**What do you like best about Spice Technology Group Inc.?**

Spice has been one of our most revered partners.  They were instrumental in guiding us to implementing some of the most difficult integrations and performed at the highest level.  The support team is incredibly knowledgeable and very quick to respond.  They have significantly improved the efficiencies within our organization and were extremely helpful and getting many external vendors onboarded through EDI.  
Their monthly pricing for our services is unmatched with any vendor we've seen before, and any enhancements required were done quickly and accurate and priced very reasonably.

**What do you dislike about Spice Technology Group Inc.?**

Honestly, there is nothing negative I can say about Spice Technology Group.  Everyone from the top to the support people are very knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive.

**What problems is Spice Technology Group Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There have been many, but Spice specifically handled the onboarding of 3 concession vendors through EDI (there were many more), each of whom had different requirements and technical challenges.  Through the Project Management to implementation, all were implemented successfully and on-time.  The post launch support was incredible just to add to the already great service.

It’s pretty easy to use, and the customer support is responsive and expedient.

Some of the screens do not have easy visability. 
i/e: When creating the ASN / Packing information (cartons are hard to see / gather when editing information. If I need to add details to cartons,... I need to individually click each carton that needs editing. This takes a lot of time and can be frustrating.

Spice smoothly facilitates communication between vendor and customer

My primary area of interaction with Spice team was around Support / Dev for EDI with vendors (supply chain automation solutions).

The interactions were very quick and responsive, thanks!

No particular dislikes, while scope of my personal usage were limited to integration backend due to nature of role.

Spice helps us to make EDI with vendors for supply chain events automation (products data creation, POs, ASNs, product movements reports, etc.)

The IMH portal is good message tracking platform. Their team and support are responsive, timely, and knowledgeable.

Sometimes, I don't think their support team understands our problems - not sure if that is our inability to convey the problem in a way they can  understand.

**What do you like best about Spice Technology Group Inc.?**

I've used Spice Technology Group's EDI portal to view and manage purchase orders for one of my customers. While my interaction with their services is limited to the portal, I've found the platform to be reliable and easy to navigate. The interface is clean, and accessing POs is straightforward, which helps streamline my workflow and communication with the customer.

Though I haven't had direct interaction with their support team or implementation services, the portal experience has been smooth and consistent, with no major issues to report. Based on this usage, Spice Technology Group appears to be a solid EDI provider for businesses looking for dependable order management tools.

Spice Technology Group provides a centralized EDI portal that allows me to receive notifications when my customer places a purchase order and view the details in real-time. This helps streamline communication, ensures I don’t miss new orders, and improves visibility into what my customer has requested. While my use of the platform is limited, it serves this function reliably and efficiently.

It is Easy to maneuver the site and add the necessary information needed. I am on the site at least four months or more within a year.

**What do you dislike about Spice Technology Group Inc.?**

The new website was not self-explanatory when I first started using it. I preferred the previous version although it was old school.  In order to understand where everything was, I did have to contact the support team.

**What problems is Spice Technology Group Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had an order I created the labels for and sent to the factory.  After it shipped and I tried to complete the ASN, the site stated I had not completed the labels because the customer has made an update of some kind to the order that was not related to pairs or colors. I had to start the packing all over in order to complete the ASN.  I am still unaware if this will create a problem when received by the customer.

The upside of Spice TG is that their tech personnel are extremely helpful and solution-oritened.  They work with you to resolve anything that may crop up and definitely give you the feeling that they're there to assist you.

**What do you dislike about Spice Technology Group Inc.?**

I have had no bad experiences with the group - overall good and helpful people very willing to work to a solution with their customers.

**What problems is Spice Technology Group Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're working on the ASN transaction and also on 860s.  As an end user I have no daily EDI programming functions, which is why I put N/A below.  However my company does handle various vendors that use Spice TG and I read the raw and submit anything my vendors need help with.  Spice TG has managed to update some transactions for my vendors that has helped to streamline the EDI order / invoice process.

So far no dislikes. Most were user errors while learning the program.

The main problem was with date corruption, however this was due to compatability issue with Microsoft Edge. I was advised that working with Chrome would resolve issues and it did.
