**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The platform is straightforward to build and use from the back end, and we've had great feedback from attendees to events on the ease of use. It's also flexible for different types of events we have held. The analytics are vital and provide great insight; the Hubilo team (especially Shreya!) are always on hand and are responsive and helpful to any queries we have.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

I can't think of many, any issues we have had have been well-resolved, and anything the platform does not yet include can be added on with embedded apps

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubilo provides us with a reliable virtual platform for our online community, during COVID this was essential for us and now we continue to use it alongside physical events and as a stand- alone site

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The platform I would recommend for conducting the virtual events. They have the best up-to-date tools and are very user-friendly. The best thing I loved was the training to create our sponsor space. We can market our product in the best way.

I didn't find any tool worth disliking all the tools on the platform have been very useful.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

I tested a number of online conference platforms and this one met our needs for 4 streams and networking options and ability to pay for a one-off event as we only do one conference every 2 years. As a not-for-profit the cost was also very reasonable for the amount of support we received, and we didn’t have to pay for features we wouldn’t use. Being a very small team running a hybrid conference for the first time we knew we needed this support and we received it! Every question asked and every meeting I requested with Shreya was answered and I never felt alone in the experience. The Dashboard was very easy to get around and setup the event, add attendees, add sessions, etc. Adding Exhibitors/sponsors was just as easy – with the added bonus of giving them permission to edit their own virtual booths should you wish to open that portal. We only needed closed captioning for a few delegates but it was very good.

The end result was fantastic and looked on brand with our website. The site was very professional-looking, easy to navigate, and had different engagement options. We have received very positive feedback from our 400 plus registrants, who found the platform user friendly and have fed back that we can never go back to just in person now! It has always been an issue having 4 streams choosing which one to attend, but now our delegates can watch all the other recordings of the sessions they missed on Hubilo for 30 days – fantastic for CPD and value for money!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The quoting process can be a bit complicated to know exactly what features are needed until you begin to further construct the event. 

I would like to see the ability to embed a code into our website so that I didn’t have to update everything there and on the platform, it became double the work. Whova offer this but didn’t offer a lot of the other things Hubilo do which is why we chose them in the end. There is a quirk with moving sessions when you have 4 streams which means if you have to move them around you need to start the whole time slot again from session 1 to 4. We couldn’t find a way around this. That said, when we had this sort of technical problem Shreya always offered to do the work required.

I found this narrowing down process of finding the right platform tedious as all these platforms want you to register before you can get onto them and have a play around, whoever finds a better way around this will find more clients I am sure, I was given the time in my job to explore but many other people won’t have the time to invest and it is a minefield!

Platform looks very professional once up and running with lot of navigation options to seggregate content. Session recordings were quite smooth.

Notified problem require lot of graphics work to be done , so we were supposed to hire another vendor for editing images. I would prefer notified team to do that as well.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Notified Event Platform is very stable, robust and quite easy to use.
Once you mastermind advanced features, apart from very low Internet bandwidth, speakers are enjoying the webinar console experience, it is easy from them to present slide and debate with their webcam on.
The responsive templates are working fine on any resolutions and attendees can enjoy content more than before.
Notified team is very reactive and queen to accommodate our requests.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Let’s hope data portal will be improved soon, it is very dated, not really GDPR compliant.

The amount of bandwidth required for webcam is much higher  than competitors and this is creating issues.

It would be great to be able to add speaker names that would stick to each speaker and "follow" speaker on non static layouts (e.g. zoom on the speaker that is curently speaking).

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

There were so many options to engage within the platform for every experience level. The platform allowed us to customize the email send address, URL, and offered more locations than most event technologies for where we could upload graphics. We really brought the event's brand out through the interface. The Contests feature offered a unique experience that most virtual events do not offer! Our success manager helped us along the entire process from building the event to troubleshooting the live stream on event days. It was very reassuring to know we were not alone.

The quoting process can be a bit complicated to know exactly what features are needed until you begin to further construct the event. It would be great to simply add onto the duration of the features longer than the set event days as it could get costly to leave the platform open beyond the event days due to bandwidth costs that are needed for the Rooms and Lounge.

Hubilo provides a detailed virtual event platform. Its agenda layout is functional and practical. With realistic networking options, attendees feel connected to other attendees, event hosts and speakers.

