**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

- Integrates all our rates and bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com and our website) into one place
- Automated messaging coordinated across these different platforms saves me hours each week
- Easy to use features such as quote creation and reservation calendaring have made my life much easier - before, we had to generate a lot of stay agreements manually for any bookings made directly through our website

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

There are some areas where the UX could be refined: 
- Coordinating automated messaging across different platforms (it's a bit tricky to see how these all come together) 
- Integrating with Google Search so that specific dates and rates for available bookings appear in search results 
- More options for the booking engine to fit with the look and user flow of our website

**What problems is Lodgify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lodgify has allowed us to move from manual processes for bookings to a more fully automated set of systems. It integrates our calendar, rates, and reservations across Airbnb, Booking.com and our website into one place, which in turn has allowed us to optimise pricing, inventory and bookings.

It has also helped us diversify our offering so that we can grow our direct bookings in addition to our core business on Airbnb

**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

I use Lodgify to manage my serviced accommodation units. I love how it synchronizes calendars with the main OTAs like Airbnb and Booking.com. The ability to get direct bookings via the website created through the Lodgify platform is great. Lodgify helps with automated check-in and check-out details, getting house rules signed by guests, managing cleans, and much more. One thing that is very important to me is how easy it is to communicate with Lodgify's staff. The overall user experience is great, and when I need support, I know I can talk to them. They also listen to user's suggestions, so the product is only getting better over time. Lodgify's integrations, such as with PriceLabs and Stripe, are absolutely vital for me.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

Lodgify doesn't capture all expenses linked to your units and therefore doesn't provide an overall clear picture of your performance in the reports/analytics section. I believe this could be improved to account for cleaning expenses, linen, maintenance, ...

**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

I use Lodgify to integrate all my rentals from Airbnb and VRBO, making my life a lot easier to manage. It's been pretty easy managing my Airbnb and VRBO, and it saves me a lot of time. I enjoy that I just need to go onto one app to do everything. So far, Lodgify's customer service has been excellent. I can upload all my pictures to Lodgify, and it changes on everywhere else, which is easier than having to go into each app. Anytime I’ve called customer service, they’ve helped me, and I haven’t had to wait too long for their help. The initial setup was very easy because they walked me through it.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

The only complaint and I find it difficult to do is onboarding into things like Booking.com. I find it very difficult and I’m always having to call to have help with that.

**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

It shows you everything in one place, regardless of where the booking came from.  You can organize your lodgings as you like in the calendar.   You can perform all tasks, like booking guests manually or cancelling at a guest's request, and see all your stats too.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

When guests book last minute, they are not getting their "two-day prior to check-in" instructions with spa link and keypad door codes.  Also, we have two cabins with rotating door codes we set up as a test, and people aren't always getting those either.

**What problems is Lodgify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's streamlining all bookings so I don't have to look at multiple calendars and try to figure out who booked from where.  It's all in one place, nice and neat, so we know when guests are coming in, and leaving.  I can also retrieve any analytics I want to see where we are financially and make comparisons to previous years.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

Glitches during updates removed my Airbnb markup and resulted in lost revenue (though this could have been an Airbnb issue). Either way, an email reminder after updates to double-check these settings would be really helpful.

I’d also like to see more editing and text options on Lodgify’s website booking and cabin pages, along with the ability to release minimum-stay requirements a selected number of days prior.

Another recent glitch: an Airbnb guest did not receive their welcome message with the entry code, even though we have systems in place for this.

Analytics also aren’t working well for us because we’ve combined two cabins into a third “cabin” option for booking.

 I’d appreciate clarification on the analytics too—do the $ figures include tax and OTA commission. Personally, I'd like both in a separate column

**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

I use Lodgify to centralize my BNB operations, manage bookings across platforms, and for my direct booking site that allows me to own my guest data. It allows me to manage multiple calendars, pricing, and automate guest communications, giving me more control over my bookings and making me less reliant on third-party booking platforms. I love how easy to use the platform is, and the support is outstanding compared to the previous platform I was using. Being able to build a beautiful website without coding was extremely helpful. Connecting calendars across systems was super easy, and the automations I needed were also super easy to set up. I loved that I had an onboarding specialist, and the initial setup was so easy. Overall, I'm 10/10 likely to recommend Lodgify.

I did think that setting up payments for 3 businesses that I manage as separate entities could have been easier. I had to create separate email logins and set them up as separate users.

