**What do you like best about Profi?**

The new software upgrades recently released are working great for our team! I love the ability to see how many members are enrolled in which packages and how many calls they have left. 
The onboarding support team is amazing! Andrew Mind & Britton Ertman have been a breath of fresh air to work with during this onboarding process and during the updates. 

Highly recommend this software to anyone looking to integration a coaching platform with their business that is secure, easy to use, and HIPPA compliant.

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

Obviously with any software, upgrades take implementation time. However, with the recently upgrades this was minimal. 
Some of our members haven't used the platform as of yet, so it's not as frequently used as I would like. But our progress is continuing at a good pace.

**What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

our previous coaching platform was a custom build, so it was difficult to maintain as it was a combination of 6 different softwares to create one space. This platform is all in one and the maintenance of it is taken over by the team at Profi.io rather than out Tech Team having to maintain and problem solve any tech issues.

**What do you like best about Profi?**

Its honestly, just so clean. It sets you up for success right out of the box. The user is experience is clean and it does everything I need it to. From creating dynamic courses which combine written content with class time to group coaching to individual sessions on the fly. Plus, the whole thing is hippa compliant. I'm surprised there are coaches out there who are willing to let their clients info float around on Kajabi.

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

I wish it was a touch more robust in the branding department and customization. I don't love the outside url for my profile link, but honestly the software feels so clean and trustworthy that I don't mind too much. It would be super cool if they had an events feature for when I take my groups out on excurions, but theres event bright for that..

**What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its an all in one solution that does 95% of what i need with nothing extra. Its clean and intuitive and modern.

Profi has been very easy to use and their support team has been amazing. They are very quick to respond. I like the automoations with forms and the simplicity of the design.

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

Nothing so far, although I am a new user.

**What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has really made scheduling a breeze. Clients can share the link with others, which also helps. I like that I can link my Profi to my website, also. For health and wellness coaching, HIPAA compliance is necessary.

**What do you like best about Profi?**

Our dedicated success partners and the relationship we've built is probably our #1. And we love the "programs" we can build on the platform, which make our cohorts more seamless and gives our clients a "path" they can follow from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

Our biggest issue has been the calendar, however, Profi has made many improvements here. We use Zoom and sometimes have issues with external syncing.  

When setting up "payments", we cannot offer discounts for particular clients. I think overall just making things more customizable per client within a "program". We understanding the team is working on making this possible!

**What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Profi, we had a lot of different platforms we were using for our courses, which was not ideal for our clients. We really needed an all-in-one platform where everything could live in one place. Once we found Profi, we realized we were able to provide our clients with a seamless experience from start to finish in our public/private courses. Whether just a short coaching session, an 8-day course, or a 6-month program... Our clients only have to go to one place for everything! From a landing page where they learn about our course(s)/coaching offers, to making payments, to scheduling sessions on the calendar, to viewing all course materials, uploading assignments, etc..  

If we're ever stuck, our success partners are there to help and guide us along the way. Very personal, one on one experience that is so valuable!

They spend time helping you understand what their software does as well as listening to your needs in making future improvements.

One area that can be a struggle is they don't have telephone support so everything is email although they'll hop onto a Zoom call really fast if you need it.

Them at the need to be able to create and track online courses better in the same system that we do the video courses.

**What do you like best about Profi?**

I love that it is an all in one solution and allows me to downsize the number of tools required. Eliminating costs for services such as Zoom, Calendly, Slack, and more. As a solo-practitioner I am able to run my practice almost entirely through Profi! Thank you so much for creating an powerful system!!! Customer support is easy to reach and quick to respond. :)

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

Over all there is not much to dislike about Profi! If I were to find fault with anything I would say that being able to select which modules are displayed on the public page would be wonderful - I have some programs that contain more than 10 so I am combining modules so the page doesn't seem to go on and on. :)

**What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Profi is solving for me is having 90% of my practice in one system. I am saving not only on my expenses but also my time. Having more free time as I am not jumping around to several systems! Thank you Profi for making my practice run so much smoother!!

