What do you like best about Xtensio?

Xtensio takes the pain out of creating marketing reports, proposals, and strategy decks. The drag-and-drop interface is clean, the templates are stunning, and brand customization is seamless. What do you dislike about Xtensio?

There’s not much to complain about — I’d love to see a few more industry-specific templates (especially for digital marketing agencies), but the existing library already covers 90% of what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xtensio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xtensio has solved one of the biggest challenges in my marketing workflow — turning strategy and analytics into visually engaging, client-ready presentations without wasting hours in PowerPoint or Canva. It bridges the gap between design and communication, letting me focus on content and storytelling instead of formatting.

For me, that means faster turnaround times, more consistent branding, and higher client satisfaction. I can easily collaborate with team members, update live documents, and present or export deliverables on the fly. Xtensio eliminates the need for a separate website or landing page on a server, no hosting required. Any user can easily create professional-looking content with its intuitive and straightforward interface. What do you like best about Xtensio?

What do you dislike about Xtensio?

The information architecture of the platform is puzzling. Templates and Folios are not well explained in a way that is helpful to users. The app struggled with some browsers and I had a lot of issues with loading. Lastly, there needs to be more editing tools. A hugely cool app that needs more development and cleanup. We would use this all the time when they improve the ease of editing the platform. The Customer Support team are exceptionally good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xtensio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xtensio is offering teams the opportunity to be able to create online presentations that you can track for engagement after you've sent it to a prospect. This is a highly valuable solution when it works, and I am very excited to get back on the platform after they have smoothed out some of the challenges with their usability and also made the platform a little more stable. The insight that it can provide into exactly what parts of a presentation are really drawing attention, and that people are clicking on would be very valuable. I do like the idea that it makes it relatively easy to spin up a presentation with your existing templates for when you may have a new type of prospect that needs a specialized version of your presentation.
