The locker itself is very simple and easy to use both from a user aspect. The system to manage the locker is very straight forward and you an easily keep track of keys. Keynest integrates with other systems we use as part of our business which massively helps day to day usage. The customer support team are easy to get hold of and are very helpful. I would say that I wished KeyNest had more locations with lockers, as some areas are quite empty. This can be inconvenient for certain properties, since guests may have to walk up to 15 minutes to collect their keys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
