I enjoy using NICE Workforce Management for its effective handling of time off management, shift bidding, vacation bidding, and recurring events. These features are incredibly valuable as they streamline processes that would otherwise be cumbersome. I dislike the slow processing speed for generating schedules in NICE Workforce Management. The tool only allows a limited number of jobs to process simultaneously, which can be quite frustrating.
