**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Using Hubilo was a great experience as we could upload bulk data of the companies and conference agendas simultaneously and never faced any issues while doing so. It also prompted us about the data that could not be uploaded in the Hubilo Platform.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Once the data is uploaded, there isn't any option to Undo or to go back if there is a mistake. The process becomes very long as we have to make the changes one by one again.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a virtual platform, Hubilo served the purpose for International companies to serve business much better. Hubilo has a great platform for conducting multiple B2B meetings at the same time.

Hubilo is a well researched, ready and simple to use platform. The fact that it's also customisable according to client needs gives it an edge.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

No downsides apart from the minor glitches. Maybe it can be more customisable.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubilo helped us induct a large 1000+ batch of GETs from across locations in India on one platform over the course of a week. It was a first of a kind and successful hybrid event.

the PM is very helpful and responsive. She explains my inquiries so patiently and ensures that I understand the interface, and if I don't, she will organize another session to go through with me again.

Some functions are still quite limited, especially the analytics part of post event and bulk download of content after.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The mobile app and web platform are very user-friendly. Karan Kohli, our customer success manager, was wonderful to work with, and helped me utilize Hubilo to its full extent, and in new and creative ways.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

There were some technical glitches (mostly with registration) but these were looked into and fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend if you are live streaming using the Zoom integration, as Studio BroadCast had a lag.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A focus of our conference is networking, and Hubilo's meeting function made it easy for attendees to connect, and even recommend who to connect with, depending on what they were looking for. A great feature.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The end result was fantastic - the site was very professional-looking, easy to navigate, and had different engagement options.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Not having a dedicated video technician available. Hubilo also does not support speakers being able to record and/or upload their presentations directly to the platform. My organization is small with a very limited budget. Contracting with outside consultants or vendors isn't feasible, so an all-in-one package would have been advantageous. I do not have any experience with video production and editing; however, my CSM, Vijit Grover, was great in providing me with recommendations on the most suitable and user-friendly software for novices such as myself to use for video editing. The results turned out very well.

From a user standpoint, I'd like to be able to manipulate and customize how the agenda appears. i.e. current events at the top versus scrolling down.

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:**

Budget (time and money) for video-editing services if your organization doesn't have someone on staff readily available and capable.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needing to duplicate the benefits and advantages of an in-person event that had to become virtual and provide attendees with a satisfying, worthwhile experience.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

It is really easy to use, and allows one to very quickly set up a page for events. Fully functional and many optional settings which I have yet to fully explore. I believe it can do even more. Most importantly, the service and assistance that I experienced was very good. Looking forward to continuing with this.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

As it is a ready platform, there will definitely be limitations, but it is about being more creative and finding ways to overcome them. Nothing much to dislike, and I am still learning as I continue to explore.

Try it to see how simple it is!

We were looking for an event management platform with all the necessary functions including a payment gateway. Hubilo was very quick to respond to our needs, provided a crash course and that was already good enough to meet all our requirements.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Hubilo has a great variety of options and tools to help make the best of your events, promoting great interactivity between the audience and thus making it all more interesting and dynamic. The support we got from Ayush & team was incredible. They connected with our attendees directly who were having issues & provided troubleshooting resources that help attendees use platform easily!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

I think that Hubilo needs to improve the backend dashboard experience. Login and registration are too confusing for a lot of delegates, as these are 2 separate pages and users on the login page cannot go to the registration page directly. Also sometimes, It can be difficult to learn and it is particularly hard to teach to busy C-levels who have VPNs or other blocks in their computer systems.

A comprehensive platform to cater to all needs & requirement to host a virtual event.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubilo helps solve the engagement & networking gap between in-person and online events. I think the platform makes this possible with its array of features, but still, some improvement is needed in their features.

