**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

- Broadcasted sessions were recorded and could be rewatched after a session ended and downloaded
- Language toggle as our event was bilingual, ability to use features like Interprefy
- Live event support and IT help
- Check-in meetings and responsive and amazing CXM, Keshav Anand and Karan Kohli
- Large banners to promote event sponsors and 
- "Leaderboard," quizzes, and live chats to inspire attendee engagement
- Complementary app that was accessible and aesthetically pleasing - attendees could join in on their phones
- Highly-customizable
- Ability to host/stream concurrent sessions
- Easy login access
- Great onboarding and check-ins from CXMs

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

- Character limits were a bit restrictive when adding French words
- Limit on # of people that can put on audio+visual in rooms and lounges
- Would have liked more front-facing tutorials to send to attendees
- More clear indicators to specify time zone given there was a national scope (some attendees did not know they were in a different time zone)

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The customer service was unmatched - they were so responsive, kept me on track, answered questions throughout the day, and provided real-time support.  I truly felt like I had a team behind me and it was great! The platform was easy to learn and use, especially when teaching our speakers who are not as technologically friendly.  They had no problem using it, and the Hubilo team (Pranshu & Andrew!!) were so helpful in that training.  The platform was professional looking and easy to customize.  It definitely took our event to the next level, as we were able to share resources with our attendees easily, and create unique networking experiences.   

I really liked the "backstage" option, where we could communicate with just the panel of speakers.  This was an incredibly useful tool and helped our speakers feel very comfortable as to when they would be starting.  I cannot recommend Hubilo enough!!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Speakers cannot join from tablets, but that is minor as we would prefer them to be at a desktop or laptop for that more professional look and feel, and to confirm their internet connection is as strong as possible.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a virtual event that feels like it is in-person.  There were a lot of options to create a "lounge" for 1-1, or smaller group conversations, and to provide separate specific networking options.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

I have been very pleased over the last two years with all of the changes that Hubilo has been adding to its platform. Always making it more user-friendly and a great interactive experience for the attendees. We have been extremely happy with our tech support through Hubilo, Saurabh has been a pleasure to work with and has always been quick to respond and answer any questions our team may have. Saurabh is also very in tune with the new additions to the platform and ensureing we are aware of the changes and how they may help our next event.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

I do wish streaming from zoom was easier to manage. Not being able to be a host and speaker at the same time is difficult where we have to have multiple ghost accounts made.

Hubilo is allowing our organization to meet with our community members from around the world. We envision having hybrid events in the future and can't wait to give them a try!

Customer service! We were so lucky to have Vijit Grover as our primary contact for the customer experience. He was always there to help us find a solution.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Wish there were more options for closed captioning without having to bring in a third-party provider.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubilo helped us bring together 1,500 people for a hybrid event across 80 countries and 16 time zones.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

We were using the Hubilo platform for the third year and were very satisfied with its capabilities. The platform offers many different options and functionalities and it is very easy to use. I need to say that the customer service is really good. The team is always ready to help you. Our assistant was Renuka Varma and she was very friendly and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this platform to others. 
Shortly: as I mentioned, for the third year in a row, we were using the Hubilo platform for the online festival. The festival is 3 days long and it offers many interesting talks, with more than 20 events and 60 speakers from different parts of the world. I need to say that everything worked perfectly. We didn't have any technical problems or issues connected with the platform and everything was running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The only thing to mention is the lag time or delay in the streaming service. But honestly, the delay is in every streaming service and it does not affect the event and flow of the event.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offers multiple solutions for managing large groups of people. They offer multiple solutions in one place. From an organizational POV in the backend, you can set up different things that affect attendees to have the smoothest experience possible. Overall benefit: everything in one place, great support, and a working platform.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

It's very flexible. We use Hubilo Broadcast Studio or others to create our online events. 
We are constantly exploring something new on the platform and using this to improve the experience of our participants. 
It's child's play for us to change the event to on-demand and make it last even longer.