As an event host, the platform is time-consuming to populate. It would help if you gave yourself enough lead time to successfully and effectively complete the event site. Effectively, event time management is key with Hubilo.

Hubilo allows us to host events virtually and capture a broader target audience. Prior to the pandemic, an incentive to attend events would be the event location. Now, however, with the numerous restrictions, virtual events continue to be the go-to method for cost saving and allow us to reach a global audience. 

While using Hubilo, there has been increased organisational recognition.

The team is great to work with, they go above and beyond with support and take on all feedback.
The platform and mobile app are intuitive and mostly straight forward to set up/run. They also have nice options to showcase our sponsors.
The excellent feedback we get from our attendees about the user-friendly platform.

We've been working with Hubilo for a few years and so far have only two comments - the agenda on the mobile app to be easier to read and the restrictions in setting up their contests. We are happy that they take our feedback into account and are amping their game every year.

The quick and kind assistance from the Hubilo staff in case of any questions or issues. Our assistant was Renuka Varma, and we are pleased with her assistance. On the day of the event everything went smoothly. The platform is user-friendly.
They listened to our suggestions and upgraded the platform, so it is better every time.

The platform is very comprehensive with lots of functions and features already set up. It took a bit of time to get familiar with the backend and create the virtual for the first time as they were so many functions and features. But the support team was incredible and provided professional solutions most of the time. Once you are familiar with the backend, it is very easy to set up the next virtual event on the platform. it is also very easy to embed third-party app.

Like any system, we can only customize within the given framework of the system. For example, in order to create an one-page agenda with speaker photos and titles, we had to embed a third-party app.

One of the main problems that many virtual event organizer facing is how to engage the online audience. Hubilo provides engagement opportunities such as contest, leaderboard, etc.

The upsides are the backstage control you have over admitting guests and presentations to the live stream and the interactivity that attendees have. We also like the exhibits and lounges.

The learning curse was a bit steep and we had to send a lot of instructions out to attendees and speakers.

Hubilo solved the problem that we had with using Zoom. The Hubilo customer support was exceptional! We loved having real people help us learn the platform instead of just reading articles like on Zoom.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

What I liked best were the opportunities for attendees, exhibitors, and speakers to interact.  There were so many options we didn't use them all.  I did not see the same available options on other platforms. Also, our support person, Karan Kohli was amazing.  He was really supportive, responsive, patient, and helpful. I wish he was on our team.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

I disliked the "offer" verbiage on the button for a discount that was available. I think it confused some of our potential attendees and they ended up not registering because they didn't apply the offer button.  Something like "discount" might have been better in our case.

The ability to live stream our conference and have the replays available to our attendees for the next 30 days as it was impossible for the attendees to watch all of the sessions during the first two days.

The restrictions of the usable area were bothersome.
Limitations by the time for 1 session was another bottleneck

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

As the digital lead for the advocacy side of the American Bar Association, I have tested a number of online conference platforms. Nothing has been as comprehensive as Hubilo! From the easy user interface, to the discussion rooms, to the interactive elements and metrics behind everything, this platform is by far the best value for your dollar.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

It is hard to find something about this platform to dislike, but if I had to say something, I would like the registration process to be a little more clear. Having said that, The digital team at Hubilo was great to work with and not only personalized the experience, but they also worked with us to clear up any concerns we may have had. We worked with Vijit, who was knowledgeable, easy to work with, creative (he really approached the event as a member of the team and offered fantastic suggestions), and he was beyond responsive. Vijit was key to our programs success.

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:**

If you are looking to host an online conference, then I could not recommend Hubilo more. It is the most comprehensive platform I have used, and the value compared to the price is unmatched. We will be using Hubilo many times more in the future.