  ### 9. The Third-time using Hubilo Platform!

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The interface is very direct and user-friendly as usual. The new functions are updated from time to time to fulfil the high demand for virtual events, such as certificates, multi-language, and embedded apps. The technical support staff Deep is very responsive and helpful. It’s the third time we used Hubilo platform, overall, it was a good experience.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

-	There are approx. 30 seconds latency streaming to the Hubilo platform, it’d be wonderful if the latency could be shortened.
-	Virtual booth is not flexible enough:
1) if we could upload videos to the virtual booth directly, it’d be very helpful, the platform is limited to posting the videos from YouTube / Vimeo, not friendly enough for Chinese users now.
2) the heading of each part is fixed and cannot be changed in the virtual booth
3) the product image cannot upload attachments; participants can only download via the resources separately.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-	The unstable connection in China, some of the attendees encountered “loading” during the live conference with simultaneous tracks and need to refresh several times. 
-	One more thing Hubilo can improve is the participant online data, it’d be great if we can have this data to see the individual participants’ time spent on the platform and each session.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Hubilo provides a fantastic platform for us in Python Conference Indonesia 2021. It has many features that help us engage and deliver talks to the attendees. It also gives us some entertaining features like contests and quizzes. Most of our attendees feel satisfied for joining PyCon Indonesia 2021. Thanks to Hubilo, our PyCon Indonesia 2021 can be held online successfully. Also, thanks to our Client Manager from Hubilo, Mr. Deep Patel. We get a lot of help from him, and without him, I don't think we will be able to hold the conference.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

One of our central consent is when people try to log in for the first time, we cannot know who checked the additional consent form we make. Another feedback from us is about the User Experience design. Our attendees and organizer found that the Hubilo UX is a little uncomfortable. Maybe it is because we use Hubilo V1. And the last thing is the invite mailer from Hubilo is received in the spam folder, not in the primary inbox.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our problem is about how to provide more information about the talks, especially when we run parallel sessions. In Hubilo, it all went smoothly thanks to the plan we received.

Issues with live sessions with users not able to join properly. Partly also due to people coming in not prepared/not reading instructions etc.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

We did not get any visibility for the service and they are very difficult to work with.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

We turned the program off in 2019, they said we had to pay for the whole year anyway.  We went along with it and paid the bill in full.  Then we have proceeded to get billed for the last two years anyway and they won't turn it off.  We have had multiple phone calls with three different people at Intrado, I have had three separate people email in response to the request to tell them in writing.  They just can not get it turned off.  To this day they keep sending bills and late notices.  Unbelievable.

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:**

I would recommend using a different approach and avoiding the customer service and billing nightmare. There are too many other options to deal with this type of service.

We did not see any benefit after 6 months and tried to cancel the program in 2019. They are a set it and forget it organization.

Producing a virtual event via Hubilo was a lot easier than other platforms I have used in the past, and had a variety of features I really enjoyed. Jenny (support staff at Hubilo) was available throughout the event to provide support for any attendee having access issues / any tech support, making it all round a very enjoyable event for all!

No obvious downsides pop to mind too quickly

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Hubilo is aesthetically pleasing, has a lot of cool features, makes gathering attendee information and utilizing presentation recordings easy. Karan Kohli, our support person from Hubilo was super attentive, patient, friendly, and reachable. He listened and explained things well. He was also tuned in for our entire conference to provide assistance as we needed it. Thanks, Karan :D!!!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

This isn't a dislike per-se, but Hubilo may have been too complicated for my small volunteer team. There were 4-6 of us and our prior experience was pretty much limited to Zoom calls. Hubilo is definitely next level. It does take some time to learn the ins-and-outs. You absolutely must run some test sessions between every host/moderator and speaker to reduce the risk of running into issues with audio feedback, screensharing, and the Zoom integration. Also what is up with the orange pulsing dots? I think they just mean "there's something to see if you click here" or "you're on this page" but it's kind of alarming and seems pointless.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubilo allowed us to have our Virtual Northeast Mycological Federation Foray 2021, involve presenters from several different countries, and enabled us with an organized set of presentation recordings that we can share with registrants who weren't able to participate live. I love that the recordings can stay on the event page for a month after the conference, allowing people to tune into each one as they wish.

