The tool has constantly improved, what I don't like is that for changing the payment card you have to wait and there's no option for immediate payment. They do provide support, in your language, but I hope they soon add the option to load or change your card and be able to pay now, which would be a plus, while keeping the automatic processing option, just adding the pay now option. I definitely love the ability to track everything after sending a campaign or starting an automation. I love the integrations with other services that I use like Calendly, Wordpress, and even Stripe. As much as AI can be useful, I absolutely hate the new homepage they are pushing. Thankfully I can revert to the original dashboard version for now. It gives a good at a glance idea of how everything is doing. I'm also not a fan of the AI creation features for images and writing in general since it's so obvious once finished that it was generative AI. I think using the AI features for analyzing and tips is the better way to go. There's not enough information for it to really create useful things about niche topics like what I'm marketing.
