I enjoy using NICE Workforce Management for its effective handling of time off management, shift bidding, vacation bidding, and recurring events. These features are incredibly valuable as they streamline processes that would otherwise be cumbersome. The automation of tasks such as vacation tapping and shift bidding significantly saves hours of manual work, enhancing overall efficiency. This tool provides ease of scheduling, which is pivotal for my real-time management responsibilities. Its ability to save time and reduce workload through such efficient features is a standout quality that greatly enhances my workflow.

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

I dislike the slow processing speed for generating schedules in NICE Workforce Management. The tool only allows a limited number of jobs to process simultaneously, which can be quite frustrating. Additionally, the initial setup was cumbersome, requiring over a week of training for the team, which suggests a steep learning curve. This lengthy training process can be resource-intensive and time-consuming.

Nice is a simple and convenient tool to manage all employee's activities. The 'Time Off Manager' menu makes it simple to examine details about remaining hours, including Holidays, accrued, and my privilege leaves and comp off. This tool is straightforward to use.

Nothing to dislike about Nice. This is an excellent tool with an excellent interface and easy to use.

Nice is beneficial to track all the activities of employees and manage their leaves and working hours. It helps to assign tasks to the employees. It is an excellent tool I have ever used.

Schedule viewer, real-time adherence and you can view an entire year of an agent schedule. The tab to locate different LOBs within the same organization is great when managing other accounts.

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

On occasion, the tabs lag out, and it gets prolonged. When you want to view an agent's schedule for a week/ month or more, downloading the information takes a while.

**What problems is NICE Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the job easy because you can monitor if an agent is on a call, hold, Acw etc. It is Beneficial in modifying the schedule and viewing the queue, or headcount needed vrs staffing.

It is very intuitive.  Also has a very robust algorithm and forecasts are spit on as long as you keep your data clean.  Simple scheduling.  By far the most robust WFM tool I have used.

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

There are certain parts of it that are less intuitive and harder to use, and it will allow you to schedule conflicts without giving errors.  Also, data models are set up different then CXONe...so cross platform reporting is hard to compare.

It allows us to budget effectively by allowing us efficiency in scheduling to meet demands and forecasts future hiring and training.

I like how I can request overtime and keep track of my overtime hours on my schedule!

I dislike that there not that much you can do besides see your schedule and add overtime.

I liked how workforce management was able to show a breakdown of time off requests versus the amount of remaining time available for a particular day's time off allotment.

I disliked how workforce management would consistently crash if too many programs were running at the same time or if too many users were accessing the system at the same time.

It is an integrated platform which provides solutions to my resource capacity, their time tracking, wfm etc unlike in past i had used different applications for all these functions which made it difficult. But with Nice Workforce Management, all these problems are solved

I would not say the disadvantage or unlikeliness, it provides multiple solutions, so the subscription fees charged is fair to that.
As of now, i have not faced any issues. So it is good to go.

During the inital data set up, I have rhe least complications for data sync. Not much data tweaking is needed

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

I some how has the apprehensive approac with NICE CRM for QA assessment as it gives out an automated QA scores based algorithm and verbatim stored. Tones of a dialogue can affect the user in a negative way. In reality the conversation was loud due to cultural differences between the customer and the representative, so we end up having to audit most of the scores..this was back 2017... hopefully its way better now

The service calculations as spot on, even with the overflow of calls after midnight, wr can adjust it quite easily

Very good when NICE and SAP Business systems are connected. You don't need to worry about data import and the system takes directly fact data from the system.
Different skills settings for different employees are very actual functionality for call centers.
Genesys can calculate estimated call length and this data is very useful for the forecasts.

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

The design looks like a very old system it is not very user-friendly sometimes it is hard to understand what information is in the system and redesign can increase user experience.

Things need to check:
-does design acceptable for the users
-forecast errors
-integration possibility with internal systems

In a call center, it is always a challenge to plan employees by different lines and connects it with competence. The benefit is that system can do and assign employees by the different needs calculated for different lines/competence.

**What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?**

I have used different Workforce Management Solutions to Manage WFM Occupancy, Scheduling, Auxiliary Breaks, etc. But for all such tasks, I needed to use multiple solutions. I never get all one solution ever. Since NICE Workforce Management has multi-skill simulation which makes our work more efficient and we don’t need to use different solutions to manage to schedule or call traffic. Since all, we can manage within NICEC.

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

-	NICE integration with different CRM is not easy. 
-	The cost is way much high though the services are excellent. 
-	The performance is slow.

**Recommendations to others considering NICE Workforce Management:**

Its the best solution for Medium-sized and Large-sized enterprises. Since the cost is a bit higher than the other solution which is available in the market so it would be recommended to implement NICE WFM only if you’re getting good ROI.

**What problems is NICE Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using more than three solutions to manage the entire contact center workforce management operations. But since we are using NICE, this is the only system which we are using. Especially managing the staff breaks along with the call trafficking was a crucial task all together but NICE has the feature where NICE AI provides you to manage staffing breaks along with the call trafficking with their algorithm.

Schedule changes are easy to request, convenient and all under one menu. Information is short and sweet and easy to understand.

I can view an outlook on the weekly, monthly and yearly basis to see how many of the workforce are in and out.

Information on my hours that remain including Holiday, Accured and Comp are all easily readable from the 'Time Off Manager' menu.

