What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I totally enjoyed using Pipedrive because it's the most practical CRM I've used so far. I appreciate its very clean interface, especially on the deals page, and the ability to easily drag and move deals, which is something I like a lot. The tool is not complicated, making it easy to use and I find it a lot more easier to use than bigger CRM organizations like Salesforce. The ease of moving leads from one stage to another with the drag-and-drop feature is really helpful. I find it less complicated, allowing me not to waste a lot of time and making it very easy for me to manage. The initial setup was extremely easy, and we didn't face any issues. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I don't think there's anything that doesn't work well on Pipedrive. Probably the link with the calendar. I remember there was a time I deleted a task on Pipedrive and it also deleted my calendar event. Although I was able to restore it, maybe there could be a warning before doing that. What do you like best about Close?

Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.

I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.

Sometimes updates or changes made in Close dont reflect immediately, so I have to refresh the page to see the latest activity. Earlier in my daily work, I used to keep enquiry details in my phone notes or try to remember follow-ups in my head. On busy clinic days, a few things would slip through, and I had to double-check messages again and again. With Close, I can quickly see who contacted me, what we discussed earlier, and what I still need to do next, all on one screen. This reduces back-and-forth and saves time during the day. It also helps me keep a simple history of patient communication, so when someone messages again after a few days, I don’t start from zero. I like how quickly Gong can transcribe calls and the suggestions their AI provides. The little reminders it provides are helpful, especially when it picks up on accounts that may have overdue tasks. I also appreciate how easily I can share and access calls for review and share them with the team. Gong is great for managing my daily tasks, calls, and to-dos. It helps me have a clear understanding of where the client is in the process. The AI is great for making suggestions on certain accounts that may have fallen through the cracks. It's a great tool for onboarding as well, as new hires can listen to veterans on calls, catch their tone, and see what verbiage works for them. Overall, it's just been a great sales tool. What do you dislike about Gong?

I think for people who work with multiple tabs, having the contact name on the tab menu on the window would definitely help. The search is great for finding the organization, but if I want a specific contact, it becomes a little bit difficult. I wish it could also pick up phone numbers more easily so if somebody calls me back, I can just quickly run the phone number and see which account or contact it came from. The tool has constantly improved, what I don't like is that for changing the payment card you have to wait and there's no option for immediate payment. They do provide support, in your language, but I hope they soon add the option to load or change your card and be able to pay now, which would be a plus, while keeping the automatic processing option, just adding the pay now option. more diffusion of the tool is needed, I had already heard about it but what I have seen is that business owners or independent entrepreneurs would find the tool useful for their meta ads campaigns and for them to know that they can achieve the benefits, or come up with a basic plan especially for potential client forms on meta and lead automation via email. if they communicate that, there is a better business opportunity, although with limited functions they can attract clients who pay with a subscription like Canva. While I am sure they have helped the back-end of things, the UI has a couple minor annoying features now (i.e. the most recent statement design being shrunk with horizontal scrollbars - EOY2025, and the pagination of most everything being forced vs opted - leads to several pages of statements to look through rather than one list. What do you dislike about Performio?

On the flip side, the user experience can feel pretty frustrating. The interface has a clunky, super outdated feel that reminds me more of software from a decade ago than a modern SaaS tool. Navigation isn't exactly intuitive, largely because of the confusing heading names; I often find myself clicking through multiple menus just to find a basic report because the labels don't clearly describe what's inside. It’s a bit of a letdown that such powerful data is wrapped in a design that feels so clunky and unintuitive to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Performio is primarily solving the headache of manual commission tracking and the "shadow accounting" I used to do just to make sure my payouts were accurate. By eliminating the reliance on messy, error-prone spreadsheets, the platform provides a much-needed "single source of truth." The biggest benefit for me is definitely having that consolidated view; I no longer have to hunt through different systems to see my progress, which saves me a ton of time and anxiety.

However, the benefit is a bit of a double-edged sword because of the platform's delivery. While it solves the data problem, it introduces a navigation problem—the clunky and outdated interface makes the software feel sluggish, and the confusing heading names often make it hard to find the exact data I need. Ultimately, while the system benefits me by ensuring I get paid correctly and giving me transparency, I still have to wrestle with an unintuitive design to get to those insights. What do you dislike about Instantly?

I am almost two months in and have experienced no results from the product. I have reached out to see if I could get some support on boosting results. There is no one in this company that is willing to help customers. You have access to an AI bot and a weekly webinar. That's it.

Also, I was not impressed by the pre-sales process. My rep did a quick demo and sent a few emails back and forth. Right before I was ready to make a decision I asked the rep to setup a call to address some questions I had before making the purchase. He told me he could not make time for the call and that his focus was prioritizing new leads. Prioritizing new leads over end of the funnel sales opportunities?! Make it make sense. What a slap in the face. I am spending close to $400 a month with this company for no results and zero customer service. Not $10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salestarget.ai?

The most interesting feature for me is the CRM Integration and Sync, Having lead and outreach data flow platforms without constant manual imports makes a noticeable difference. It helps keep records consistent, ensure sales teams are working with Up To Date information, and reduces the friction that usually comes with managing tools. From our perspective, It makes outbound activity easier to operationalize because prospect data, engagement histoy and status updates stay aligned across systems. What do you dislike about Salestarget.ai?

One thing we observed is that sync timing and field mapping occasionally need monitoring, especially wen dealing with large or fast moving datasets. There were moments where updates didn`t reflect instantly or required a quick check to confirm everything aligned correctly. SalesTaget.ai helps reduce the disconnect between prospecting activity and CRM visibility. Instead of outreach data living in Isolation, it becomes part of the broader sales record. They have customized the report sheet as we prefer. often we request them to change user name and password for the new joining staff. But now they have customized it now.
