where I wear multiple hats that is huge. Also being cost effective matters. We looked at Fivetran and it was going to be thousands a month for our volume. Skyvia is maybe a quarter of that. So we get reliable data movement without blowing our budget. That keeps our CEO happy.

 ### 9. No-Code ETL That Nails Complex Mapping and Cloud Migration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin G. | Data Engineer, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I've used a few different ETL tools and this one stands out because of the no-code approach that actually handles complex mapping well. We recently moved some of our data from an on-premise setup to the cloud and it handled the migration without many hiccups. The scheduling feature is reliable and I like that I can set things to run hourly or daily depending on how fresh we need the data to be. Customer support has also been pretty responsive when I had questions about our subscription limits.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

I think the mapping UI could be improved a bit to make it easier to see all the fields at once especially when you are dealing with tables that have dozens of columns. It involves a lot of scrolling right now which can be tedious. I also noticed that the trial period goes by pretty fast if you are trying to test a lot of different connectors at once.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to automate our billing data flow into our warehouse for the finance team. It solves the manual entry errors we were seeing before. The biggest benefit is the reliability because I can just set the schedule and trust that the data will be there for the morning meeting. It makes our RevOps process feel much more professional and scalable as we grow.

 ### 10. Practical way to move data into BigQuery without a dev team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela R. | Data Analyst, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

The main thing for me is how fast I can get a pipeline running. We use BigQuery for our analytics and getting data out of various SaaS tools like Salesforce used to be a headache that required waiting on a developer. With this, I can just map the fields myself. The interface isn't the flashiest I have seen but it is very logical. I also appreciate that it handles the schema creation for you so I don't have to manually write SQL to prep the tables before the first sync. It just works in the background and I rarely have to check on it.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The error logs could be a bit more descriptive sometimes. Every now and then a sync fails because of a weird API limit on the source side and the message I get back is a bit cryptic so I have to spend time troubleshooting what actually went wrong.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to centralize our marketing and sales data for our weekly reporting without spending a fortune on a massive ETL platform. It solves the "data silo" problem for us by acting as the bridge. It saves me at least five or six hours a week of manual CSV exports and imports which lets me focus on actual data modeling instead of just moving files around.

 ### 11. Does what it says and setup is actually easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan D. | Marketing Ops Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Honestly I was skeptical because a lot of tools claim to be no code but then you still need to understand JSON and APIs. Skyvia is truly no code. I am a RevOps person not a programmer and I was able to build our integrations myself. The mapping interface is visual and makes sense. Also the cost is low enough that we didn't have to ask for special approval from leadership. That is a win for us.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Sometimes the documentation feels a little thin for more advanced use cases. I also ran into a weird issue with bi directional sync once and support took a couple days to get back. But they did solve it eventually. Not perfect but fine for what we pay.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to keep our marketing automation platform and our CRM in sync. Before Skyvia we had leads getting lost or duplicate records everywhere. Now the two systems actually talk to each other properly. Our ops team stopped wasting time cleaning up messy data and our sales team stopped complaining. That alone is worth it.

 ### 12. Straightforward tool for managing data pipelines

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanne L. | Analytics Engineer, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

The simplicity of the platform is what I appreciate most. You can tell it was designed to be user friendly because you can find what you need without digging through endless menus. It handles our ETL tasks perfectly and the fact that it is all in the cloud means we don't have to worry about managing any local infrastructure. It is a very cost effective solution for a mid size business.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

I have noticed that if you have a very complex workflow with many steps it can get a little crowded in the workspace. A bit more flexibility in how we organize different tasks would be helpful. Also the support response time is fine but sometimes it takes a couple of messages to get to a technical answer.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia solves the problem of data silos in our company. By automating the flow of information between our marketing tools and our warehouse we can see our ROI much faster. It removes the technical barrier for our ops team to manage their own data flows.

 ### 13. Fast setup, fair pricing, and a solid connectors library

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor B. | RevOps Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

The best thing is how fast you can go from zero to a working sync. I set up a connection between QuickBooks and our warehouse in under 30 minutes. That would have taken me half a day with our previous tool. Also the pricing is fair. We are around 20 people and dont have a huge software budget so that matters a lot. The connectors library is solid too. Almost everything we use is in there.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

I wish there was a better way to monitor everything from one dashboard. Right now you kind of have to click into each sync to see its status. Not a dealbreaker but would be nice. Also the learning curve for reverse ETL was a bit steeper than regular ETL.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had data sitting in our warehouse that our sales team needed inside Salesforce. Skyvia handles that reverse ETL piece for us. Now our sales reps see updated customer info without anyone manually pushing data around. It also cut down on the number of data related fire drills we used to have every week.

