# How do i edit work while my friend is watching?

I am sharing my google docs account with a friend, and i would like to know how can we share a document and enable us to edit it at the same time, when we both not at the same location.

It's as simple as having you both logged into the document. Your individual screens will show where the other has their cursor and as soon as either of you edit it shows up on both pages! Hope this helps. :)
