It is a platform where we optimize the performance of our contact center and help forecast and plan more accurately and schedule more efficiently. 

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

There are no dislikes so far but the package pricing is too high. 

**Recommendations to others considering NICE Workforce Management:**

No recommendations so far. The app works much better than i expected. 

**What problems is NICE Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to plan my projects and tasks efficiently. 
- The scheduler allows me to take breaks and schedule our tasks properly. 
-There is no need to look at the clock to schedule our tasks. Nice iex does that for you.

**What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?**

Workforce Management needs to have a tool that really can automatize most of the "maintenance" process to ensure proper planification. IEX provides enough tools to enhance service levels while decreasing the work needed to plan ahead.

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

Newer versions are more user friendly but lose keyboard/power-user shortcuts. Most backoffice functions are not great.

**Recommendations to others considering NICE Workforce Management:**

Excelent non-web based tool for inbound/outbound contact plans.

**What problems is NICE Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forecasting and making resources more efficient, whenever its agent schedules, workstation usage, or resource monitoring.

**What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?**

In my case I use the nice perform for master site tool, specifically business analyzer. I work in an area of attention to the client of the insurance industry, coordinating the analysts that provide such attention. In this type of work the levels of service and attention are measured constantly to guarantee the satisfaction of the client, the operativity and the goals or objectives of the organization for which I work. Therefore I need to measure these levels through monitoring or evaluations made to analysts and for this I use this tool, it allows me to evaluate, measure received calls, save, search and export them. Also share them with the analysts so that there is a feedback, the opportunities for improvement are measured and an action plan is defined.

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

As for support is another story, there is no assistance but a manual. It is only in English which is not useful in my country since not all people dominate the language so it is difficult configuration issues, changes of roles, user creation, installation, updates and equipment changes. I believe that these aspects should be improved in a new update of the tool and if possible add a virtual assistant or an interactive guide. 

**Recommendations to others considering NICE Workforce Management:**

My recommendations to use the tool is more than anything to hire a person who is qualified for the support area, is bilingual and understands everything about the tool so that it can be fully functional.

**What problems is NICE Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More than all issues related to customer service as it allows to hear the interaction between the operator and the user. Especially when the operators or analysts work during non-office hours, holidays or weekends. It allows monitoring and supervising the operation in the call center.

Extremely scalable depending on the size of your business. Forecasting, Scheduling and reporting options that let you know where your staff are, their productivity, and ability to measure calls vs. forecast

Not really any downsides. Some of the older versions can be slower to load, but easily rectified by using latest versions.

It is a great solution that can meet the needs of your business.

**What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?**

It's fairly clean and simple. There are many options and view to see the data. I love the Agent Data Groups, as I use them to organize groups within an MU and during bidding. It keeps redundant tasks to a minimum. 

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

I dislike the lack of training that was provided when we purchased IEX. I wish we could delete skills. IEX is unable to take on all of the changes of a growing service desk. Reporting is one of the worst things I've encountered as it pastes a pdf into excel. The raw data is not accessible and the canned reports are useless. In order to utilize adherence reporting, we need several macros and workbooks to turn the inconsistent pdf-excel mashup into something almost usable. Maybe a problem with the majority of tools out there, but IEX cannot forecast for small call volume groups. 

**Recommendations to others considering NICE Workforce Management:**

IEX forecasting has been our biggest challenge. This is partly due to our smaller language groups. If you have a busy center with lots of calls, I don't think you'd run into the same issues we face. Ask lots of questions when considering and use real-world information from your center to see if they're compatible.  

**What problems is NICE Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to place staffing into better schedules via shift bidding. Before IEX this was manually done via email. It was a long and painful process. With IEX we can view schedules and staffing against call volume forecasts. Sadly, the forecast is still not 100% usable.

Ability to quickly modify schedules and skills for individual employees or groups or employees.

Software can be slow and sometimes tools will stop working with no error messages or indication of failure.

Ask when the last time the software in use was updated and added features, these systems often fall behind in features and functions so if you're looking to move forward in cloud and virtualization you want to know that is already something they have deployed in some manner.

We're solving attendance and adherence control issues by collecting information on actual-to-schedule actions and organizing the information in a manner that allows action. The benefits are what you would expect from similar scheduling and RTA tools on the market, this one just happened to fit for our organization.

I dislike the show startup time, and how the app frequently closes in error.

Listening to calls that had issues that needed to be resolved, and evaluating calls for improvement.

NICE is very helpful when it comes to providing its customers with a wide range of features that help pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in determining how employees interact with their customers in providing them with accurate and quick customer service.

There are many upgrades that may be needed to operate nice system solutions and that may cost too much money or could take a long time to deploy before seeing positive results

In using NICE in the past they have been very helpful in solving all issues  and have provided excellent support to front and end users utilizing their software.

