I totally enjoyed using Pipedrive because it's the most practical CRM I've used so far. I appreciate its very clean interface, especially on the deals page, and the ability to easily drag and move deals, which is something I like a lot. The tool is not complicated, making it easy to use and I find it a lot more easier to use than bigger CRM organizations like Salesforce. The ease of moving leads from one stage to another with the drag-and-drop feature is really helpful.
