
Torii has been a game changer at our company. It has provided visibility into all of the SaaS used around the company. It serves as our best source of information for anything regarding spend, renewals and usage.
Torii helped us discover new SaaS used by our employees and provides a comprehensive interface to manage all of them.
It can integrate with a lot of services to provide visibility and control over your SaaS. However, do note that this highly depends on the plan and setup you have with those services as not all plans include provisioning or API access. This is not Torii's fault, but it is important to consider. Torii does document this pretty well.

The pros overshadow the cons, but we do have some small things that could be improved in the product.
User management could be improved. It is not possible at the moment to add custom fields to users nor to add them manually to an application. We still need to track users for apps that are not integrated with Torii in a separate document.
Torii does not deal with Aliases. They will show up as a separate user.
The custom integration feature needs some love. It requires uploading files to a S3 bucket which is not really practical for implementing a dynamic integration.
The offboarding feature works well, but cannot run more than one action when de-provisioning users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