This was our second time using Hubilo.  This time for a hybrid event where some of our audience and speakers were based in a venue so presentations were a mixture of live streams and pre-recorded videos all of which worked well streamed via vimeo to Hubilo.  We encountered some initial problems with streaming via the Hubilo stream but this was quickly resolved by Ayush and vimeo links provided all within 10 minutes so that it did not disrupt our programme too much.  We had lots of great comments from delegates about the platform and how easy it was to use.  Great platform which we wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Hubilo has provided an excellent, professional-looking platform for the Academic Libraries North Conference. The simple registration process made it easy for delegates to sign up for our conference, and an intuitive back end made it fairly easy to set the conference up. Hubilo assigned the conference planning group a member of their staff, Renuka, who was able to answer the many questions of the planning group and meet with us online to demo some of the more complex elements. This one to one support from Renuka was very valuable to us and gave us great reassurance that the conference was going to be a success. On the day of the conference, Renuka and a colleague (Jenny) provided instant support and reassurance over whatsapp.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

While our experience was overall a positive one, we did experience some technical difficulties when captions stopped working during some of our streams. This was however rectified by our Hubilo support.

Setting up the event site was rather straight-forward; when I did not know something, there was either a great help article written about it, or I received a prompt and helpful response from the customer success agent that I dealt with. From the get-go, everyone I interacted with from Hubilo were professional, prompt, and were able to support us in our queries. They were also patient, as our event and the deal proceeded rather slowly; as opposed to a large event for a profit-driven company, we organised a rather small and simple research symposium to showcase the findings of a large 5-year EU-funded project on mental health interventions. While a lot of the features that Hubilo has were not of relevance to our type of event, it still provided a fantastic platform to organise the easily smoothest online or hybrid event that I've seen in our mental health field in the past couple of years.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Some of our sessions were rather short but had to be separated into separate sessions due to their content - for all of these, we had to have a separate stream key and it made the transitions a little rougher because our audiovisual team had to hop from one stream key to another rather often. Perhaps there would have been still another way around this, but we did not find one after our queries to the team. This could have been a miscommunication, though. Having said that, everything worked wonderfully in the end!

How to communicate the results of our research globally, and especially in low- and middle-income countries from where we wouldn't be able to have (as many) participants in the live version of the event due to prohibitive costs (and visa issues).

The platform is extremely user-friendly. After receiving an in-depth onboarding session with our CSM, Vijit Grover, I was able to practice using the platform a week before our live virtual event. In addition to the centralized location for uploading brand graphics to customize the registration portal and event pages, the event registration portal was extremely user-friendly for our external audience to use. The ability to set a simple event code for all attendees and speakers reduce any issues that we've had with previous platforms who use SSO or authentication emails for attendees. We didn't have any issues with attendees accessing the platform on the day of our event. 

Additionally, the "Green Room" feature in the Hubilo Broadcasting Studio was very easy to use and navigate as the event producer. Adding customized branding assets, including pre-recorded videos, to the live stream was a simple and efficient process. As a first-time user of Hubilo, I was impressed with being able to manage a full live event on my own with the need for our A/V team! I'd highly recommend this platform to any company looking to offer branded virtual events, which you cannot offer through many other platforms on the market.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

I would recommend updating the platform to allow for mobile streaming from smart devices. It is rare that attendees are without their phones. And, for corporate events, leaders have busy schedules and will often need to login to events from their smart phones or iPads. I would strongly recommend updating the platform to allow viewing from devices. In addition, the Hubilo Broadcasting System (HBS) should also be updated, if possible, to allow the following: 

- Ability for speakers to hear each other in the "Green Room"; For new users, joining a live event can be stressful and it would be helpful for speakers to be able to hear the Producers keys via audio. Most speakers had trouble remembering to check the speaker chat box during the live event, which caused us to pivot quickly a few times during the program. Allowing speakers and producers to hear each other during a live stream helps to minimize any risks or technical issues. 

- Ability for speakers to join a the "Green Room" from an updated iPad device

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are researching Hublio as an option to host hybrid events. But, the ability for our CEOs and senior execs to join events from their phones and/or iPads, similar to Zoom, will be an important feature to ensure adoption on an enterprise-wide level.

As an organiser of my company's annual virtual conference, inspirED, I had reviewed several online event platforms and found Hubilo to be the most comprehensive one. The multitude of features, such as varied networking options, gamification functionalities, and detailed analytics, complemented by the user-friendly interface, made our virtual event experience smooth and engaging. We have received very positive feedback from our registrants as well and noticed that the platform enabled many different ways of activating the attendees.