**What do you like best about Profi?**

Profi feels like it was designed from the ground up with coaches in mind. Every little feature that I've been waiting for from my other CRMs (and I've tried them all) is actually built in to Profi. 

I've been trying out the product for the last few weeks and I already prefer it to my much more expensive, current CRM solution.

If you're a solopreneur or relatively small business like me, I recommend Profi as a cost-effective solution. It also takes very little time to setup and get started.

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

The 'client limit' on the different account tiers is confusing, not transparent and unintuitive.

**What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing my client relationships is very time consuming. Keeping track of the progress a client is making can also prove to be difficult. Profi provides an excellent birds eye view of your status with clients and allows you to match them with products very easily.

**What do you like best about Profi?**

1. All-in-one flexible program builder - I really like the ability to build customized leadership coaching programs which contain free-form resources like training videos, docs, and presentations; as well as the option for my team and myself to schedule recurring 1:1 and group leadership sessions; and do pre- and post-program review forms/assessments.
2. Great support - we can contact our dedicated CSM at any time with any questions or concerns and he gets back to us very quickly. Thank you, Andrew & Britton for your fantastic collaboration with our team during implementation, onboarding and further adoption.
3. Pricing - we get all the functionality we need in one platform which has eliminated the need for over 6 systems and tools we've used previously, including Calendly, Zoom, Quenza, email, Notion, Slack and others.

Big Kudos to the entire Profi team for the amazing product and support along the way. We look forward to extending our collaboration!

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

Nothing major, we're pretty happy with the performance of our platform instance and everything else. We can't wait for the Profi team to deliver new program builder features.

**What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our task was to scale our leadership coaching programs for our internal Netpeak teams. We couldn't do it effectively because all the materials and communication was all over the place. 
With Profi, we were able to finally combine it all in a single place. This enabled us to scale our programs and offer it to more departments and leaders at Netpeak.

Nothing comes to mind but we look forward to receiving platform updates with more permissions and user management capabilities which are essential for our team.

Lead gen training & coaching is a new experimental service we provide to our selected clients. 

With Profi, we've been able to successfully test it out on a free trial using their Team workspaces. 

We are now in the implementation phase and waiting to get our own branded Corporate environment to scale it up. 

I don't think we would have been able to quickly test & scale our new service offering without Profi. 

Trust me, we've spent months testing other coaching and training management solutions and nothing comes close to Profi in terms of combining both coaching and program features, setup flexibility and support.

**What do you like best about Profi?**

Although we use Profi as an all in one system for enaging with clients, I can definitely say we like best and get the most value out of their scheduling component. The most important features is the ability for new leads on our website to schedule and jump on a discovery call with us without creating an account. After that, there's an easy way to start working together with clients in Profi and schedule recurring marketing project meetings.

Support is another big reason for why we've chosen and enjoyed working with the Profi team. Whenever there's a question or issue, our team contacts our dedicated manager Andrew to help us - his professionalism and product knowledge have been simply outstanding:)

With the latest scheduling update, there were a few minor bugs but they were fixed pretty quickly

**What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is convenience and much improved experience for leads and clients thanks to using Profi's all in one system.

Calendar & booking functionality! 

They've added a ton of new scheduling features I've been waiting for for so long. 
Can finally switch to Profi fully and leave Acuity behind.

I also like that Profi is a unified platform providing a professional experience, my clients and I don't have to switch between different tools to get the job done. 
Built-in video conferencing a cherry on the pie! ;)

After the new scheduling upgrade I can't think of anything I really need anymore or dislike. It's a complete, quality package.

With Profi, I save time & money as I don't have to pay for multiple solutions for my business coaching & consultancy business. My clients enjoy working with me through their dedicated portal in Profi too which positively affects my client retention.

I like that my clients will be able to upload documents for me to see as my premier service depends on this.

It is not easy for me to figure out how to schedule repeated time blocks off in my schedule . Like I want to schedule time for me to not be booked at the same time every day so my day is broken up into two different time blocks and even when I use the repeat option it doesn't reflect that way on my schedule. I've been having to do it manually for each day.

