CloudRadial

CloudRadial is a cloud-based, AI-powered platform for MSPs that spans service delivery and client success. The suite comprises four products, each with its own interface: the Unified Client Portal (UCP), the client-facing hub and the suite's identity authority; ChatAI, a multi-channel conversational support platform; ServiceAI, the service desk intelligence layer; and AutomationAI, an execution layer for cross-system automation. CloudRadial's buyer and primary internal user is the MSP itself, specifically owners, service desk managers, and technical consultants responsible for day-to-day service delivery. UCP flips that: its primary in-product user is the Client Admin at each of the MSP's own clients, not MSP staff. UCP is the relationship surface. It gives each client a single branded portal to submit and track requests through configurable forms with approvals, view invoices and licenses, browse a knowledge base, and work through a shared Planner during QBRs. A built-in storefront turns the same portal into a procurement channel. Because UCP is also the suite's identity authority, ChatAI and ServiceAI scope to the same UCP-defined users, so a partner manages one identity model instead of several. ChatAI meets end users in the channels they already use: web, Microsoft Teams, Slack, SMS, or UCP itself. A structured dialog identifies the user and gathers the details of their issue; every conversation creates or updates a ticket in the partner's PSA, whether it ends in a self-service status check or a live-agent handoff, so nothing gets lost to email or hold time. ServiceAI is the intelligence layer behind the service desk. It ingests a partner's own ticket history and documentation to triage, prioritize, and route incoming PSA tickets in seconds; surfaces a suggested resolution and related documentation to the assigned technician inside the PSA; and gives managers dashboards, per-client risk flags, and per-agent performance evaluations grounded in real ticket data. AutomationAI is the execution layer: technical operators compose automations that act across the MSP's PSA, RMM, documentation, and cloud tools. Automations run on infrastructure the customer deploys in their own Azure environment, with credentials held in the customer's own Key Vault, so CloudRadial orchestrates the work without holding customer secrets or data. UCP, ChatAI, and ServiceAI integrate directly with ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, HaloPSA, Syncro, and Kaseya BMS. An open API supports custom integrations with RPA tools such as Pia, Rewst, and N8N.

CollabPortals

CollabPortals is a lightweight client portal and no-code app builder that turns an Airtable base into a branded, permissioned portal for end users. Admins connect Airtable via OAuth, choose which tables and fields to expose, set row-level and field-level permissions, and share a portal URL with users who sign in without needing an Airtable account of their own. CollabPortals is built for small teams, nonprofits, membership organisations, and operators who already run their data in Airtable and need to give customers, members, volunteers, partners, or suppliers a safe, branded way to interact with that data. It is an Airtable-native alternative to tools like Softr, Noloco, Stacker, and Jet Admin, with no data sync, no duplicate source of truth, and no per-seat Airtable licensing for end users. Common use cases include: - Member portals for associations, clubs, and communities, where members update their own profile and browse member-only directories. - Volunteer coordination portals, where volunteers sign up for shifts and update availability without touching the internal Airtable base. - Supplier and partner portals, where external collaborators submit and edit records inside a controlled slice of the admin's data. - Client dashboards, where customers view project status, invoices, or orders pulled from Airtable in real time. - Event and programme portals, where attendees or participants register, update their details, and interact with schedules. Every portal runs on the live Airtable base. There is no ETL, no overnight sync, and no second database to maintain. Admins keep their existing Airtable workflows, automations, and views, while end users only see the tables, fields, and rows the admin has explicitly exposed. Portals are brandable with the admin's logo. Field-level and row-level permissions support multi-tenant setups, where different user groups see different slices of the same base. Setup takes minutes: connect Airtable, pick tables, set permissions, publish.