There were a few minor things, such as the inability to delete the exhibitor section from the networking lounge, or the inability to change the sender of the notifications, but the team helped us find the workarounds.
I believe the most cumbersome thing was the registration -- since we were receiving registrations on Hubspot and our Hubspot plan did not allow for direct integrations, we were required to either upgrade our Hubilo plan or register manually, which required a lot of manual work. It would also be great if the registrants could be filtered for create date or if we could de-assign their categories in bulk.
Overall, however, it was a great experience, and the team helped us through all the minor hurdles!

We were looking for a comprehensive virtual event platform for our annual conference that would allow for multiple session types, multiple networking option, gamification, and detailed analytics, all in one place. **What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The first thing that drove me to looking into Hubilo was their reasonable pricing model.  I didn’t have to pay for features I wouldn’t use, and the platform could grow with our event.  In comparison to many other virtual platforms, they aren’t the least expensive, but also don’t charge more than they should.  I’ve attended events much larger and much smaller than ours, and have seen some of the other’s offerings.  The old montra, “You get what you pay for” is true to some extent, but there’s also a diving line on what’s too much.  I think Hubilo does a fantastic job being priced right where they should be for what they offer.  Especially since they offer a flexible model.

From an administrative standpoint, the Dashboard couldn’t be more intuitive.  It is very easy to get around and setup the event, add attendees, add sessions, etc.  In both cases (attendees and sessions), Excel files can be uploaded to allow bulk adding to make the process even easier.  Adding 700+ attendees for us was a breeze, and with a simple checkbox, they were all sent an invite email to join the platform in an instant.  Adding Exhibitors/sponsors was just as easy – with the added bonus of giving them permission to edit their own virtual booths should you wish to open that portal.

There is so many nuances in the settings, you can turn things on or off with a switch – allowing you to totally customize the event to your liking.  For example, we turned off polling for some of the sessions, but left it on for others, including the event feed.  We turned off open chats for the event feed, allowing us to moderate the chat and have “Sponsored” posts in that area.  

From an attendee standpoint, the platform is very intuitive.  Even on the home page, seeing a graphics slider, the event staff can choose what is shown.  Live and featured sessions from the agenda show up, along with featured exhibitors, and the leaderboard from the event wide contest. It’s very easy to see times, descriptions, and speakers for each session, as well as allowing the attendees know if the session are available to watch, upcoming, or live.

In the session, attendees can chat, ask questions that can only be answered by the panelist, answer polling questions, and see who else is in that particular session with them.  After a session (or many), they may visit and interact with the exhibitors/sponsors of the event and even chat with them or schedule a 1-on-1.  The exhibitors may even sponsor a “Featured Room.”

Overall, Hubilo is very price competitive, with a ton of features over a very intuitive user interface, that make your event flow smoothly for the planners, speakers, and attendees, alike.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The user interface overall is easily navigable as seen above, but there are some quirks.  

For example, if more than 3 sessions are happening concurrently, they can become “hidden” behind an arrow you must click to scroll through.  We mitigated that issue for our event by having subsequent sessions start 1 or 5 minutes later.  

If the event is happening over multiple days, looking ahead (or trying to go back for On-Demand sessions) isn’t as obvious.  Would like to see those buttons larger, a different color, or something else to make them pop a bit and be more noticeable.

One of our biggest issues was trying to play an “on-demand” video while having the speakers available for live Q&A after.  Through the Hubilo Broadcaster, this is possible, as it is with Zoom, but in both cases, the video must be played from someone’s’ computer.  It would be nice if the video played from Hubilos’ servers (as a typical On-Demand video does), with a ‘Zoom’ call added to the end of it for live Q&A.  To be fair, I don’t think any other platform can do this right now, so it’s not an easy problem to solve.

Another quirk we ran into is that the Q&A and chat responses have a limited character count.  Understandably so, but we would like to see it raised a bit for the Q&A at least.  Our speakers couldn’t easily answer some questions with the limitations in place.  And something we didn’t think about before hand.

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:**

Assuming you’re looking at Hubilo as a virtual event platform for your next virtual or hybrid event – I don’t think you can go wrong.  I’ve vetted many other competitors, and they either costs too much, or were missing key features we needed.  One of the biggest price point issues I’ve seen is simply the number of attendees to your event.  Most (if not all) have a model that changes with pools of attendees – either by the 100, 500, 1000, etc.  And some do this, too, but Hubilo allows this number to expand as needed, so you’re not stuck with the number you originally purchased.  It can fluctuate to met your needs.  I would encourage anyone looking to do what I did – tour each platform and compare features with costs, it becomes pretty clear.