**What do you like best about Profi?**

My experience with Profi has been amazing. I wasn't the one making the decision to implement it but I've been struggling for a long time with having to use so many disconnected apps and tools for managing personal development programs for my team. So getting a platform like this was a major relief.
Now I feel like I have all the components in one place: surveys, assessments, forms, messenger and a program builder. I also appreciate having the ability to access the fully functional platform and build the program both on web and mobile.

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

Just one thing. The inability to re-order questions in assessments is frustrating but one of the Profi's support team members promised to me they will add it soon.

**What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a marketing team lead, I use Profi to coach my team members and invite external mentors. It's super convenient to have all the data in one place. I can focus on building coaching programs and developing my team's skills, and not on managing my tools like I used to.
I've also received great feedback about the app from both mentors and my team members. I strongly believe Profi is a must-have for any leader who wants to scale team member development programs.

Most of all, our team likes Profi because it's easy to use, both for our teams and our clients. We've been also getting a fantastic service from the Profi team, it feels like a true partnership, rather than just a vendor<>customer relationship.

We're still trialing Profi so can't state our final verdict as of yet, but all looks good so far.

We use Profi for client onboarding and training. We used to have a mix of 3 different toolts to deliver effective client training resources but the client experience wasn't ideal, to say the least. Profi allows us to create all the training and onboarding resources we need and make them available to clients in a single straightforward portal.

**What do you like best about Profi?**

Scheduling and video conference features are great! Profi has all the essential capabilities in one browser-based platform - so the transition from the previous stack was very smooth for me! I also like that there are integrated notes which I can take during my sessions in the same browser window and then easily share with my team mates or clients if needed.

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

There's nothing I can think of that I dislike. But I have two feature requests: routing forms (like in Calendly) and breakout rooms (Zoom).

**What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eliminated the need for Calendly and Zoom, I don't have to constantly switch between them for every call anymore. I can easily schedule internal team and customer meetings and run them in Profi's built-in video coaching tool.

**What do you like best about Profi?**

I really love the scheduling features like minimum notice period, booking frequency restrictions, and others! Previously I could only get those on Calendly which I still enjoy using but I'm looking into simplifying my tech stack and Profi seems like the best option out there because it offers all the session scheduling features + everything else I need to run my UX consultancy business.

Nothing!! And hopefully nothing comes up as my trial ends soon.

Saving money and offering a more professional experience to my clients who don't have to use multiple tools anymore to work with me. Fantastic experience so far!

Integrated client portal, chat, scheduling and video conferencing. And additional security capabilities.

I might be biased because we implement best in class CRMs for our clients so in comparison to them I can say that Profi's CRM is still rather basic. We don't use it often though, we just integrate it with Hubspot through Zapier and this setup works well for our needs.

We're using it as a portal for working with clients. Our clients get acces to all the conversations, meetings, notes in one place.

**What do you like best about Profi?**

The fact that you can have many tools combined under one roof allows you, the Coach/Mentor the freedom to focus on coaching, training or mentoring! These days, the need to master so many tools can keep a business owner stuck. Profi solves this problem beautifully!

All the tools work seamlessly together saving you, tons of hours figuring out things for yourself (and no doubt getting frustrated aling the way!). 

It's such a professional experience for your clients and this really goes a long way. 

The team also is extremely responsive and open to feedback and suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

To be honest, there's nothing I dislike! 🤓  

The team listens and implements updates to the software regularly... I couldn't be more pleased! 

Many of my own suggestions (such a multiple calendar integrations) have been implemented! So I'm quite happy! 🙂

It's a well-thought out and immensely valuable tool for your coaching business. I highly recommend it!

Profi really helps in getting going in your coaching/mentoring! It is such a time-saver when everything you need is integrated flawlessly!

It's nice when what you need is under one roof as it make things very easy to use for both you and your clients.

We use the Customer portal heavily. It's not as well developed as the Practitioner portal. We're really looking forward to enhancements in the customer experience area.