Lodgify makes it incredibly easy to manage my Airbnb property in the US while living in Ireland. Having everything in one place — calendar sync, guest communication, payments, and my website — saves me a huge amount of time and gives me peace of mind. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and clearly built with hosts in mind. Even as a small host with just one listing, I feel fully supported and never like the tool is “too much” or overly complex. I’ve been using Lodgify for about 4 years now and it has consistently improved over time.

Like any software, there’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially if you’re setting everything up for the first time. However, the help center and support team make this much easier, and once everything is set up, day-to-day management is very smooth.

Lodgify allows me to manage my Airbnb remotely without stress. I don’t have to worry about double bookings, missed messages, or payment issues. What I like most about Lodgify is that it manages almost everything for you in one place. It centralizes bookings, calendars, payments, and guest communication, so you’re not constantly switching between platforms. Once it’s set up, a lot of the work is automated, which saves time and makes running my short-term rentals much easier and more efficient.

What I don’t like is that the app could be faster and more responsive. At times it feels a bit slow, and some features don’t work as smoothly on mobile as they do on desktop, which can make managing things on the go a little less efficient.

Lodgify solves my time-management problem. By taking care of the admin work like bookings, calendars, payments, and messages, it frees up my time so I can be more present for my guests and still have time to focus on the parts of hosting I actually enjoy, while Lodgify handles the rest in the background.

I really like that Lodgify takes care of all bookings and guest communications all in one place. If I want to check what has been said to a guest, I just look at the communications and it's all there, whether it's with Airbnb or our own bookings. The initial setup was easy, with web site themes that were easy to use and the booking back end was already set up.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

I usually have to wait overnight to get support. I guess having support in Australia would help, or 24 hour support. Having said that support is always superb and worth waiting for.

I use Lodgify to manage my mom’s Airbnb and have been using it for around 8 months now. It’s been really helpful for keeping everything organized in one place. It saves a lot of time and makes managing the property much easier, especially when handling multiple channels.

I also really like that Lodgify offers a booking widget. We use it on our Squarespace website, and it works smoothly, which is great for direct bookings without relying only on Airbnb.

The only downside for me is the built-in website. It works, but it’s quite basic in terms of design. That said, it hasn’t been a big issue for us since we use Squarespace instead and just connect the Lodgify booking widget.

**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

It is the first time I am managing a local accommodation and I was quite nervous about having to handle everything on my own. But Lodgify made the process much simpler than I imagined. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, even without prior experience in the sector, and I was able to create my website quickly.

What impressed me the most was how Lodgify synchronizes with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms. I no longer worry about overbooking or outdated calendars. Having all the bookings, payments, and messages in one place really gives me a lot of peace of mind.

What makes Lodgify stand out is how much freedom it gives us: I was able to create a professional website on my own that doesn’t just look good - it converts. Managing multiple properties used to feel like spinning plates. Lodgify brings everything into one place - direct bookings, OTA reservations, calendars, and pricing - so I don’t have to juggle different tools or risk double bookings. Updating rates, blocking dates, or reviewing reservations is quick and intuitive, which means less stress and more time back.
The channel manager has been a game-changer, keeping availability synced across platforms automatically, and the website builder gave me a professional direct booking site without needing a developer. Add to that the integrations in the Lodgify Marketplace, and I’ve been able to create a tech setup that works perfectly for my business.

I like how easy it is to set up Lodgify, as it is intuitive for the most part. The customer support is excellent, with an energetic team that genuinely tries to solve issues without falling into generic scripted AI loops. I also appreciate the help provided during setup.

It's pretty good, still a couple of teeny little synching glitches with Airbnb. Mostly when Airbnb guests want to add extra guests after they have booked.

What I like best about Lodgify is how it keeps my calendars in sync. I started with Airbnb and Booking.com and actually ended up with double bookings twice. Since I switched to Lodgify about a year ago, that’s never happened.
A couple of months in, I started taking direct bookings too by creating my own website through Lodgify, and that was a total game-changer. 
I’m on the Ultimate yearly plan for my two rentals, and honestly, for what you get, the price is really fair.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

The website customization could be easier and have more options, but for getting started it’s perfectly fine. Once you figure out how it works, setting up and publishing is super quick. Also, the reporting and analytics could be a bit more detailed. It gives you the basics, but if you like digging into numbers, it’s a little limited.