With Deepanshi on our side, we have top-notch support and can be sure that everything is running on time until the event or even during our sessions. 
She is always on hand to give us advice and support and keeps an overview and the necessary calm.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Some new features mean more work for ourselves in the event process, and we need a little time to arrange everything. 
If the events are close to each other, we need to be flexible too.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During Covid, we can continue to offer high-quality events to our participants. The networking of the participants is thereby super easy.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The platform itself is sleek, pretty, and has a very professional air - whilst also being simple enough to make both the back and front end navigation easily accessible to 99% of users. All the functionalities expected from a hybrid/online event tool are included and easy to use. 

Most importantly, furthermore, we had excellent round the clock support from the very efficient and kind Zainab Ghadiali, who truly went out of her way to ensure that our experience would be as smooth as possible. Any comments and questions were picked up and answered or escalated (as required) within minutes. Working with her was truly a blast. 

Lastly, communicating with the participants pre- during-, and post- event was very efficient and easy through the Hubilo email manager - any minor challenges we faced were picked up and passed on to the development team and will likely be resolved in the short future.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Though we are very pleased with the platform, we were fully informed of this, and it is not necessarily Hubilo-specific, it'd be great if the platform's functionality would also be fully accessible via VPN/secure connections/firewalls (especially rooms/lounges/1-1 meetings).  (As a mitigation measure, we decided to disable some features.)

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubilo is a great tool that helped us tackle our hybrid flagship event. We were looking for a platform that would allow us to host both onsite and online attendees, and that would contribute to making our content accessible to our global participants. Hubilo helped us reach people even in very remote or (currently) inaccesible locations (e.g. South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine).

Even for new users, the platform and user interface were simple. The platform is excellent and straightforward to use. Customer service is excellent. On this platform, the session recordings are the greatest.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Reduce login issues for attendees on the day of the event communication is required between various registration sites. If several bugs are fixed, it would operate more effectively.

I like the gamification feature on the notified platform. It helps us to connect with our Developers and give them a rich experience and a seamless user interaction.

I cant think on top of my head.. well I think a robust Live Streaming capability would help me as a sponsor for the Hybrid/In person event.

Notified is a great platform for customer events and standalone workshops or webinars. we are connecting to developers, and the user experience is seamless. Our customers and Developers have been pretty engaged on this platform. User engagement is high and helps us network and build relationships with our end users.

Hubilo helped us to host our International Live event and Webinars. A lot of features and functionalities, to run a successful virtual event.

No dislikes as of now. Expecting the recordings to be available in the tool for more than a month

Platform ensure thousands of people can join virtual event smoothly at the same time. Hubilo also enable to show the high quality of long duration video without any issues of internet lagging / interuption.
The back-end interface is also easy to use. Normal staff can join as admin to modify or udpate the suitable updates for each specific activities/online event

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

There are many fixed functions/ features that can not optimized for each parculiar requests. Sometime we need to balance between the offered features which available on Hubilo with our expectations.
Vietnamese transaltion need to improve in the futures.

We need a safe platform which is stable when livestream big size & long videos (up to 3 hours). Hubilo also showed has dedicated support team who can explain patienly whenever we have questions

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Flexible
The solution is flexible and can be configured based on the requirements of your events. We also like how the platform evolved and made it more suitable for online and face-to-face events. In addition, the platform provides options to do your online events; you can upload pre-recorded videos or do them live.

Amazing Support
We commend our amazing support person, Deep. He was supportive, responsive, patient, and helpful. They respond quickly when we have urgent changes to the platform and need assistance. For us, this is important as we have a timeline to follow and a quick turnaround is very helpful.

User-Friendly
The platform is user-friendly, both backend and front end. On the organizer's side, we could navigate the options quickly, and everything was straightforward. It's good that we have complete control of the platform, and it's accessible to us to make changes. On the users' side or attendees' side, it's straightforward as well. From registration to the lobby, everything is user-friendly. They can easily access the contents and interact with the other attendees. The add-to-calendar feature was beneficial for the attendees as most of them are C-Level executives, and they need to have reminders or blockers in their calendars.