We use Profi as a customer training and support center to create training resources. Once customers sign up with our SaaS, they get to the Profi-enabled training center where we teach them on how to use our solution successfully.
We really like that we get all the functionality we need in one platform. We were able to switch from using at least 4 different tools to the Profi's all in one Team solution.

Profi does everything you need to manage coaching clients. It's simple, the minimal interface is easy to navigate and has all the core features you need to support coaching clients in their journey. They are steadily adding features for basic LMS and mini courses. I can book and conduct scheduled meetings and coaching calls all from within Profi. Overall I like the simplicity and focus on what's needed rather than being overwhelmed with features that are rarely used.

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

Viewing as a client is great, however for it to be useful, it should all notes and comments from the client too. As I currently see it, it's just View only and lacking that access. 

Client feedback is the slow speed, and not user-friendly from mobile. S that really needs attention.

The calendar does not sync all my appointments from Google calendar. I sync another business system which links to my Google calendar however this does not in my Profi schedule.

Profi is quite an amazing value, it provides much more features than similar apps, and it has a beautiful minimal design, Profi keeps improving adding features that were promised at a slow but steady pace.

**What do you dislike about Profi?**

I'm a psychologist in clinical practice and this app targets several markets and possible uses, like coaching and so on, so the features a therapist needs are not all there, but I'm confident they will keep improving to make this a competitive product in the therapist market. When you send a form to request a signature, many times the client will not receive it, sometimes they get it after sending it a few times. This is crucial for therapists since we cant start seeing a client without signed consent. Also, the record feature is quite limited, all you have for clinical notes is a notepad-like space, very minimal and client information is scattered, for instance, you have to go to different areas of the app and search all forms submitted by all clients to see if a client filled and signed a form there is no individual client record to access their info. Despite profi shortcomings, I am confident that this will be one of my best app investments in the long run, the team inspires confidence for sure.

I used it daily with my clients in my small practice and I'm sure offering a professional-lookin scheduling platform inspires confidence in my clients and makes their life easier too. The main problem it solves is providing an all-in-one solution, it saves me time, money and the headaches of juggling multiple apps for bookings, scheduling, and much more.

I usually default to the native meeting and boking software because most clients either don't use zoom or get easily confused when trying to book a meeting or training session. The platform is well built. I've never experienced any glitches or bugs and can collect payment seamlessly.

There are just so many great polished features in Profi.
This is one of my best purchases in the past 10 years.
It is one of the priority professional systems I use. 
It has never let me down in the 18 months I have been using it.

 I love the solidness and reliability of Profi. A must for my professional work.

- Seamless one on one and group video conferencing.
- Course presentation platform
- Drip feed content platform
- Excellent, professional and solid booking system, session rooms and scheduling
- Superb Profi support. Essential for any business.
- So many extra features and functions that I am only now discovering 18 months later.

I have no hesitation recommend this awesome tool!

The only things I would like to change would be to have the ability to:

1. Book calls in 15-minute intervals - if I need to    and

I really liked the preview feature allowing me to preview what my clients will see when they access our program. For our premium program, we've enabled subscriptions allowing us to charge customers for access to new exclusive content we're adding every week.

I'd appreciate more customization capabilities as we want to make our programs look more on-brand.

Profi has grown (and continues to grow) into one of the very best solutions out there for coaches, consultants, and course creators. With Profi, I host my courses, have video consultations with my clients, organize my schedule, (Profi and my Google Calendar are linked together) and accept payments. It's a complete solution.

There isn't anything I dislike about it that comes to mind. They're always improving the platform and adding integrations. I'm looking forward to them adding "communities" which is scheduled for the 3rd Quarter of this year.

In the past, I used WordPress along with a bunch of plugins to get the same functionality I now get from Profi. a) it covers all my needs; 
b) it has a pleasant UX/UI; 
c) my clients find it easy to use.
If you're a solo coach, I'd definitely recommend checking out Profi, at least on a free trial.
