how sync it is, and mainly with a keyless solution for opening the door, easy to use, once you understand the principle, it takes more less two-three days to fully set up and run it when you are fully - committed.

Apps from  the marketplace have to be opened separately in the different window, it would be nice to control every extra features from one place

I like the helpful setup calls and the amount of support I got. Kind and friendly as well as competent and professional.
I also like the design and the automated messages as well as the possibility to build your own website.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

Im missing some key functions like 
-seeing how much the platforms are taking from the booking (fees)
- for booking.vom at what time I'm getting the money for this particular booking 
- as well as the possibility to react to requests as "early check-in"
- an overview for all income sources

Overview for all platforms and synchronization between them for price and dates.

The connection team is very patient with establishing Calendar integration. 

The website templates are easy to use and aesthetically appealing.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

Lodgify does not adhere to its published policies. For example, Lodify's policy states that it does not charge commissions for canceled reservations. However, Lodgify can not verify if reservations were canceled, so they charge commissions on ALL reservations, regardless of status. For example, an avalanche of false reservations were made on booking.com. Since booking.com is tied to my Lodgify account, I was charged hundreds of dollars in commission fees for fraudulent reservations.

**What problems is Lodgify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are better STR hosts websites on the market. Lodgify does not add value to the user experience. It hinders productivity, and business performance has no increase.

I like the fact it is a one stop shop for all things related to my vacation rentals.

I don't like the limitations for the mobile app, but most things need to be handled on a laptop anyway.

Utilize their help center. If the answers aren't there, they will help via email. Email does take a little longer than I'd like but it always gets resolved.

I'm able to get all of my data in one place and sync with my OTAs for total control without bouncing back and forth.

I would say Lodgify customer service on a scale of 1 to 10, I will give a 10, I love the option of being able to create my website with the name of my property! the dashboard was very friendly. Lodgify allows me to make changes to my property all in one place, this is both affordable and easy to use, especially for me being a first-time host. They are perfect A single destination for guest communication synced with my listing data across all channels. No more hopping from channel to channel for calendar updates. View all reservations across all channels in one place. The most efficient way to tackle recurring tasks with automation capabilities that can take over my routine to-dos on Lodgify. The guest communication experts can offer my guests accurate and timely support around the clock. This platform is integrated with the world’s top online travel agencies, as well as third-party solutions that help me succeed – from dynamic pricing tools to noise monitoring technology to keyless entry systems. I saw an Increase in My Listings, and Boost my Revenue. I have saved an average of 100+ Hours Weekly.

I would like to have a better response turnaround time, when you're a small business you really want to speak with someone right away! But I would still recommend Lodgify!

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

They are still working on the integration with all the portals that I need, but in the meanwhile they offer robust connections with the most important ones (VRBO, Booking, Airbnb, Expedia). For the rest I'm using iCal but I prefer the API connections

Definitely worth it, low pricing considering the alternatives

**What problems is Lodgify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can manage my rentals from one place, having a clear view of the situation and sharing my calendar with the cleaning service company. I have started receiving direct bookings, so I was able to save the 18-20% on commissions that would go to the OTAS otherwise

Lodgify has a straight-forward and easy to navigate platform.  The built in booking engine and channel manager is very convenient and the calendar design is great.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

As a small hotel operation, Lodgify does not have features I've needed for group bookings, promos, generating reports and streamlined integrations.

**Recommendations to others considering Lodgify:**

Great basics for vacation rentals and property managers with a few properties, not great for hoteliers or hybrid hotel/rental type establishments if you want flexibility in features.

Booking engine, reservations management and guest communication for a boutique property.  The ease in communicating directly on the cloud-platform has been helpful

**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

This system is easy to use due to its interface that is very friendly, it also allows me to be online from my mobile device anywhere. Letting me see the movement of reservations of my clients and the number of people who come to review the catalog of services offered by my business.

This system has also allowed me to integrate it with my web pages in order to give my clients the easiest service and the best online service they deserve. I also like your customer service team, without a doubt they are very attentive and very professional, I feel very satisfied and supported by them.

In the same way, I love Lodgify because it allows me to save a lot of time, since once this system is configured with my means of payment, everything else works automatically, and it avoids the client the known jams in the system. One of the things that I liked a lot is their email system that lets me be in direct contact with my clients in general.

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

One of the things that I did not like is that at the beginning, this system is a little complicated to handle, also the currency changes must improve it in order to be able to personalize them. The technical support team is already working on it.

Without a doubt I recommend this system with all security, it is one of the most complete and versatile systems that I have been able to handle, even though I am not a very skilled person in the use of the internet.

Lodgify has given me a wonderful experience in my business, since I never imagined before being able to take my small business to be online at all times and be able to operate this system automatically, quickly and safely, I can even supervise the entire management of my business from the app on my mobile device.

**What do you like best about Lodgify?**

I like what it promises: easy integration for AirBNB, property management, and your own booking website

**What do you dislike about Lodgify?**

Everything. I dislike everything. The calendar does not sync correctly with AirBNB and caused us multiple double booking, the back-end is clunky and hard to navigate, the "website" is slow and not user-friendly, the customer service is terrible, and getting paid is a nightmare. 

**Recommendations to others considering Lodgify:**

Lodgify makes promises that they cannot deliver on. They have owned us money for almost four months, we have not seen a penny of it, but have to keep paying the monthly fee to have access to support. My recommendation is to find someone else.

We were attempting to add property rental booking directly through our website.

1. It provides nearly everything that we need, to run an apartment house in the digital world.
2. The bestest feature is the integration that itnprovides with other renting platform. Most likely we use Airbnb.

1. I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t offer a wide range of page customization widgets such as content slider.
2. Secondly there is limited number of global OTAs provided in the channel manager of lodgify.