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

I have very little that I dislike about NICE. 

Not so much a complaint but a pet peeve is that a simple shift swapping feature with my department colleagues would be very useful. This would limit continuous messages and emails. 

This was am implemented feature on simular software that I've used for my rotas in previous employment.

**What problems is NICE Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From using NICE, I can check my schedule daily and monthly. This keeps me organised, in the know and allows me to plan appropriately. 

I can also make a request to book time off/swap shift patterns around on my schedule, as well as use my allowance.

This tool is convenient and easy to use.
My recommendation to employees who are using WFM tools for workforce management for the first time should start with Nice IEX as this tool is beneficial to base your experience in using WFM tools.

Currently, my primary work involves open simulation to attain ideal occupancy as per process/project needs. Nice IEX helps to create optimized schedules with inputs like volume, AHT, service goals, and business operating hours along with current location schedule restrictions. The tool is convenient in adapting to the inputs entered while we get almost near to the outcomes.

It has good useful features by optimizing workforce at right scale,  budgeting & quite scalable.
UI of this tool is also quite easy to use.

It lacks forecasting intelligence.
Also, this could be a great tool if you inbuilt many trends & analytics features to understand the data more accurately.
They can build in employee scorecard to understand better performing employees in many aspects

Its a great workforce management tool if you are looking for which is easy to use. however, it lacks on analytics part.

Do you operate multiple call centers on the same skill? You will find Nice Workforce Management able to solve the scheduling and forecasting for multi-site and multi-skilled environments. I recommend the software for any sized call center environment.

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

The Training learning curve is steep. What worked well for us was to onboard new specialists with modules created by NICE. Once specialists mastered a few modules, you can grow their experience and impact on your center until you cover all of the training.

We solved problems around workload distribution, reduction in overall staffing costs, and increased employee satisfaction regarding scheduling.

Intraday and budget views are thorough and easy to use - so everyone in the company gets a good view of the requirements both now and looking forward. Forecasting is flexible and leads to accurate forecasts.

Set up and implementation is time-consuming and can be confusing (we are a company that specializes in this and still struggled). Agent user interface is lacking in some basic functionality.

Contact centre forecasting and scheduling, real time analysis and MIS. Accurate forecasting and scheduling, MIS is generally good but can be time consuming getting the data you need.

Nice WFM is one of the best WFM platforms available in the market, if you are planning to implement the WFM platform this can be one of the choices.

Nice WFM (IEX) is one of the top choices when identifying a WFM platform for a project to get the best of workforce planning and optimization.

We have reduced leakages due to non-adherence of the schedule though this is just one of the benefit.

**What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?**

Considered one of the top two players in the WFM world. It has among other things the best forecasting solution. NICE and Aspect are very similar in design. But there are a few features that make NICE just a little bit better on the forecasting side. Namely in the "Budget Forecasting"  module, you can make edits that allow you to change your inputs in real time without having to re run the entire forecast.

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

The employee interface is a little clunky and outdated. Also set up is not a breeze. It takes a lot pre work to get it ready to go. Once you do it is a solid tool. Also support at times wasn't what it was supposed to be during the install phase.

**Recommendations to others considering NICE Workforce Management:**

Do your research. Ask yourself what you are using the tool for. Their are easier and cheaper solutions. If you have a smaller contact center say less than 250 seats this may not be the way to go. But for larger more complex environments this is one of the best options out there.

Nice Performance Management is a very powerful tool in tracking the budget information and performance of employees at a constant developmental process. Its skills are amazing in managing the whole budget detail and the employees are also satisfied by keeping a check on their performance and other works within the system. Its variable workforce management ability is commendable by gathering the employees at a single unit. The application can track the time and schedule the employee’s work.

There is no tool to detect the time and performance of the employees rather than making them available at the exact time. Besides, labour forecasting is not supported by this tool and it needs to be upgraded for possessing these informational features.

Nice Performance Management is an incredible tool to make business promotions and develop new strategies within our system with master skills. **What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?**

Keeps me organized and on task to help me remember what I did during the day. I'm able to put in different exceptions to hold myself accountable for the work and delegation of work throughout the day. 

**What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?**

This could be the way my company uses the tool but it's very cumbersome to add exceptions to the workday and takes what I feel like too much time. The system has to be manually updated each week vs having someone's 'normal' schedule be inputted automatically and just adjusted from there. Seems time consuming to be entered in manually each week when schedules don't always change.

Definitely a good product to keep workforce accountable with tangible data to refer back to 

**What problems is NICE Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling for a call center and keeping everyone accountable for what they should be doing vs what they did during the workday. It also allows the data to become tangible so depts can be held accountable and everyone can refer back year over year to see what kind of labor is needed based on previous scheduling.

Very granular details can be obtained along with analytics with customizable views. The goal settings and integration with other systems seems to be set up just right.

Getting a report takes time with a new query each session to regain the information I had the prior time. The user interface is not allows intuitive and would be more useful with up to date widgets.

**Recommendations to others considering NICE Workforce Management:**

Good product overall, just can be time consuming to run reports - but data is accurate and useful. Some frames are not shown properly in Mozilla Firefox, so best to use a different browser. Trying to find detailed information that went into payment calculations is not easy to navigate.

Visibility into performance management tracking and results. Able to use a variety of tools to obtain the information and create reports.
