Identity changes occur in near realtime without the need to manually update across systems thanks to Torii workflows! ### 2. The renewal tracking is useful, and the setup is pretty straightforward. It’s nice to finally have one place to see usage and licenses instead of chasing data across systems. **What do you dislike about Torii?** I’d like to see more integrations with additional systems and SaaS platforms. User management and tracking could also be improved — sometimes it’s hard to get a full, accurate view of usage or access changes across all apps. Some workflows feel limited and require manual adjustments to achieve accurate results, especially when dealing with complex user provisioning or license reconciliation. Reporting could be more flexible, and the UI sometimes feels slower when handling large datasets. We were easily able to creat reports with regards to usage and evaluate the needs for certain tools and if it was effective. **What do you dislike about Torii?** Creating implementations with applications is where we had some difficulties. For a majority of 'bigger' applications, this was no issue; however, with more niche integrations it created some difficulties and required significant amounts of time. **What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can ensure that users are not using appliations that we have not signed agreements with or have checked the legal requirements. We were able to close and sanction tools that were not supposed to be used. ### 8.