 ### 14. Great for quick integrations and cloud migrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David O. | Analytics Engineer, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I really like the visual mapping tool because it makes it very clear where everything is going. We used it for a migration project and it was much easier than trying to use scripts. The sheer number of connectors they have is impressive for the price point. It is easy to navigate even if you are not a technical expert and the setup process is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The scheduling options are good but I wish there were more granular settings for real time updates on the lower tier plans. Sometimes when a sync has an issue the alert emails are a bit basic so you have to log in to see the full story of what went wrong.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to migrate a lot of historical data to a new system without losing anything important. Skyvia made the transition smooth and let us test everything before we did the final move. It gives us a reliable way to keep our systems talking to each other without having to build our own API connections.

 ### 15. Fast, No-Code CRM-to-SQL Sync with Flexible Pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine W. | Data Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

The best part about using this is that it just works without needing constant maintenance. I was able to set up our data sync between our CRM and SQL server in about twenty minutes. For a small team like ours, the cost is a huge factor and their plans are much more flexible than the other big names in the space. The interface is clean and you dont need to write any code to get your data moving.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Sometimes the UI feels a little bit slow when you are trying to load a lot of different tasks at once. It isn't a deal breaker but a bit more speed in the dashboard would be nice. Also the documentation is okay but could use more real world examples for some of the more advanced mapping features.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lot of data stuck in different cloud apps and it was making our reporting a mess. Skyvia helps us bring everything into one place so we actually have a single source of truth for our analytics. It has saved us many hours of manual data entry and helped us avoid mistakes that usually happen when moving data by hand.

 ### 16. Works well and doesn't cost a fortune

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon C. | Operations Manager, Logistics and Supply Chain, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

We are a small SaaS company and needed something to connect our database to a few marketing tools. Skyvia made that really simple. I liked that I didn't have to involve our dev team for every little change. The pre built connectors cover pretty much everything we use. Also the setup was straightforward. You log in, pick what you want to connect, map the fields, and its live. That kind of ease of use is rare in this space.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The scheduling options are fine but could be more flexible. For example setting up different intervals for different days is not super intuitive. Also documentation is helpful but sometimes I had to search around to find what I needed.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending too much time moving data manually between systems. Exports and imports every morning was killing productivity. Skyvia automates all of that now. Our reports are always up to date and our ops person doesn't have to spend an hour each day just moving files around. That alone made it worth the switch.

 ### 17. Easy No-Code Setup with Versatile Connectors for Data Sync and ETL

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy W. | Data Analyst, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

What stood out to me first was how easy it was to get started. I am not from a hardcore engineering background, so having a no code interface made things a lot smoother. Connecting our apps and database did not take long, and the pre built connectors covered most of what we needed. I also like that it works for different use cases like basic data sync as well as more structured ETL jobs. For a small team, it feels like a practical option without needing a big budget or dedicated data team.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

There is a bit of a learning curve when you move beyond simple tasks. Some of the advanced configurations are not as obvious at first, and I had to spend time testing to get things right. Also, when working with larger datasets, you still need to monitor jobs closely to make sure everything runs as expected.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use it to move and sync data between our CRM, internal database, and reporting tools. Before this, a lot of it was manual or stitched together with scripts. Now it runs on a schedule and keeps everything more consistent. It saves time and reduces errors, which helps us trust the data we use for reporting and day to day decisions.

 ### 18. Simple and reliable way to move data without the high cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus R. | CEO, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

What stands out most is how fast you can actually get things running. I have used other tools where you need a week of training just to understand the interface, but this is very straightforward. The no-code setup is great because you don't need to be a senior developer to build a working pipeline. It connects to our CRM and database easily, and the pricing is much more reasonable for a smaller team compared to the bigger enterprise platforms.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The error logs can sometimes be a bit vague when a run fails, so it takes a little bit of clicking around to figure out exactly which record caused the issue. It would be better if the notifications gave more specific details right away, but it is usually something we can fix pretty quickly once we find it.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to get our app data into a warehouse for reporting without spending a fortune or hiring a dedicated engineer just for integrations. Skyvia automates that whole process for us. It saves us a lot of manual export work every week and ensures our analytics stay updated without us having to monitor it constantly.

