It's fairly user-friendly once you get a tutorial. I love that it categorizes all mentions as positive and negative if it can be determined. There are also some interesting new AI-powered features to help you observe conversations happening surrounding your brand. I will say the customer support is also excellent. The sentiment analysis could definitely be improved as we get a lot of "false negatives", where the algorithm misinterprets emphasis, attitude, or colloquial language negatively.
