**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

I love the way that we are able to call the leads from the system, organize them, and categorize them to easily follow up with bulk email and bulk text messages. I also find HighLevel user-friendly and appreciate its functionality. The initial setup was very simple and easy.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

Sometimes there are some glitches when using the app, and it's much easier than using the desktop version.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HighLevel as a CRM to keep all our accounts in one place, update contacts, move them into the right stages, and get new leads. It helps in maintaining relationships and organizing leads for follow-up with bulk emails and text messages.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

I like how everything is in one system. Instead of paying for separate tools for funnels, email campaigns, and text messaging, I can do it all in HighLevel. The automations are especially helpful because they keep things moving even when I am busy.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

What I dislike is the learning curve. There are so many features that it can feel confusing at first, and the interface could be smoother. Also, if you are not running a business or agency, a lot of it feels like overkill.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighLevel solved the problem of using too many separate apps for marketing and client communication. Now I can keep client info, messages, funnels, and campaigns in one place. The benefit is that I save time switching back and forth and I feel more organized when managing multiple clients at once.

until now high level was only available with English support. for me now issue, as a I speak fluently. but now there is also a german certified specialist.

I can easily set up funnels and websites, have all my contacts in a perfect working crm and am able to install ai agents to my clients accounts and projects

Moreover, it's a fantastic tool for lead management. I find the support chat accessibility in HighLevel to be lacking. Unlike other CRM tools where the chat support icon is readily available and pops up on the side, HighLevel does not provide this convenience. This feature would be more helpful and convenient for users, making support more accessible and seamless.

The user interface isn't super friendly, but they are developing it so that it is. The setup was easy, but the learning curve was steep.

Some parts of the system feel a bit complex, and it can take a while to figure out how everything works. A simpler layout or better onboarding tutorials would help.

High Level, is fantastic easy to use has so many features from Sales and Marketing 
very quick has minimal drop outs, can book meetings directly and add and change snippets  for generated emails, has  excellent calendar feature  to directly book generated meetings,  group sales and contacts it has made my life a lot easier able to get to contacts and open notes and data add notes and details 
acess to call back dates enjoy working with High Low

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

the only downside is sometimes on calendar the data ie booking a time does not appear and you have to book manually and it can at times freeze or drop out but it is not often i use High low daily all day so on it for a length of time.I have not had to reach out for customer support myself, it is very easy to use and integrate  for mail outs i found it very easy to implement  and navigate through

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of grouping clients, call backs sales,  marketing email drops freeing up my time as emailing and added bonus of snippets to add and generate your emails, booking internally, placing calls through High Low  recorded for training and compliance, ability to map out you daily targeting  basically freeing up your time to concentrate on areas of importance than using time to  navigate clients, emails

I like that HighLevel is easy to use and intuitive, which makes managing tasks straightforward. The good support chat is a big plus for resolving any issues quickly. I also like the data entry feature. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, even though I needed to call my account manager to ensure I had the right access for bulk uploads, it was still a smooth process. The product offers more capacity, which was one of the reasons for switching from HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

I have a feature in the newsletter section to add things easily like contact name, but that feature is kinda hidden.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighLevel helps with newsletters, contact tagging, and managing funnels, making CRM more efficient for me.

GHL easily integrates with other platforms making data transfer seamless. I've been using the platform daily for the past 10 months and it the experience has been awesome. Customer support also does great in addressing latency issues when it happens (experienced once in 10months).

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

marking new cases unread sometimes do not work as intended

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the integration between GHL, blade and AT makes is a breeze to transfer and use data across all platforms. reaching out to clients using the tool also eliminates (or at least lessen) the need to have a second email service. The reliability of the tool is remarkable and only had one issue which i think wasn't due to the platform itself. SMS through Mobiz were delayed but was fixed after a short time.

What I find most challenging about High Level is that its learning curve can feel steep, especially for someone self-taught or managing things solo. While it offers powerful tools, the platform can sometimes feel overwhelming with its many features and constant updates, making it hard to keep up without dedicated time to learn. I also notice that some areas, like design flexibility and user interface, could be more intuitive and accessible. For someone who values simplicity and clarity, it sometimes takes extra effort to navigate and fully harness all it offers.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighLevel is solving the problem of having to manage multiple disconnected tools for communication, marketing, and client management. By bringing everything into one place — CRM, email, SMS, automations, funnels, scheduling, and memberships — it saves me time, reduces costs, and helps me stay organized.

This benefits me by letting me focus more on meaningful connection and mission-driven work, rather than getting lost in technical busywork. I love that it has everything I need for my real estate business.  for less than the same price that I was paying for a robust website platform and hosting.  I now have everything for my business in one platform.  Also the customer support is next level.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

There is so much to HighLevel that I am always learning and going down many rabbit holes.  Nothing to dislike but it does take some time to set things up if you want a little fancier automation.  But that being said the support is great at walking you through it all.  I think the only problem is me over complicating things.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all of my clients and inquiries. 

Making sure I don't miss any appointments.  Robust fast website, automated marketing for socials that I can let someone else run for me.  Everything about my business now is looking so much more professional, just wait until I implement new automations.  

This allows me to spend more face time with my clients, which is why I love real estate is working with the people.

What I like best is there is always help for you whether you know about web browser or you don’t. They have support  to help you accomplish and learn different profiles and forms on their site. And the most I notice is that the staff is very patient and calm.  They gift you within 25 minutes of their time sometimes a few extra minutes but you could always sign again to receive more help. Thanks to the staff that has been very helpful and patience with me.

What I dislike about high level is that the programs change rapidly. But you are able to do everything in the platform itself they have every tool to make it more efficient for their clients.

I was having a hard time building my website and my policy for my business and with their program of support help and tools they have to offer I have accomplish both. If you know technology this will be a brief, but for me it takes a little longer.

Visually, I find it quite poor, especially in the CRM section and specifically in the conversations part. I also find the notifications part poor, there's a significant lack of sound and visual notifications in the browser. The reports section is also quite weak, it needs more for the sales part.

Help me automate many things, centralize as well, and manage the information better.