Interactive
Before the event, it's essential to have the attendees on board and start socializing with the other attendees to keep the interest alive. The platform allows attendees to post, set meetings, message other attendees, and engage in exciting activities on the platform. Also, the attendees can chat, ask questions, answer polls, and interact with the attendees while the sessions are ongoing. The platform also has a Booth section where they can connect with the representatives real-time.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The platform is impressive, but we cannot avoid quirks in the features. The good thing is we get a quick response from our contact person, Deep. He always makes sure that the platform will suit our needs.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During this uncertain time of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we know that some countries have travel restrictions and health protocols implemented in their areas. This pandemic restricts us from conducting face-to-face events, which is the problem that Hubilo solves. We do events to connect everyone in the supply chain industry and create a community of professionals. Hubilo allows us to do events and connects with our target audience effectively and efficiently.

The level of customer support and responsiveness. The Hubilo team is always quick to reply to inquiries via email, chat, and even text messages. They are so helpful!

Some attendees did mention they'd like more face to face time, like a Zoom meeting so the small group could all see each other verse 12-cameras at a time max

Thanks Karan and the entire support team who helped make our HTRS Institute Workshop on March 3 a smashing success! It was the most engaging and interactive session we have had to date.

I enjoy the flexibility and ease of use, but most of all, the customer support!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Haven't found any yet :) Hubilo is very easy to use and the customer support is outstanding.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our association is global, and we need to reach the global Business Analysis market. Hubilo has allowed us to host virtual and hybrid events that are truly reaching our global community.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The overall backend experience is extremely complete, with lots of features that are already set-up in the system. The ticketing, the database, the Newsfeed, the agenda page, and especially the gamification features that our clients really appreciated to enhance the delegates engagement throughout their conference.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Unfortunately like any system, it has limitation which we have to work with, things that are set in a specific way in the backend and cannot be changed. The way we had to set-up our agenda was extremely manual, creating one by one session, we were also limited by our clients using Webex hence we were unable to use the engagement feature during a session, the engagement was also sometimes limited e.g. how to do a poll and cannot do an open question. The post-event also needs to be re-worked because we had to manually download the content from the app one by one (content from the delegates) and were not able to do one back up from the system with everything inside. We had to spend lots of time saving the content from the App after the event. The set-up of the registration form at the start was also very manual and a rather long process for us, and we had many limitations on the type of data we could collect for our corporate client (it was a private event).

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Hubilo is a great platform for virtual events. It feels incredibly high-tech, while being very user-friendly. The support staff is really exceptional and willing to dream with you about new ways to use the platform and make your event amazing. Huge shout out to Karan, who is very responsive via email and has been my go-to helpful guy for the last year. The platform releases new improvements all the time, which is really fun because it can be boring to have limitations. The studio feels more and more like a true broadcast studio.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The studio is sometimes difficult for presenters to figure out. It is different than Zoom, and more like a broadcast studio than a video call. I wish that was easy to explain to presenters but we just need to give them a couple of walk throughs to get it right.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubilo is solving the problem of how to make participants feel fully engaged in virtual events.  I am also being more productive by utilizing their integrated email communications.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

We opted to go with Hubilo since it is a DIY platform - much easier to manage the entire back end of the event.  No need to request to make any changes, we could just do them on the fly as we needed to.  Setting up the event was a smooth process and incredibly user-friendly.  Some things weren't super intuitive, but for the most part stuff was easy to figure out.  Both our CSM and the online support chat were always on-hand to answer any questions.  The experience with the Hubilo support team was probably the best I have ever worked with.  Being a very small team marketing team and running a hybrid conference for the first time we knew we needed this support and we received it.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

We did have some Hubspot integration issues, but our support team was able to provide some workarounds.  Not ideal, but we were able to work through it.  We also missed a key feature that launched a few days before our event - the ability to schedule emails from the platform.  Also, while the platform was easy to navigate for our attendees, there was very little customization on the front end of the platform.

We are a very small organization and Hubilo has helped us with our annual user conference - it was the first time we went the hybrid route and Hubilo made that easy.

I liked the Professional Services the best with the Hubilo Platform. Our support representative for the Infosource Capture 2022 Conference, Pranshu Pandey, was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, proactive and with me every step of the way for the event build, testing and execution. I also like that the Hubilo platform is easy to use and intuitive with a lot of great features.

Nothing really - it was a bit intimidating as first-time foray into virtual/online events, but it came off flawlessly and I have received very high marks on survey feedback from online attendees. Success!

