What do you like best about 11x?

I love how 11x streamlines the prospecting process, making it incredibly efficient for identifying leads. The way Alice, our AI agent, can locate and identify specific leads that I direct her to find is amazing. I love her ability to create customized and unique messages tailored to each lead, which adds a personal touch that enhances our engagement strategy. Another feature I particularly love is how she updates our Salesforce account information efficiently. This task is typically very time-consuming for a Sales Development Representative, but Alice makes it seamless, saving me a significant amount of time. Furthermore, the initial setup of 11x was fairly easy, thanks to Alice our 11x representative being extremely hands-on and helpful, meeting with me weekly to ensure I understood the process. The continued support has been incredible, providing me with ongoing assistance tailored to my team’s needs. The overall experience with 11x and their supportive team has been very satisfying. What do you dislike about 11x?

What do you like best about 11x?

I love how customizable the agents are and the onboarding/continued customer service has been as solid as I've ever experienced with any kind of new tech roll out. When weighing the alternative of partnering with a full-blown 24/7 call center, 11x has proven to be a better choice for us. Alice Qu on the deployments team has been extremely helpful related to our onboarding, initial launch, and our continued tweaks to the agents/use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 11x?

There is a lack of analytics and reporting in the current iteration, however there have been many updates to the platform since we've joined and I'm confident more robust reporting is coming soon. I appreciate 11x for its outstanding ease of setup, thanks to the dedicated full-time account representative who was always available to assist us. This personal support made launching and configuring the software remarkably straightforward, allowing us to quickly get up and running by identifying targets and setting up processes effortlessly. Additionally, the AI agent named Alice is particularly impressive; the ability to nudge her in the right direction during campaigns is invaluable. Alice efficiently identifies targets and composes emails, and we can adjust our campaigns by adding or removing criteria to make our outreach more targeted. This flexibility to refine our messaging over time is a significant advantage. Beyond the technical features, the customer service from 11x is exceptional. The team, especially Nick and his boss Lauren, went above and beyond to ensure our success with the application, consistently offering their availability for immediate support through various communication channels like quick calls and Slack. What do you dislike about 11x?

I find the credit system in 11x to be a source of anxiety within my organization. Although the system is designed to control the bandwidth of outbound messages, there's a constant concern that we might consume more credits than we have. While customer support, notably our partner Nick, is quick to add credits if needed, the anxiety stemming from potential credit shortages persists despite knowing that support is readily available. 11x does a great job of prospecting potential clients. By providing multiple ways to search for prospects, 11x gives freedom to users on how they want to target their client base specifically. This allows us to ensure our messaging is getting to the relevant decision makers.

We started using Alice from 11x recently and it’s been a solid addition to our workflow. A few weeks after getting set up, Alice helped us book a meeting with a pretty large account, which was a great early win.