 ### 19. No code data sync that actually works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus H. | Revenue Operations Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I am a RevOps person at a small SaaS company. We have HubSpot as our CRM and we needed to sync data to our data warehouse for reporting. Skyvia made that easy. I did not need to ask our engineers for help. The connectors worked out of the box. The pricing is straightforward and we pay monthly so no big commitment. It also handles both one way and two way sync which was important for us.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Didn't find the interface feels a bit dated, and advanced transformations took a few tries to figure out, but nothing that blocked our use case.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using a mix of Zapier and manual uploads before. That got expensive and messy. Skyvia replaced most of that. Now our CRM data lands in our warehouse every night automatically. Sales and ops trust the data. And I do not have to wake up to broken workflows. It is one of those tools that just quietly works in the background and that is exactly what we wanted.

 ### 20. Good enough that we stuck with it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos M. | Analytics Engineer, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I am a data analyst at a small marketing ops team. We needed to pull data from QuickBooks and a few other tools into our cloud warehouse for reporting. Skyvia was the easiest one to try. The free trial actually let me test my use case which I appreciated. Once we bought it the setup was smooth. I like that you can choose between ETL and ELT depending on what you need. It is flexible without being overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The interface is clean and functional, though a few settings could be easier to find. Better ways to group or tag tasks when managing multiple syncs would be a welcome addition.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Skyvia our data was always out of sync. Marketing would look at one number and finance another. That led to bad decisions. Now everyone sees the same data because it updates regularly. I spend less time answering why numbers do not match and more time building useful dashboards. That alone is worth the price.

 ### 21. Fast setup and great connector variety

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica W. | Marketing Ops manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

What stands out most is how quickly you can get a data pipeline running. We have a small team so we cannot spend weeks on custom coding for every new integration. The library of connectors is huge and it covers everything from our CRM to our cloud databases. It is very intuitive so even if you are not a data engineer you can figure out the mapping and scheduling without much trouble. The pricing is also very fair for smaller companies that need professional tools without the enterprise price tag.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

A bit more context on whether it's a formatting issue or a connection hiccup would be a nice time-saver.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to automate the flow of customer data into our warehouse for analytics. It has completely removed the need for manual data exports which were taking up hours of our time every week. Now the whole team has access to real time data and we can trust that the numbers are consistent across all our different platforms.

 ### 22. Effortless Data Synchronization Across Departments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Norhan S. | Marketing Manager, Education Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I use Skyvia to synchronize data across different departments, including sales, marketing, and finance systems. It helps ensure that updates made in one platform are reflected across others automatically. It solves data silos between departments, which has improved collaboration and reduced confusion. I like that Skyvia ensures data stays consistent across multiple systems, which is critical for maintaining operational clarity and making sure all teams are working from the same information. It's great at synchronization of data, and I found the setup to be user-friendly and easy.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

One challenge with Skyvia is managing multiple syncs across several systems, especially when there are dependencies between them. This can introduce some complexity in setup and requires careful configurations to ensure everything runs correctly.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Skyvia to synchronize data across departments like sales, marketing, and finance, solving data silos and ensuring consistent information across systems. It improves collaboration and reduces confusion, keeping data up-to-date and aligned, which is critical for operational clarity.

 ### 23. Simple way to move data without a massive budget

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah K. | Manager, Management Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

The best part about this platform is how quickly you can connect different apps and databases without needing a whole team of developers. Whether you are trying to sync Salesforce data or just move things into a warehouse for basic reporting it just works. It is very user friendly for people who aren't technical but it has enough depth for those of us who are. For a small to mid sized company the pricing is much more realistic than the enterprise tools out there and you get a lot of connectors right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

More real world examples in the docs for complex mapping scenarios would be a helpful addition. The UI is clean and functional, though there is some room to modernize the deeper settings navigation.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to stop doing manual data entries and custom exports every day. Skyvia acts as the bridge between our CRM and our analytics tools which keeps everything in sync automatically. It has cut down on human error significantly and freed up a lot of time for the team to focus on actual operations instead of just managing data pipelines. It provides a very cost effective way to stay data driven as we scale.

