We use Globallink for localised translations. I recently attended an annual conference and the speakers and information was fantastic.
- too many steps and information to share before launching the translation - not so easy to use (need a deep training to be able to correctly use the tool)
Being able to see the status of all translation projects in the project dashboard. Automated workflows and notifications to the appropriate person when action is required. Integration with our marketing automation platform.
Manual input required in many pages. Even "Clone" feature doens't copy completely. Also, technical glitches and re-login in the process of creating a project.
