Is there a way to comment or create a text box with an arrow pointing to a specific item on a pdf. The only way i know how to do this is manually create a text box then separately draw an arrow from that text box to what i am trying to point towards.

My Team would like to be able to fill in forms without having to download Adobe to each of their computers.

In order to edit a PDF I find that I have to click on insert an image and then I can actually edit the document after cancling the image input.