I like the new feature that allows you to clone/copy an event from one year to the next. You do not need to rebuild entirely - just modify. Hubilo definitely solved for me the challenge of some wanting to attend the physical event but being unable to travel. Although they had to attend online, the experience was very immersive and they felt like they were a real part of the event.

We have used Hubilo for 3 years. When Covid hit, we, like all conference businesses, feared that would be the end of our business.  

Then we came across Hubilo, which saved the day.  We launched a few virtual events that ended up being a great success. Without Hubilo that would never be possible, and our small company would have ceased operations. 

We finally went live this year but also retained the virtual component. We introduced Ayush from Hubilo (based in India) to the onsite AV technician (based in the US), and both coordinated our first-ever hybrid event. All worked perfectly, which enabled the delivery of yet another fantastic event - brilliant feedback that made the team (in which we include Hubilo) proud! I would definitely recommend Hubilo!

Hubilo is a great platform for hosting virtual events, it is highly intuitive and easy to configure in the back-end in preparation for event day. We receive consistent feedback form attendees that they thoroughly enjoy the platform and usability of it which minimises the amount of queries and support requests when running the event. The support team are great and respond very quickly with any assistance that is required, especially Deepanshi who is always on hand and contactable.

It would be beneficial if settings and support tickets raised for particular events are carried over to future events on the same account so that support tickets are not repeated and small issues are resolved across all events. Our company runs an annual conference called Integrate. Before the pandemic, it took place live in London. Since the pandemic, we have used the Hubilo platform for remote-only (during the pandemic) and hybrid conferences(2022). We received good feedback from the organizing team, speakers, and attendees.

In general, we are quite happy with the platform, and we have seen several improvements over the years. The only feedback I can think of is the lack of a Picture in Picture view for online attendees who follow the conference in London. This request was raised by our attendees and we shared it with the Hubilo team. We hope to see this feature during our next conference.

We never need to approach them for any issues, as they are always one step ahead by taking regular follow-ups. 
Renuka and the team worked beyond their actual working time even though they were on  Indian Standard Time. We worked in two different time zones (UK and US), which was the most highly appreciable service I have ever encountered.

It might have a significant impact on our platform if we could have the option to add Sponsor Tab and the ability to add any extra fields manually. Overall, the Hubilo platform is very user-friendly and easy to build up the event platform.

At Hubilo, it's a DIY platform so it's easier to manage the entire event. Starting from setting up to registration or managing the day of the event it was a smooth experience with the support from support team. The main event execution was fantastic and customization to use our domain was awesome. The site was very professional-looking, easy to navigate, and had different engagement options. The Dashboard was very easy to get around and set up the event, add attendees, add sessions and send customized emails. Being a very small team running a hybrid conference for the first time we knew we needed this support and we received it! Every question asked and every meeting I requested with Dharti and Yatin was answered.

Hubilo gave us everything that we needed to host a multi-stream event. The back end was largely user-friendly and intuitive. Support in the run up to the event and on the day was very good, Deepanshi was always quick to reply and helpful, always finding solutions to our (very specific) issues!

Some of our audience were blind/partially sighted and relied on using screen readers to access the event. This proved very difficult and some were unable to register. However, as a result of thsi feedback, Hubilo has offered to address the accessibility of the system, for which we are grateful.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Hubilo offers a wide range of functionality, allowing us to provide the platform to various industries easily. Hubilo also offers an unmatched support team giving us the confidence to execute events no matter the requirement.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

From my experience hosting events on the platform, I believe the Hubilo Broadcast Studio can be improved due to the speed of transition for scrolling to find speakers whilst hosting a stream. Another area for improvement (As I use a mac) is to allow the system to share computer sound. 

Other than that, I cannot fault the platform in any other way.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The developers and team at Hubilo have taken every element of a virtual event into account. It benefits us tremendously as we can provide a solution to any client questions.

They assign dedicated PM, schedule weekly meetings to track progress.
The team is professional, experienced, and detail oriented.
They offer stream tests and recording services.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

All contents in the platform are image based, and they don't provide design service. Customer needs to provide images per their defined spec. Be prepared for that.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this virtual platform allows conference attendees to join remotely with interactive experience.
