I've been using Kinsta for my WordPress sites and honestly, I'm really impressed with what they offer. The thing that hit me right away was just how fast everything loads compared to my old host. The Administrator Dashboard is well-designed and includes nearly all the features necessary for managing hosting. From a security perspective, it feels reliable so far, and the backup feature functions very well. The recent overhaul of the admin interface has also made the user experience noticeably smoother. In last 3 years, Kinsta has grown dramatically, which has improved my website’s performance by a large margin. It’s evident that Kinsta has made substantial upgrades to their infrastructure recently, which is great to see. Additionally, the CDN performance has improved, and image loading times have decreased considerably. Their internal plugin security audit feature has proved particularly useful for getting a heads-up for vulnerable plugins for Wordpress and Woocommerce. Another significant improvement is the uptime. Couple of years back there used to be frequent server outages, owing to container re-initializations, but now this has come down to almost zero. Under the hood the server specs does not seem to be optimized for wordpress use case. Although there has been some major boost in terms of speed, still I think there is room for more optimizations. Kinsta's support is second to none. Our website is built with wordpress and includes lots of plugins, so there are a lot of moving parts, continuous updates and potential vulnerabilities.

We have been using Kinsta for almost several years for our corporate website https://charcoal.pro Before, we were using Bluehost with VPN, but it was enough. So we find out Kinsta.

The moving process from Bluehost VPN to Kinsta was very easy and fast. Basically, a Kinsta tech specialist helps us to move all files and databases.

As for Kinsta itself, so fat it is the best hosting provider I have ever used. First of all, they do not use cPanel but still have a very good user interface for website administration.

Kinsta is amazingly fast and stable. Our Core Vitals by Google has become 90 up.

It’s not really about likes and dislikes. I imagine they’ve dealt with plenty of unhelpful shadows and chaotic computers before—ones that break things more than I do—oops, sorry team.

What’s there not to like? I’ve gone from really not wanting WordPress at all to a site that lets me grow my business and test while growing. That’s no small thing. But… donuts. So fundamentally…

Their platform feels built for developers — the caching is smooth and reliable, I have great control over settings like PHP connections, and the overall experience is fast, intuitive, and thoughtfully designed. The only thing I’d love to see improved is the ability to reorder or change the priority of redirects directly in the dashboard. Right now, it requires exporting a CSV, rearranging manually, and then contacting support to delete and re-upload — which feels a bit clunky compared to how seamless the rest of Kinsta’s tools are.
