What do you like best about Brand24?

Brand24 makes it very easy to track brand mentions in real time across social media, blogs, news sites, and forums. The sentiment analysis is accurate and helps us quickly identify positive and negative feedback. I also like the clean, intuitive dashboard and how easy it is to generate reports for internal stakeholders. The integrations with tools like Slack make collaboration seamless. Overall, it saves a lot of time and ensures we don’t miss important online conversations about our brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

While the platform is excellent, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes the data refresh can take longer than expected during peak times. The historical data access is limited in some pricing plans, which can be a drawback for long-term analysis. Also, deeper integrations with more third-party platforms (beyond the existing ones) would make the tool even more powerful.