The UI of Hubilo is very clear.  The help documents are very useful and thorough. The video lounge rooms are a great way for participants to interact with each other.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Setting up a multiple track agenda is a long process.  To pull stream keys and RTMP codes could use an export option.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Hubilo platform provides a total solution for providing an online event.  Whether a full virtual event or a hybrid event, the experience for attendees is very positive.  As an admin planning the event the Hubilo platform is simple to use and provides a professional looking event.

They have adapted to our needs (virtual posters, ways we set up sessions, etc.)  Everyone we have worked with is timely in response and helpful.

Nothing to suggest for improvement at this time.

The platform did not have virtual poster options so created a way for our presenters to create "booths" to display their work.

Easy to navigate,  our customer success manager,  Gaurav is great.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Some setup functions do not allow copy/paste functions; it is manual labor for repetitive information. There is not a duplicate events, need to build up from scratch every time.

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:**

This is a pretty straightforward platform, very well designed, with several options and functionality. Their customer service is great, the level of engagement is good and very integrated.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems would be more specifically setup/configurations in the platform. The benefits to have a robust platform is great. Attendees enjoy being in one place, very integrated platform, not having to link on outside venues unless I determine them to do it.

Since Hubilo update to their 2.0 version, I think all were good. As an event organizer, we are allowed to have more customized items, to control what to show to our audience.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

I think is still the Room feature that some of our guest facing issues when they login to the dedicated Room. Some of them couldn't turn on their audio/video, or they turned on, but the moderator couldn't hear from them.

Hubilo was very easy to use platform
It worked great for our 700 person conference
No issues with attendees connecting and interacting
Very interactive interface and the software promoted being interactive during the conference.

Not many downsides.
They are already addressing having a super host for events
Custom backgrounds for speakers
No real issues in use.

If you need a good all-around virtual conference platform, this is it.

As mentioned, they are working on a superhost function and adding backgrounds for speakers.
Also considering an interactive training module.

Great back end interface to set up the Event page and features. 
Nice customisable options to build your own event page and a wide range of engaging virtual event features.

Great support from Deep Patel our CSM, provided us with a thorough onboarding of the platform to our technical teams. The fact that you continue to improve UI and are adding new features is commendable..Never had issues in terms of load time and site performance.. Mobile experience for version 2.0 is a huge improvement as well.

Invite mailer ends up in spam for most of the email servers. Login code is sent via email which has a specfic language and formatting. You don't have an ability to change that text which is little disappointing as every event is different and you want to make nessary changes to the verbiage. Landing page and ticketing process isn't flexible.

Networking is key to most of our clients; the great thing about Hubilo is that most of the networking features which are included and again have those guides that help the users be able to jump into each component without needing help. There are a few great advantages to using Hubilo!
(1) It's easy to set up! 
(2) Registration process is efficient, 
(3) Seamless streaming live/pre-recorded, 
(4) Concierge emailing is very useful

(6) The new upgrade makes the interface prettier and it's great to see the event feed at a glance!

(1) In a large-scale event (~10,000 people) filters play an important role and the possibility to customize the match-making to only relevant people, are key features. This is the 3rd event, and I found that due to some upgrades, the flexibility was significantly reduced.
1.1. Match-making took into account thousands of Junior profiles, not at all relevant to the networking piece of the event. 
1.2 Filters: It would be best to not show values belonging to categories of participants that are not displayed anyways - that makes filtering significantly ineffective.

(2) In the previous version, Admins were able to see the number of people active on a certain session. I wish this feature is brought back in the upgraded version.

The staff is friendly, helping the client build the platform. The platform is user-friendly and easy to explore, and it's not dull as the other virtual platforms such as Zoom, where you can't interact in another way instead of chat and video chat. Thanks to Priyanka Chaudhary for assisting me throughout the event, even after the events. She explains in detail how the platform works and also helps me with their best features which are CUSTOM URL and CUSTOM THEME. she also assists me on how the streaming with difference stream option such as Zoom and other that integrated with Hubilo.