Lodgify basically solves the chaos of managing multiple bookings. Before, I was juggling Airbnb and Booking.com and actually ended up with double bookings a couple of times. Now everything syncs automatically, so I don’t have to worry about mistakes.
It’s also great for direct bookings. I set up my own website through Lodgify a few months in, and it’s made getting bookings without a platform so easy. Overall, it just saves me a ton of time and stress every week

As a new host, Lodgify has been an absolute game-changer. The platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, even for someone like me with zero prior experience in vacation rental management. CRM Capabilities: This is the biggest gap for me. As the system that holds all our guest and reservation data, it really needs a built-in CRM. Being able to tag guests, automate follow-ups, segment audiences, and build stronger guest relationships directly within Lodgify would take the platform to the next level.

Accounting & Tax Handling: The accounting tool and tax settings could use more finesse—especially for those of us operating outside of Europe. I’m based in Canada, and while it's possible to set things up correctly, it often feels like a workaround. Making a change feels like threading a needle, and I always brace myself when tax rules shift.

That said, I continue to recommend Lodgify because of its strengths, and I am confident in their roadmap as they continue to innovate and evolve.

Been on lodgify 3 months.  A lot of nuances.  Lodgify creates a multitude of problems as a host.  
-We had an airbnb guest who wanted to cancel their 7 night reservation just before new years, and we had to contact airbnb for this.  Airnbnb can sometimes take days for a response, and we wanted to open the calendar on other platforms so someone else can book.  Lodgify then assisted with the dis connect.  We assumed airbnb would be offline completely, turns out we were wrong.  Neither were we able to unblock other platforms due to the complications with this PMS, resulting in empty calendar.  First, if you need to dis connect lodgify from airbhb or vrbo for any reason, the system will change the price on entire calendar to its own setting, a much lower price than even your base price when listing was created.  This caused us to have many cheap bookings.  On top of that, we could not even change the price on airbnb once it was dis connected.  We had to unlist it completely to stop guests from booking.  
-We also had VRBO listings with no cleaning fee, even though we added one.  The lodgify staff is supposed to check and make sure everything is in place at on boarding and did not do this.  Many people booked without a cleaning fee.
-Lodgify did not advise us that merchants will charge a 3% fee, even if a booking is cancelled on VRBO.  We had multiple situations like this for reservations between $3k-$5k and lost hundreds of dollars.  
We had an emergency and had to immediately dis connect a listing due to discrepancies with the city.  So naturally we went on each platform and dis connected.  Turns out the properties were still live (we had no idea) which caused us A LOT of additional issues.

I was comparing Lodgify with two other platforms and was ready to go with which ever gave me the best and quikest solution. Lodgify seemed to be the most responsiove and booked in a call with a consultant. The lady was super friendly and patient and showed me what I needed. In the end, I still have some work to do to fine tune but knowing I have support at hand, I will persist.

Difficult at first to try and find the external widget and too focused on pushing airbnb accounts.

If you have 1-3 Units and only run off of your website, Airbnb, and maybe VRBO...Lodgify might be a solution to get you up and going. Anything more than that should be moved to a more robust platform.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

Dislike just about everything else.
My property has 11 units and having texting communincation is VITAL. Lodgify is smart enough to agree with how important SMS is to guests in today's world (read their post here https://www.lodgify.com/blog/vacation-rental-text-messaging/ )....G2 won't let me share the portion directly from the blog post, but read the last paragraph in that link under "What to Take Away". Tell me why a business touts how important a very specific feature is BUT they don't actually offer it or have it on the road map to offer it in the future. REMOVE THE MISLEADING POSTS FROM YOUR WEBSITE OR GET WITH THE TIMES AND ACTUALLY OFFER A USEFUL FEATURE. 

I was misled. They don't offer SMS. You can use Zapier to automate it (terrible idea) or use one of their two integrations (Enso Connect OR Dack). While in mid-onboarding, I found out that SMS was not actually an option, I was forced to stay in the contract and use one of the two expensive integrations listed above. Without going into too much on that experience - I'll just say it was terrible. I'm swtiching PMS after only 6 months...and I paid for the full year. I'd rather lose 6months of money than have to deal with Lodgify and their crappy integrations any longer. 

If you're running 1-3 units and don't care about texting...great. Try Lodgify (although I'm sure you'll find something else to disappoint you). If you're wanting to offer your guests a modern experience and text them, don't even think about using Lodgify. Use a PMS that has SMS messaging built in natively. I'm personally moving my business to Resnexus but would also recommend Cloudbeds or Hostaway.

