What do you like best about Profi?

The new software upgrades recently released are working great for our team! I love the ability to see how many members are enrolled in which packages and how many calls they have left.

The onboarding support team is amazing! Andrew Mind & Britton Ertman have been a breath of fresh air to work with during this onboarding process and during the updates.

Highly recommend this software to anyone looking to integration a coaching platform with their business that is secure, easy to use, and HIPPA compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Profi?

Obviously with any software, upgrades take implementation time. However, with the recently upgrades this was minimal.

Some of our members haven't used the platform as of yet, so it's not as frequently used as I would like. But our progress is continuing at a good pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Profi?

Its honestly, just so clean. It sets you up for success right out of the box. The user is experience is clean and it does everything I need it to. From creating dynamic courses which combine written content with class time to group coaching to individual sessions on the fly. Plus, the whole thing is hippa compliant. I'm surprised there are coaches out there who are willing to let their clients info float around on Kajabi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Profi?

I wish it was a touch more robust in the branding department and customization. I don't love the outside url for my profile link, but honestly the software feels so clean and trustworthy that I don't mind too much. What do you like best about Profi?

Our dedicated success partners and the relationship we've built is probably our #1. And we love the "programs" we can build on the platform, which make our cohorts more seamless and gives our clients a "path" they can follow from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Profi?

Our biggest issue has been the calendar, however, Profi has made many improvements here. We use Zoom and sometimes have issues with external syncing.

When setting up "payments", we cannot offer discounts for particular clients. I think overall just making things more customizable per client within a "program". We understanding the team is working on making this possible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it is an all in one solution and allows me to downsize the number of tools required. Eliminating costs for services such as Zoom, Calendly, Slack, and more. As a solo-practitioner I am able to run my practice almost entirely through Profi! Thank you so much for creating an powerful system!!! What do you dislike about Profi?

Over all there is not much to dislike about Profi! If I were to find fault with anything I would say that being able to select which modules are displayed on the public page would be wonderful - I have some programs that contain more than 10 so I am combining modules so the page doesn't seem to go on and on. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Profi?

Profi feels like it was designed from the ground up with coaches in mind. Every little feature that I've been waiting for from my other CRMs (and I've tried them all) is actually built in to Profi.

I've been trying out the product for the last few weeks and I already prefer it to my much more expensive, current CRM solution.

If you're a solopreneur or relatively small business like me, I recommend Profi as a cost-effective solution. It also takes very little time to setup and get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Profi?

1. All-in-one flexible program builder - I really like the ability to build customized leadership coaching programs which contain free-form resources like training videos, docs, and presentations; as well as the option for my team and myself to schedule recurring 1:1 and group leadership sessions; and do pre- and post-program review forms/assessments.

2. Great support - we can contact our dedicated CSM at any time with any questions or concerns and he gets back to us very quickly. Thank you, Andrew & Britton for your fantastic collaboration with our team during implementation, onboarding and further adoption.

3. Pricing - we get all the functionality we need in one platform which has eliminated the need for over 6 systems and tools we've used previously, including Calendly, Zoom, Quenza, email, Notion, Slack and others.
