Staying Relevant and Price-Conscious in a Fast-Changing Tech Landscape

attempt to remain relevant in todays ever changing tech environment while remaining price conscious. Other platforms, like Guesty Lite are very enticing due to it's robust nature, speed of onboarding and general set up process.

Good PMS Option for Small/ Independent STR Operators

The two best aspects of using Lodgify are their customer service and the speed/frequency of platform improvements. Over my 2.5 years of using their software, I've contacted Lodgify customer service a dozen or more times; the representatives have always been responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. No phone trees. No AI chat bots. Just real humans who have been able to solve every issues I have brought to them. They are also constantly making bug fixes and platform improvements. Their software is by no means perfect, but when there is an issue, they fix it quickly. They do seem to listen to customer feedback and incorporate it into each new feature.