Oh, and their second biggest flaw? Customer Service. Maybe it's a better experience if you're located in Europe but it's not great in the US. Good luck waiting for email responses or long phone queues.

Unified calendar, built in website, with connection to Stripe for credit card processing... bare bones. That was about it.

The UI is very intuitive and I became comfortable with it very quickly. And, I love Lodgify's support model. The best thing is that Lodgify contacted me first and proactivly set up meetings to explain everything and ensure my success. That is so impressive!

We went from being held back by AirBNB to in control of our own bookings! Occasionally, AirBNB would not authorize a booking or hold our account until an issue was resolved. Now we can offer direct bookings and VRBO booking options to our best guests. We love the ease of use of Lodgify, and how their customer support made it easy to implement both direct bookings and VRBO integration. We now only use Lodgify's interface every day. It allows us to integrate different booking sites and our own direct bookings into one calendar. Lodgify offers every feature that the other booking sites use and allows you to control it from one place.  We are now looking to add another property since we can manage everything much easier with Lodgify. Thank you George and the Lodgify team for always being available for help. Also, you will want to have the free walkthrough when you sign up too, it helped make the transition easy for us.

Lodgify integrates well with Airbnb and VRBO.  The software is mostly stable.  Lodgify is easy to understand and navigate.  The Logify team is responsive and communicates well.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

One aspect of the Lodgify calendar has caused us problems.  This is the calendar blocks we create manually.  Graphically they do not match the booooking sytem blocks and causes confusion with my staff.  Lodgify was responsive to our requests for changes and we were on two or more conference calls with them.  They finally corrected it once for a day then if reverted back to the original graphic.

Lodgify is fairly seamless in keeping us scheduled properly without double bookings.  We can manage calendar and pricing together.

**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

Lodgify is simple to use and pretty self-explanatory once you get into the details. We love the built-in website builder and quick response times from the support team. We've had some difficulties transitioning over/connecting our other channels, but it all worked out in the end, and now we use Lodgify 'full-time' for both our vacation homes. What we love is that the software has its own API, making it possible for us to get data directly instead of more difficult ways while still with Booking.com.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

Once you start working with it, you see that it's still a bit rough around the edges, such as being able to see the placeholder strings when the website isn't loaded in fully, having to log in every time you access the page, or being brought back to the home page of your dashboard when you want to access payment settings (no redirect after logging in again). When starting out, connecting your Booking.com to the platform is difficult as you need an onboarding call that would cost you $25 if you couldn't make it, had to leave in the middle, or didn't cancel 24 hours prior. Another thing was not having Booking.com children included in the number of guests in your vacation rental. 
In the end, the company is a startup and still has some things to 'iron out' but with the very helpful support team and their wiki, we've come to love it.

**What problems is Lodgify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved our problem of having multiple platforms where we offered our vacation home services and syncing them up so that we wouldn't have to worry about double booking or miscommunication. Another thing is that now, when we have a direct booking per phone or e-mail, we can just very easily put it down in the same calendar as a booking and have it all neatly arranged in one place.

**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

The team makes the product.
This is a leading rental management tool, and I have tried a few, the differences are really minimal.
So why am I leaving 10 stars? The team.
The team proactively reached out to me when one of my rentals were having issues, did not mention that I had made a mistake during the enrollment, and generally were supportive of me and my business.

Something will go wrong. When you choose any product. It's just a fact of life. What matters here is that it is resolved before you even think to check your email. I don't know how, I thought their enrollment was automated (it is, I had just mistyped something) -- nevertheless, a real person picked it up as fast as an automated system would.

No, I'm not kidding, I'm being paid for this review, but as a technology professional, I could not tell, nor did I expect, that a real person picked up my request within a minute. Not to put any pressure on you Lodgify :) If you enter all the details correctly, it will just work, but if not, it will just work.

They knew the intricaties of the Booking.com system I was using, and despite Booking.com being trash, they managed to work around it. I don't even open the awful Booking.com app. I just use Lodgify. It lets me actually charge a guest's card. Booking.com... does not, even though that's the minimum you would expect. Lodgify makes up for the inadequacies of Lodgify, but does charge a fee unless you are on the pro plan, though having lost about a hundred before I started Lodgify, I don't mind paying this, knowing I can upgrade to fee-free if I make a certain amount of bookings, it's all about saving time, and I definitely save that 1% in stress and time.