NICE is supportive of our initiatives, and will offer to help us overcome any roadblocks or challenges we may face. We are able to leverage call logging through examples along with our data to find trends and see where this is more opportunity.

The layout is very confusing and restrictions with the different filters.

**Recommendations to others considering NICE Workforce Management:**

A layout change would be nice and a help filter since it is very hard to look up exactly examples based on the purpose you are searching for.

Being able to leverage different examples in the system and filter somewhat based on location and the ability to run queries and organize a structure for future uses.

We used it for call monitoring and quality assurance and control. It was the perfect solution. Easy to use and navigate.

Sometimes it was a tad glitchy or didn’t load inputs the first time. Other than that wonderful.

I like being able to support an entire timezone worth of employees by opening one MU set then I'm off to the races.

Different servers are slower than others. For DTV the server we use goes at a snails pace and can really delay work.

A great platform if your business supports multiple sites.

We use this for scheduling purposes. Where agents can check their schedules and where y team can audit and maintain as needed.

Sometimes the log in interface crashes and must screenshot on Mac (call center job) to send email to get fixed.

Good to use for big companies wanting to produce mass schedules and event calendars for the job.

Scheduling conflicts and being able to switch shift times with other users once approved. My managers can log in and see who has been active on the site Incase of any schedule changes due to weather or holidays, etc.

Effective way of protraying adherance to schedule on behalf of all employees. Easy way to manage schedule changes and see some potential for oppertunities with various employees. ie, Changing schedule to accomondate them needing to take thier children to school before getting to work.

I believe their should be an analysis section where I, as manager, can assess certain statistics such as IDLE time, leakage, etc. Very cut and dry software.

More features; The top performer in _______ category, Ranking employees, etc. I could do it all but have to export to excel first.

Agents must adhere to schedule in order to meet their queue. An effective way of scheduling people across the department and examine how well they are adhering to thier schedules.

The timeboard goes down frequently and can delay when coming back up.

It helps to keep everyone on schedule and the 5 minute reminder helps to keep everyone on track. It helps cutting down with missed or late breaks. It also gives a reminder 5 minutes before over which helps with coming back on time

My issue with the program is that I get constant updates throughout the day stating that my schedule has updated when nothing has updated at all.

Just be prepared for it to update alot even if there's nothing to update!

It's easy to put in for PTO,VTO when using this program.

IEX does a great job implementing forecasting with scheduling and RTA tools. A great suite for all roles to sync together.

Schedule Patterns (instead of availability based schedules with rules) and the lack of intraday staffing  in schedule management and optimization.

Great all in one package from NICE.

Many tools out of date or way too expensive.

Robotics, screen capture, and voice analytics amazing but expensive.

Quality check phone calls with data base at your fingertips. Keeps record of scores calls for reports.

Main dashboard display; my shifts for the next two weeks are listed clearly.

It frequently adjusts breaks to be more than an hour past their designated time, and its system for requesting any section of time or shifts off is incredibly counter intuitive.

None; we already have 2 systems that we use to keep track of workers' time uses, this is just extra nannying.

Use on addition to other tools you may be currently using to enhance staff improvement and do it using a measurable tool.

Employees able to access their pay is a huge benefit as well as being able to track individual performance and having a tool to measure success comes in handy when creating goals for the month at hand.

**What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?**

This allows me to listen to customer call interactions with the associates and grade/ rate these calls for customer servicing experience. 

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

I dislike how different versions give us different accesses to different call centers. Wish it was all accessible through one version. 

**What problems is NICE Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to improve the customer service experiences in the call center by reviewing past calls and grant incentives.

**What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?**

Software is great for call analysis. You are able to record telephone calls and listen to them at a later time.  It is great for a call center or customer service setting.  You are able to leave comments and for the person you are monitoring the call for and also send that person specific packages for them to review your findings. 

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

This software is not compatible with any browser. Is works best with internet Explorer.  It takes a little time to figure out how to use the software so I would say that the interface is not too user friendly. 


**What problems is NICE Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This makes coaching and training for representatives easier. Its also helps to keep the history of any conversation done over the phone.

The best quality is the gps logging when employees clock in 

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

The only thing that I would mention is that NICE does  not work well on older devices unless they have the most recent software version downloaded.

It manages my employees clock in punches in one place. Nice can be downloaded on any up to date device so that clocking in and out can be done anywhere out in the real world work field.

Primitive. Reports were not user friendly

It is the best performance management solution on the market by far. I really like how it helps my me understand how my team is doing from a performance management standpoint.

It is also the most expensive solution on the market. It is even more expensive then Verints Solution.

If you are not worried about cost this is the best solution for you
