What do you like best about Brand24?

What I like most about Brand24 is that it shows brand mentions from places I would never think to check manually. After using it for some time, I realized our product was being discussed on forums and small websites that were completely off our radar. It pulls everything into one dashboard, which saves a lot of time compared to searching manually. What do you dislike about Brand24?

The things I don't like are the UI and UX, where I feel it's a bit cluttered. and can be cleaner and user-friendly by handleing it smartly.

What do you like best about Brand24?

What I like best about Brand24 is how easy it is to monitor mentions across the web and social media in real time. The data from some social platforms can be limited due to API restrictions, and historical data access is restricted in the lower-tier plans. What do you like best about Brand24?

I particularly like the AI Insights report from Brand24, as it gives me a concrete summary that I can circulate to clients on a weekly basis with little input needed from my side. The ability to create customized PDF reports is incredibly handy too. I also appreciate being able to filter through all the mentions based on things like sentiment, restrict time periods, or sources. What do you dislike about Brand24?

Sometimes collection from less typical sources doesn't seem quite as reliable or comprehensive, but the customer service is great to figure out what's going on in those cases. The price is also a liiitle steep, but so are all social listening tools. Tuning the keywords can be difficult if your topic involves commonly used words. It would be nice to have (and be able to combine) all basic operators like AND, OR, NOT available for keywords - this would greatly reduce the amount of them needed to get a fine-tuned result. What I like most about Brand24 is the ease of setting up custom alerts that instantly notify us about important mentions. The AI-driven sentiment analysis is very accurate, and the visual reports make it easy to share metrics with the executive team. I also appreciate the broad coverage that includes social media, blogs, forums, and news. The custom alerts allow me to react quickly to reputation crises or seize engagement opportunities. The sentiment analysis saves us hours of manual review by automatically classifying mentions as positive, negative, or neutral. I appreciate how Brand24 is pretty comprehensive across a number of platforms and it makes it easy to get a daily overview. I find the email digests great. It seems like a simple thing, but it saves me from having to 'go look' for things. What do you like best about Brand24?

The thing I like most about Brand24 is how easy it is to track brand mentions across the internet without doing manual work. I don't have to search Twitter, blogs, news sites, or forums separately. Brand24 collects everything on one dashboard, which saves a lot of time. Another good part is the real-time alerts. When someone mentions the brand, product, or even a keyword, I get notified quickly. This helps a lot when something important happens, like a customer complaint or a viral post of feedback that needs fast action. The dashboard is simple and clean, so even non-technical people can understand it easily. I can quickly see mention, reach, sentiment, and trends without reading long reports. I also like the sentiment analysis feature. It clearly shows whether people are talking positively, negatively, or neutrally about the brand. For small teams or startups, the pricing can feel a bit high, especially if I only need basic monitoring features. Another drawback is that historical data access is limited depending on the plan, which can be a problem when you want long-term trend analysis. Sometimes alerts can feel too frequent, especially during high-traffic campaigns, and you need to fine-tune the notification settings properly. One of the things I don't like is that, being in Latin America, the time differences with the operational headquarters of Brand24 affect the agility in communication with my contacts.
