QuickBooks is by far the easiest software tool for keeping a company's financial books in order from managing checking accounts, accounts payable and receivable, creating and sending invoices, and conducting payroll. I am a raving fan of the desktop version of the software. Unfortunately, Intuit is looking to convert everyone to the cloud version, which I am not as familiar with, but know that it functions somewhat differently.

User interface is simply fantastic. It has got a beautiful interface with excel. Like anything and everything in software can be exported and imported through Excel.
