
Simple structure for structuring meetings and quickly seeing what has been discussed and what need to be discussed. The hierarchy makes sense and the ability to assign tasks and review them across workspaces is amazing. It's something that has been a gap for me in other task programs and it works well here. Collaborating can be a bit quirky. Sometimes I'll update an item while someone else is viewing it and the update will appear someplace random on the list of talking points. There is no way to see a running log of what's been discussed, you have to look at each historic meeting one at a time which can be annoying when you know something happened, but are not sure when.
