Cloudwords makes the process of exporting content and reviewing content so easy and seamless.  Cloudwords has allowed us to expand our ability to translate and localize with the small team we have

when things stop working it's a challenge to determine where the issue is.  Is it on the Cloudwords side or the business side.

**What problems is OPAL-Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudwords is solving the problem of exporting web content for translation and then easily importing it back into the site after translation and review.

**What do you like best about OPAL-Marketing?**

We love how Cloudwords has integrations with Eloqua and we have built an integration with Workfront that make requesting translations very easy. I appreciate how Cloudwords keeps all our global translations organized and easy to document.

**What do you dislike about OPAL-Marketing?**

Sometimes there are bugs, and it's not always clear what went wrong in the process.

We are able to work with Cloudwords to better our integration between Cloudwords and Workfront.

The ability to manage reviewers and vendors in one single view helps us keep track or our translation efforts in an organized way.

**What do you dislike about OPAL-Marketing?**

Excited to see more integrations with some of the newer martech stack players.

**What problems is OPAL-Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of global 1000 clients that want to localize content into various foreign languages.  Normally this is a super tedious and long process - but Cloudwords makes it easy and way faster.

**What do you like best about OPAL-Marketing?**

Cloudwords streamlines the translation process while allowing regional teams to choose different vendors per their needs. And even better, there is only one integration with the Cloudwords connector (to CMS and/or marketing engine), instead of having to manage and commit to a specific vendor integration.

**What do you dislike about OPAL-Marketing?**

For those of us that appreciate the savings gained by Translation Memory leverage, I wish there was a requirement for all onboarded vendors that states they must uphold the industry standard to maintain their own translation memory and upload to Cloudwords accordingly.

**What problems is OPAL-Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the management of multiple language translations, multiple vendors, multiple linguistic reviewers, and multiple cost centers for website and campaign content.

Cloudwords has made it super time and cost-efficient for our team to scale content by region and deliver more personalized experiences for customers.

**What do you dislike about OPAL-Marketing?**

The only challenge we have is the timelines for approval/review being in one time zone vs. adjusted to each persons time zone.

**What problems is OPAL-Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us solve localization at scale. We can produce content per region that is high quality, efficient, and takes the burden off of our team for sourcing translators, reviewers etc.

This is a great platform if you don't want to be tied to a particular translation vendor or method.

We translate a lot of content into multiple languages and rely on the platform to help us manage the process, vendors, and costs.

Easy to use. The user interface is clear to follow especially in Setting pages.

**What do you dislike about OPAL-Marketing?**

Manual input required in many pages. Even "Clone" feature doens't copy completely. Also, technical glitches and re-login in the process of creating a project.

**What problems is OPAL-Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distributing source files, distribting translated file to third party editors.

Source changes can complicate the return of finished, translated files.

The fact that it sends you an email notification when the job arrives and the preview feature which makes it easier to understand the context of the project.

So many technical issue that stops me from actually doing the linguistic review.

Providing a preview of projects that gives us good contextual understanding to be able to localize better.

It's a great and comprehensive CAT tool which makes translation and revision quicker. Intuitive and simple, it's user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about OPAL-Marketing?**

Sometimes may be slow to load and sometimes notifications are sent twice to email and this requires more attention to identify which one project really needs attention.

**Recommendations to others considering OPAL-Marketing:**

Tool is good as it is, maybe double-check notifications to email because sometimes they are sent twice. The rest is good for the use that I make of it, which is only reviewing. Thanks!

Being able to see the status of all translation projects in the project dashboard.
Automated workflows and notifications to the appropriate person when action is required.
Integration with our marketing automation platform.

**What do you dislike about OPAL-Marketing?**

I really have no complaints about the product.

**Recommendations to others considering OPAL-Marketing:**

Make sure you get buy-in from everyone who will be using the platform.  Our biggest challenge continues to be internal resources - now, only needed for final review.  

**What problems is OPAL-Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have dedicated internal resources to translate marketing assets. Getting translations from colleagues with other priorities in a timely manner was impossible.  Marketing programs requiring translation were often delayed or abandoned.
Cloudwords helped us find suitable translation vendors, get initial translations back quickly, move translation projects forward at an accelerated pace, and keep programs requiring translation on schedule.
