Through CSV imports it is possible to create a large number of items all at once, but I have had problems adding multiple items to a single category and I am not sure how to do it. I've tried using both the category's and the item's internal ID but with no success.

When Avid flips a PO the system duplicates the sales tax, the total sales tax whether the PO is fully fulfilled or not, and throws of the distribution line.
We have many invoices that do not have Account Numbers and are recognized by building. We have set up Building-Suppliers as Account Numbers and Avid is still not able to choose those. Wondering if others have had the experience we have had.
The system is loading a page in 10-30 seconds.
We were advised that this is due to too few transactions in the system.. Is it a known issue? How was it solved?

Our current make-shift method is to use an estimate to create the PO for the vendor. It's not clean b/c it presents to the vendor as a estimate instead of a PO but we just type PURCHASE ORDER on the text field
If you have an integration is out "out of the box" or did it require customizations. Do you pull in both Revenue and AR activity?

Task was accidentally billed twice (Fixed Fee) and customer paid twice. Customer did not respond to request to correct for a month, so new invoices on the project have gone out. Need to show that customer wants us to keep the double billed payment and issue a credit to them for future invoices,
To close unused work orders currently you must go into each work order and close it which is time consuming. There is no way to mass-close work orders even though you can mass-release work orders.
For example sometimes changes are made in the integrated software for invoices that have already been processed in Stampli and the current process is to go into Stampli and replicate those changes. This is in my mind a duplication of work that we would like to eliminate.
Currently the reporting feature does not allow you to pull data from January 2019 and January 2018 in the same report. How can this be resolved within one report?
