It's frustrating that I have to keep setting filters for every project whenever I go to them. At a global / brief level we have been tasked with only looking at our region (Australia) for a set time period. I'd like to do this once during platform set-up. I also think that it would be handy when setting up projects that you should ask me to input my brand, my competitors, influencers and industry bodies and category search terms that we want to analyze. You could then set up the projects based on that and recommend a number of keywords for each of those things. I want to then group my projects into 'Competitors', 'Influencers' etc as opposed to having them in one long list. You could also have a tool that allows me to upload my brief, then recommend a project set up based on my brief. I also wanted to say that our brief was to analyze the previous year and we only found out after signing up that Brand24 only really collates data in real time (from project set up) as opposed to looking at historical data which was our brief from client.