I don't even use the excellent Airbnb app, I just have Lodgify installed, I have never needed more. At first I didn't trust it fully (as you shouldn't) and checked all apps, but after a while, as there were no issues, and everything was synced quickly, I decided to stop checking Airbnb and Pulse apps. I LOVE having a single-pane-of-glass to manage my business.

When you open up the TypeForm page to link a connection, suspend judgement for a moment, it looks like a survey that is picked up by a real person, and you think you'll have to wait for a few hours. THIS IS AUTOMATED. So rest assured, it will be added within 5 minutes.

Unless, of course, like me, you fat finger something, then a person will pick it up and remedy it if they know what you mean, but they are very careful, they double-check everything. That being said, they will not ask useless questions.

tl;dr amazing team, product is automated, product makes up for the no-doubt-awful systems you will be linking into it.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

There is a 1% fee on top of the Stripe fee when using Stripe. I don't think it costs them anything to do, yet they charge for it. I would not mind a flat fee, but I don't think they should be entitled to a percentage.
HOWEVER, and this is a big HOWEVER: I do not understand how Booking.com works, I think if a person must make the payment manually, a Lodgify employee, as there needs to be a captcha, it makes sense to charge, though unfortunately I must still make the statement that it should not be a percentage.
I suppose it assures people that they will always make 99%, and this may not always be the case when they use a flat fee, so it may all balance out.

**What problems is Lodgify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lodgify solves the problem that Booking.com is an awful product and has been for decades, they know they are, and don't care about their users. Lodgify care and they have created tools on top of the channel connection for it. You can send automated AI replies, charge cards with your payment processor, and much more.

I also love that there is a frontend for direct bookings, that requires zero setup. I literally spent less than 5 minutes, and it is running on my own custom domain, with HTTPS. Amazing. No reverse proxy setup required, no extra fee for using your own domain. Just the right design decision in this respect.

**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

Simply put, I would not be using Lodgify if it weren't for their booking widget. They've invested time/energy/effort into their direct booking site customization + booking widget. That's the sole reason I'm using lodgify as other alternatives (mainly guesty) are lacking in this area. That said, the core components of this PMS are severely lacking and/or have bugs littered throughout the product.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

- Pricing. Lodgify is too expensive at the middle tier. Upgrading to the ultimate tier boosts the costs even more for features that should be in the core pricing tier. 
- Lack of any usable analytics in the professional tier. Even though I'm spending upwards of $700/year for 2 listings, I'm still forced to download a CSV and sum up my earnings in a manual spreadsheet. This is how analytics was done for software in the late 1990s, not today. 
- Bugs littered throughout the product with little transparency from the developer team about what was fixed in the most recent release. 
- Support doesn't have live chat and takes roughly 24-48 hours to respond to a simple email request that should be a simple question.

If you're new to the vacation rental business lodgify is a great way to start. The platform takes care of a lot of stuff that you'd otherwise have to learn how to do yourself. It saves time at the beginning. Automation is also a huge plus. I can't compare with others but I've had a great experience so far

The fact that I can't set up everything on lodgify and rely on it to sync with all OTAs. For booking, there's A,B, C that i need to set up on booking itself. For Airbnb it's X, Y and Z. You need to remember a lot of stuff, but I guess that's not lodgify's fault. And they do a great job at offering tutorials for every issue or question you might have

The payment gateway was a headache for me. Safety, taxes, fees. I was overwhelmed by everything I needed to manage on my own. Lodgify makes it really easy for me

The LITE program allowed me to start with minimal risk and upgrade my facilities based on feedback. 

The ability to adjust my product features in response to real-time feedback has been precious.

While I've had a fantastic experience with Lodgify, a few areas could use some improvement. The entry cost of 3.9% for the LITE program might seem a bit high for startups like mine.

It would be great if Lodgify could provide initial technical support during the setup phase, even if it's just for a limited number of hours.

1) With the help of Lodgift you can sync your calendars and rates for property very easily to manage and increase number of bookings without any brokerage.

1) Initially I found dealing with the customer support team is frustrating but I got the answer so all ok.

**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

I like the helpful setup calls and the amount of support I got. Kind and friendly as well as competent and professional.
I also like the design and the automated messages as well as the possibility to build your own website.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

Im missing some key functions like 
-seeing how much the platforms are taking from the booking (fees)
- for booking.vom at what time I'm getting the money for this particular booking 
- as well as the possibility to react to requests as "early check-in"
- an overview for all income sources

**What problems is Lodgify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overview for all platforms and synchronization between them for price and dates.
