  ### 1. Unreliable Software one day is working- next day is messed up

**What do you like best about BizXpert?**

I used to like the software when it was working ok. I am using it every day for the last 3 years for sending quotations to clients. Software is easy to set up, but after setting up you realize that it is very unreliable.

**What do you dislike about BizXpert?**

Really unreliable software. 

One day is working fine and next day the developers decide to do an update and mess up everything. For almost a week and after an unexpected "update" the software does not work at all:
- not able to export or print invoices as pdf
- messed up database with information on old invoices completely wrong (balance modified! - product prices modified - product descriptions suddenly were deleted)
- unable to delete invoices
- unable to apply discounts

Sent them multiple emails through their support page with videos and detailed description on what is not working. Initially I was receiving the same generic response that they are working on it and after 2x days another response that they have resolved the issues when they actually have solved only 10% of the issues!

The problem exist both on web app and on desktop platform, and there is no way to use an older functioning version of their software.

I do not recommend them. 
This is not the first time I have issues with them.

**What do you like best about BizXpert?**

Two things. The price and the user experience. The free version offers ample options and functionality for small businesses. The paid version is reasonable and offers even more options for larger businesses.

I will also add that both web access and client app is available which is very convenient. 

**What do you dislike about BizXpert?**

One feature I would like to see is an exposed API for customers to interface with the software so that more processes can be automated. Such as adding products, updating  pricing, generating an invoice. These items could be automated and triggered by other platforms in the organization. 

**Recommendations to others considering BizXpert:**

Peruse the configuration options for a few hours so that you can fully understand the options you have before jumping right in to using the software. If you have used similar software in the past you will find the options easy to configure and well thought out.