Something else to consider is the customer service provided.  Hubilo’s team that helped from demoing and procurement (Joy), to setting up our event (Karan), and even the during the event was above and beyond what was expected (Karan and Keshav).  We were given an account representative (Karan) who was extremely open, honest, and up front through the process.  He worked with us for months leading up to our event, and was available for the duration of our conference, and has been helping since we’ve digitally closed the doors making sure everything went smoothly and is ready and available for On-Demand viewing afterwards.

Practical tips for a virtual event on Hubilo include:  make sure all presenters have great microphones, are in a quiet space, and have headphones to reduce feedback;  pre-record content if you can as it helps keep pace and stay on time, helps with any internet connection issues, and can immediately be made available for replay;  utilize the chat, Q&A, and polling within the session;  utilize your sponsors/exhibitors for the scavenger hunt – ask questions that require attendees to visit their pages – this provides “facetime” with the attendees/sponsors, and allows them to visit a page they may not on their own;  ask your Hubilo support team questions!  They can’t help if they don’t know.  Setup a slack channel (or the like) to communicate during the event.  There are ton’s of simple questions I asked Karan that he answered almost immediately. Since this was our first major event moving to virtual from the normal face-to-face world, our major problem was figuring out how to transition and make it “as normal” for our attendees as possible.  We put this conference on every 2 years, and most of our smaller events – Zoom and the like were used throughout the last couple of years.  However, with this event, there is a level of expectation we’ve set over the years and our attendees come with their pre-conceived notions of what it should look like – especially since they’ve seen other events and what they look like through the pandemic.

After multiple chats and screen shares with Karan, I was confident he knew what we wanted and expected and could help us navigate these new waters.  I threw him a few curveballs for non-typical types of events we put on and wanted to move to the digital world, and I was always greeted by one of three answers.  

First, if he knew exactly what we wanted, and knew there were a way to do it, he would immediately set something up and show me.  Second, if it was something new to them (which a few things were), he wanted to spend a little more time trying to understand our needs, and bounced a few ideas off of me or his co-workers to possibly see if there were a way to get what we needed.  He would then schedule a call to walk through and verify if what they came up with met our needs.  Lastly, the response I would only hear after he tried anything and everything, and escalated as appropriate, was, “I’m so sorry, our platform doesn’t allow that, [and here’s why].”  To be clear, none of the features unavailable were deal killers for us, and we knew that going in – these were just quirks of our own we asked about (for example:  the on demand video with Q&A).

After using Hubilo and working so closely with Karan, we’ve come to realize that a virtual event CAN be completed with success, and meet the needs of our attendees without having to jump through hoops.  We’ve also realized (or foreseen) the potential and positive use case this platform can have with an all in-person event, or a hybrid event.  We will absolutely look at using Hubilo in the future for any other large virtual, hybrid, or face-to-face events.

The platform is pretty straightforward to use and easy to set up.  We used Hubilo Studio for the first time and it is also pretty user-friendly.  We had a lot of questions in the run-up to our event and Dev and his colleagues were extraordinarily responsive to every single issue and request for support.  I could not speak more highly about the customer support that Hubilo's team provided.

I also found the existing videos and FAQs to be extremely useful and helpful to share with colleagues and speakers in advance and this helped when we needed to provide quick and straightforward directions on how to use the platform.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

One very small aspect that would be great to change would be the ability to have test sessions on a LIVE event without having to change the overall dates that show at the top of one's event.  Not a big deal at all since one can hide sessions during those dates, but could be confusing for attendees of the ultimate event.

Another small thing would be the possibility to have the "join as speaker" button customized such that if you make multiple sessions in one stream that all the subsequent sessions would enable a speaker to join before the actual time of their session.  Again, not a major issue though.

We plan and execute a number of events during the year, so Hubilo enables us to create a more professional and produced interface for our virtual events than just a simple zoom or webex call. The only disadvantage is that speakers can't blur their backgrounds or add a personalised background in the virtual studio. Also, when they share their screen, they can no longer see the virtual studio, which means the panel chat isn't visible, which can become a communication barrier.