Videos need to be uploaded on youtube before displayed in the booth sections. At the back end, I couldn't export the data based on the group assigned for the events. The email confirmation for the login part quite slow to received since there's last minutes delegate who register through the events.

Hubilo is the new way of Virtual Conference. The delegate feedback that we got is fantastic. They never experience any virtual platform that provides a lot of features such as One-to-One Meetings. Since the pandemic is affecting the physical business, Hubilo provides the platform to deliver the experience of attending the conference in virtual. Hubilo has lots of options to be able to personalize and customize the platform to your liking. In addition to being easy to set up, there is also additional room for adjustment that the support team can help you unlock. We worked with Gaurav and Kumar who helped us personalize our setup.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

There was nothing I inherently disliked. One thing that bugs me is when the chat stops moving, and there's a button to click for 'more messages'. This feature works the same on other virtual platforms. When you're presenting, you don't want to stop to click something on the screen. You want the chat to keep moving and to scroll up if you missed something. I'm not sure if there's an ability to turn this on or off, but I'd prefer it off by default in the speaker view.

The team was incredibly patient with us in the beginning, and the client support is impeccable. Priyanka Chaudhary, our Customer Success Manager, guided us with incredible patience and was always able to suggest solutions or alternatives for platform shortfalls. It is the kind of support that every company should aspire towards.
The platform is also very practical. It takes out all the gimmicks that other platforms we reviewed were trying to impress us with, and provides very functional tools and capabilities for social interaction, encourages communal engagements.

The native streaming platform is buggy, and sometimes uploaded information goes missing. Will take close monitoring, and I strongly encourage the team to improve the streaming capabilities.

Since we were unable to run physical expos, we have to rely on Hubilo. But what I realized after this experience is that this platforom can definitely complement a physical expo. It makes it a breeze to connect with attendees and presenters, and attendees also inter-mingle virually.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Hubilo's support, Deep, was super helpful when I was setting up the platform. He replies promptly and made instructions simple to follow. My experiences of using Hubilo were greatly enhanced because of him. Thank you, Deep!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The platform was great, easy to use and fuss-free. However, it will be perfect if we can have more customisation in terms of the colours, the sizes, the email, the date on the email (especially for 1 -day event) etc. But it's still great overall!

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes, we need to educate others on how to use Hubilo. If there could be a consolidated document to capture all the tutorial easily in a simple format, it will be great!

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Having the right Virtual / Hybrid Event Platform is KEY. We have worked on many platforms, but time and time again, we recommend Hubilo to our clients. Our clients are consistently pleased with their features, and we, as a production team, are always thrilled with their customer service!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The Hubilo team takes all of our requests into consideration! Our clients often want to have a say in what features they are looking for, and we love that Hubilo hears us and acts on those requests whenever possible! They are always rolling our new phases and growing the platform.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to confidently recommend a unique virtual event platform to our clients! Most importantly, the Hubilo team has solved the issue we had with our previous event platform -- where it was difficult to get help if there was an issue. Our Hubilo rep is on standby during all of our live events in case we are in need of support!

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The staff my company was assigned to was highly supportive before, during, and after the event (shoutout to Priyanka Chaudhary!!). She guided us on how to navigate the platform, and that definitely elevated my team's experience with Hubilo! Every feedback given by my team was taken into consideration which shows that Hubilo sincerely values input from their customers and work to improve their platform. The platform has many features and can be customized according to the need of the event. It was a positive experience working with Hubilo for our inaugural event.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

My team and I have no complaints about Hubilo. However, we have suggestions that Priyanka has already sent the feedback to her team.

1. Improvement on the invite mailer feature. The emails sent through the invite mailer ended up in many of our registrants' spam boxes.
2. Additional search functions can be added to the People function at the backend.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of COVID, we can't hold our event physically and, therefore, needed to use a platform that we can stream our sessions, as well as have our participants engaged. Hubilo solved both problems :)
