**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

They are continuously making changes to the platform to make the process easier.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The site is clunky. There are a lot of overlapping details that can help and hurt different areas. Whenever they run out of time issues become ‘custom work’ so they won’t fix

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:**

The site is very cut and paste. They’re still working out kinks while managing the influx of business. If you have a strong project manager you will be set

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Intrado for two small conferences. Their responsive design is very easy to use