The support staff was the best!  Grateful we were able to have our annual event with a hybrid event software. Liked the Lounge, Agenda, reception areas and opportunities for personal interaction with attendees or speakers.

Didn't understand that speakers wouldn't see attendees. Had an issue with the feedback loop at beginning of day, which was corrected. Would like to have a little more information on the details of running a live event. Also for the attendee -more information on ticketing options, discounts, how to purchase an event ticket and what an attendee will be able to do or see on the event platform.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

I loved how user-friendly Hubilo was. As soon as I was able to access the user interface to set up our event I felt like I had complete control of how it looked and felt for our attendees. Something we were looking for in particular was the ability to brand our event with colors, graphics, messaging, etc. These needs were met with the Hubilo platform and I was able to easily add our logo, unique graphics, messaging, and everything else to make the attendee experience a positive one. I was super happy with our Support Team as well, led by Pranshu Pandey. The team was attentive to our needs and ensured that we felt completely comfortable with the platform prior to our event.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The only 'issue' we faced with the platform was a slight delay when speakers would view themselves through the Hubilo screen, which was easily avoided by having them stay on the Zoom tab to avoid any confusion! Overall the platform met all of our needs and both our speakers and attendees were very pleased with the event.

Hubilo helped us find a positive platform within our budget as a student organization that was easy to use and included a hands-on support team. Throughout the entire process, I felt supported and respected by the Hubilo team, especially my support lead Pranshu Pandey. Our event was titled, CSUF PRSSA Western District Conference, and catered to both students and professionals. The support team ensured I had everything I needed to launch a successful event.

I like how the platform looks (the table feature in the networking lounge was really nice) and the various features it has (exhibitor section, leaderboard, networking lounge etc.). It was also very easy to navigate. I like that you could set up profiles, put pictures, add CVs etc.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

It would be easier if session speakers could join directly on Hubilo and not on Zoom. I think we would also have liked a backstage feature for the rooms, and for them to have unlimited time, like the sessions (so that they don't kick you out once time runs out). It would have been nice to have a speed networking feature, separate from the times of the other tables in the networking lounge.
(We also heard from our attendees that navigating the platform on phone was difficult).

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:**

It's expensive, but I would say it's worth it.

We've been able to give our attendees an amazing online conference experience (usually the Summit is in person). We've also been able to make the Summit interesting for them because the platform has so many other features than just listening to talks.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

SWITCH 2021 is one of the first few events to utilize the 2.0 version and we are very grateful to have Deep Patel who is always there to assist, he is very on the ball and patient with explanation whenever we run into any troubles setting up our event platform. The version we are using comes with a straightforward user interface and is easy to navigate around without much instructions. Hubilo has all the necessary features to run an innovation conference and technology exhibition virtually. Love how simple it is to add sessions, rooms, and people on the backend administrative interface and changes are captured instantly on the audience-facing end. Linking zoom meetings to the sessions make the production of virtual webinars hassle-free, it's great for speakers/moderators who aren't that IT savvy. Sessions are automatically recorded and can upload right after the webinar for the audience who couldn't make it in time for the session.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

In general, I'm quite satisfied with Hubilo 2.0 platform. There are small glitches every now and then, especially to do with the security of the device or network of the user, but nothing major or can't be resolved. Suggest that Hubilo can look into automated business matching for the attendees, and can create more tutorial videos that are device-specific - eg. for iOS and Windows. If it allows more customized features according to the objective/requirement of the event that will be perfect. Lastly is the invite mailer and edms which often fall into spam folder of the users.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pivoting from physical to virtual events when Covid-19 suddenly hit the world is a challenge, we work with Hubilo to deliver a virtual conference and enhanced networking between attendee and exhibitors. We receive much good feedback from stakeholders and attendees on how easy it is to use the platform to watch the event.

The platform was easy to use (both front and backend) and the support team was amazing. Shout out to Keshav and Pranshu for helping make our event a success! :-)

The 15-second delay in the sessions didn't give enough time for people to answer poll questions.  
Some setup difficulties because they either only had one screen or the presentation took up both screens and they couldn't see the Hubilo platform. 
Troubleshooting tech issues with attendees while also setting up sessions with speakers.
A couple of sessions had some tech problems where we had to leave and come back again.

Had a retro meeting last week and gave my feedback on what went well and what didn't. I believe they are looking into it.