 ### 24. Does what we need without breaking the bank

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena V. | Data Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I run a small tech company with around 15 people. We are not big enough to have a full data engineering team but we still need to move data between our database and a few cloud apps. Skyvia fit right in. The no code approach means our operations person set it up in an afternoon. It is affordable compared to other tools we looked at. And the connector library is huge so we did not get stuck.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Nothing special all things match with my requirement.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending too much time moving data around instead of using it. Orders would come in and our analytics dashboard would not update until someone ran a script. Now everything syncs automatically. The team is happier because they do not have to ask for data. And I am happier because we are not paying for a more expensive enterprise tool.

 ### 25. Good for centralizing campaign and product marketing data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmytro S. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

We use Skyvia to pull marketing and product data from platforms like HubSpot, Google Ads, and internal databases into BigQuery for reporting and campaign analysis.

Since we’re a small team, having a no-code setup was important because we didn’t want to spend time maintaining custom integrations. Most connectors were easy to configure, and scheduled syncs have been reliable enough that we rarely need to think about them once they’re running.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Nothing special. Maybe the documentation could be more clear for new users.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Skyvia, campaign performance data was spread across different platforms, which made reporting slow and inconsistent. Now we have everything centralized in BigQuery, so it’s much easier to compare ad performance, track lead quality, and build internal dashboards without relying on manual exports or spreadsheets every week.

 ### 26. Skyvia Makes No-Code Data Integration and Scheduling Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tennie M. | Data Operations Manager , Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia makes data integration much easier than expected. We use it primarily to sync CRM and operational data across multiple systems, and the setup process was very straightforward. The no-code interface makes it accessible even for non-technical users. I especially like the scheduling feature, which allows integrations to run automatically without manual intervention.

Another strong point is the wide range of connectors. We connected Salesforce with our internal database and Google Sheets, and the data synchronization has been very stable. The automation features also helped reduce manual data updates and improved reporting accuracy across teams.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Some advanced mapping configurations can take time to understand initially. More templates for common integration scenarios would make onboarding even smoother.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Skyvia, we manually updated customer and reporting data across systems, which often caused inconsistencies. Now, automated data workflows keep everything synchronized and reduce manual work significantly. This has improved operational efficiency and helped our team focus more on analysis rather than data maintenance.

 ### 27. Efficient Data Migration with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter G. | AI & Automation Expert, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I use Skyvia primarily for data migration between systems, and it handled the transition efficiently with minimal disruption. I appreciate the mapping interface and the ability to test migrations before running the full transfer. Being able to align fields visually and validate the process ahead of time made a big difference in ensuring data accuracy and reducing risk during the migration. The initial setup and integrations were easy thanks to the walkthrough.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Large scale projects still require careful planning and testing, and there's no shortcut if the source data isn't clean. The success of the migration depends heavily on preparation and data quality.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Skyvia for data migration, enabling a smooth transition from an outdated system without losing critical data. The mapping interface and ability to test migrations ensure data accuracy and reduce risk, handling transitions efficiently.

 ### 28. Reliable Background Automation with a Wide Range of Connectors

**Reviewed by:** Andrei P. | Data Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

It handles routine data tasks really well. Once a job is set up, it just runs in the background without much attention. I also appreciate the wide range of connectors since we use a mix of SaaS tools and databases. It saves us from building custom integrations for everything.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Some features are not very obvious at first, so there is a bit of trial and error involved. Documentation helps, but it could be clearer in certain areas. It is not a big issue, just something to keep in mind when getting started.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us automate data movement between systems, especially for reporting and analysis. This cuts down manual work and reduces mistakes. Over time it has made our data process more stable and easier to manage.

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I use Skyvia as a flexible integration layer to connect different systems across our operations. What I like most about Skyvia is its flexibility and the wide range of systems it can connect to. The connect feature is particularly useful because it allows us to expose and access data for internal use without building additional infrastructure. It has reduced costs, improved speed of implementation, and provided a flexible way to manage data access across different teams and tools. The initial setup of Skyvia was smooth and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Structuring more advanced integrations can take some time to fully understand.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Skyvia as a flexible integration layer that solves the need for custom-built integrations, reducing costs and improving implementation speed while providing flexible data management across different teams.

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I use Skyvia mainly to automate recurring data workflows between our CRM and reporting systems. It handles scheduled data syncing so that information flows consistently across platforms without manual effort. One of the main problems Skyvia solves is the delay we previously had in updating reports due to manual data preparation. I like the reliability of its automation; once workflows are configured, they run consistently without frequent intervention. I also value the flexibility in scheduling and the ability to monitor job history. It gives us clear visibility into what is running. Skyvia is very user friendly with an easy walkthrough for the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

While Skyvia is very stable, the initial setup for more complex integrations can feel a bit trial and error. It would be helpful to have more built-in templates for common integration scenarios.

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I appreciate that Skyvia allows me to load Salesforce data into Redshift on a regular schedule, making sales and revenue data available for reporting without manual exports. The setup was faster than expected given the large amount of data being moved. I find the sync history easy to read through, and when something fails, I can see exactly which object caused the issue and fix it without much guesswork. The initial setup was also intuitive and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

We especially being able to restore individual records or entire datasets quickly when needed. The platform feels reliable and intuitive, so even non-technical team members can navigate it and verify backups without confusion.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

For complex Salesforce configurations, like custom objects with multiple dependencies, the setup can take some extra time. It's manageable, but having more step by step example or template would make the onboarding smoother for teams unfamiliar with salesforce data structures.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps remove the worry of losing important CRM data. Instead of relying on native platform protections or manual exports, we have consistent, automated backups.

 ### 35. A solid integration platform for day-to-day data workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maksym V. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

What I like most about Skyvia is how practical it is for real integration work. We use it to move and sync data across systems without having to build and maintain custom pipelines from scratch. It gives enough flexibility around mappings, filters, and schedules, while still being approachable for a small technical team.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The platform has a lot of functionality, so the interface can feel a bit dense at first. It takes some time to understand which tool or approach is best for a specific use case, especially if you’re new to the platform.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia helps us centralize and automate data movement between different systems instead of relying on ad-hoc scripts or manual processes. It reduces operational overhead, makes data flows more predictable, and allows the team to focus on analytics and delivery rather than constant maintenance of integrations.

 ### 36. Reliable Scheduled ETL for Accurate, On-Time Financial Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syed Shah A. | Online Reputation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

We use skyvia for scheduled ETL jobs that support our financial and operational reporting. Data is loaded from SQL server into our reporting environment on a regular schedule, and the process has been consistent over time. This reliability is specially important during monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, when timing and data accuracy really matter. Once the job are configured, they run as expected and don’t require much manual oversight, which helps keep reporting processes on track.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

For more advance reporting related setups, especially when additional validation or transformations are needed, it would be helpful to have more practical, finance oriented examples in the documentation. This would make it easier to fine tune setups for less common scenarios.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia is very easy to use and when I ran into questions, customer support responded very quickly with a through and complete reply. They were super helpful and spent the time to understand my question and provided relevant support.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

When I set up my connection to NetSuite I had to connect each data table into my Integration, there are hundreds. It would be great to have a "select all" feature.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company has a statutory requirement to back up our accounting books and records to a server physically located in a specific country. Skyvia allowed our accounting team to connect our ERP to an AWS server in that country and run daily back ups. It is easy and affordable.

 ### 38. Simple Backup Management with Strong Recovery Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcela T. | Retail Marketing Expert - Indirect Trade, Manufacturing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

For first time users, understanding backup retention policies and storage structure may require a bit of reading through the documentation. It becomes clear once you work with it.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It removes the certainty around SaaS data ownership. Many teams assume their CRM data is fully protected by default, but that is not always the case. Skyvia backup ensures we maintain control over our own data history.

Skyvia allows us to keep BigQuery in sync with Salesforce without maintaining custom ingestion scripts. This reduced ongoing maintenance and made it easier for the analytics team to work with up-to-date CRM data.

 ### 42. Great tool to have with Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick E. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

 ### 43. Solid (Salesforce) integration tool with small room for improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milan F. | Database Marketeer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

We use Skyvia as a bulk import and data flow tool for Salesforce. Setting up an integration, mapping fields etc. is really straightforward. The platform has been stable enough for our needs and pricing is fair.
Whenever we’ve reached out, support has been responsive and helpful, which we really appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

When you cancel a job the error and success rows are not available in the logs, which can maken it difficult to troubleshoot. Hence the logs could be more elaborate in our opinion. Sometimes it can take a while for a job to be picked up -- this is understandable during peak times, but it would be helpful if there was an indication of how long it will take for a job to picked-up (number in queue for example).

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the data flows and bulk import integrations we've mapped out we've unified our workflow and are saving lots of time to do other things that would otherwise be spent on monitoring import progression and processing data manually. Skyvia allows us to build data flows and import integrations easily and from there on it is 'set-and-forget'.

 ### 44. Efficient CRM Integration with Seamless Back-end Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary J. | Senior Data Analyst

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I like using Skyvia for Salesforce and Hubspot integrations because it eliminates the need for manual exports and reduces data mismatches, ensuring our reports and dashboards are based on the same data. I appreciate that once everything is set up, it runs in the background, so we don't have to babysit the integrations. I mostly rely on the core ETL features, and I find the scheduled syncs to be the most valuable part for us. The initial setup was easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Having more step by step examples of templates for integrations would be nice and make onboarding smoother.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia eliminates manual exports and reduces mismatches between Salesforce and Hubspot, ensuring reports and dashboards use consistent data.

 ### 45. Skyvia Helps Us Scale with Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaibhav M. | Senior Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

What I like best about Skyvia is how easy it makes connecting multiple systems without requiring heavy engineering work. We can quickly integrate HubSpot, Snowflake, QuickBooks, and our internal databases in just a few clicks, and the scheduling/automation features save us countless hours each month. It’s reliable, intuitive, and gives us confidence that our data is always accurate and up to date.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

What I dislike about Skyvia is that the user interface feels a bit dated and can sometimes make setting up more complex integrations less intuitive. Troubleshooting errors could also be improved with clearer notifications and more detailed logs. These aren’t major blockers, but with a more modern UI and enhanced error insights, the experience would be even smoother.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia is solving the challenge of unifying data across multiple systems — HubSpot, Snowflake, QuickBooks, Slack, and our production databases — without needing custom-built pipelines. This ensures our sales, finance, and operations teams are always working from the same accurate, up-to-date data. The biggest benefit is efficiency: what used to take hours of manual reporting, importing, and reconciling now happens automatically. That saves our team time, reduces errors, and gives leadership better visibility to make faster, data-driven decisions, which directly supports our ability to scale.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hanna K. | Business assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia has been a game changer for us. It just makes pulling Facebook Ads data into Snowflake so much smoother. The whole integration is pretty seamless: it's like we’ve got all our data in one spot now.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Only thing that’s a bit tricky is the initial setup if you’re not familiar with data integrations. But honestly, once you’re past that small learning curve, it’s all smooth from there.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia has really solved our headache of collecting all that Facebook Ads data from various campaigns into a single data warehouse. Before, it was super time-consuming and a bit of a mess to gather everything manually. With Skyvia, we get accurate, real-time insights that we can actually trust, all at the click of a button. It’s not only sped up our reporting but also made our ad analytics and budgeting way more precise. Now, we save much time that we can focus on other moments.

 ### 49. A solid and reliable platform for data integration and automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia offers a very intuitive interface and a wide range of connectors, which allowed us to seamlessly integrate data between our ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms without needing to write custom code. The scheduling and transformation features are easy to configure, and the logging system makes it simple to track job statuses and troubleshoot. As a system administrator, I particularly appreciate how quickly new integrations can be built and deployed, drastically reducing development time and effort.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

While Skyvia is powerful, sometimes more advanced transformation scenarios require workarounds or can't be fully implemented within the visual designer. In those cases, having more flexible scripting options or better error message details would help speed up debugging. However, their support team is always responsive and helpful when we need assistance.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia allows us to automate and manage complex data flows between various business systems, including our ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms, without the need for custom development. This has drastically reduced manual intervention, minimized errors, and improved data consistency across our ecosystem. It also helps ensure that critical business information is always up to date and available where it's needed, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.

 ### 50. Frictionless integration, right where you need it.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I was astounded by how simple it is to integrate and transfer data across services using Skyvia without having to write hundreds of lines of code. I like time-saving methods that maintain control because I'm an engineer. Its ability to quickly link databases, cloud platforms, and APIs is its finest feature. Additionally, scheduled activities execute consistently, which is essential for crucial ETL procedures.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

More UI customisation for intricate data manipulations is something I'd like to see. Even while it does a great job at handling the majority of regular jobs, there are instances when I have to come up with unique solutions for highly particular situations.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without depending on the BI team, we had to synchronize data between an analytics database and our CRM.
I was able to automate the integration using scheduled processes and develop it in an afternoon using Skyvia. This provided us with more recent data for decision-making and lessened the team's manual workload.
