"The way to organize a good meeting"

What do you like best about Spinach AI?

My team uses soapbox to organize our meetings, and we use it to stay on topic. It feels really good to mark things off as we go, and it's easy to assign people to tasks as we add them. I really like that I get an email reminding me what tasks I have left to complete. Also, the google calendar integration is clutch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Getting collaboration right"

What do you like best about Spinach AI?

It has a good UI and we can get our tasks history. When we are meeting we can save time by knowing the aim of our meeting before hand. We can record good videos in it and can have meetings one on one and one to many. It structures the meeting in apt way and hence every team member is well awared that what his task is today. What do you dislike about Spinach AI?

It is not a standing out application as slack handles the things a little better than this. It is too simple with integrations and should focus on design for integrated items. However we can not say it is not good as it offers very intuitive interface and is easy for beginner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Spinach AI:

You have to wait for the better stable version of the product as the product is not mature enough at the current stage, however it is worth a try if your requirements are low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spinach AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We tried using it for some of our team meetings and compared it with other tools. It was very easy to use and looks very great. Collaboration on agenda was made simple for the team members. What do you like best about Spinach AI?

The slack integration is a game changer in order to build meeting agendas throughout the day/week/etc/ Recurring items, automatically moving unchecked items to the next meeting, priority sorting, and upvoting on discussions were all great features that helped run effective meetings and larger group Q&As. What do you dislike about Spinach AI?

The dashboard doesn't update in real time so if people add agenda items during a meeting or check off items you'd need to refresh your browser in order to see that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spinach AI?

I like how clean and organized it is. I like how it has a mobile website so you don't necessarily have to be near your computer to use it. This makes it highly convenient if you need to initiate a meeting and are on the other side of the building. What do you dislike about Spinach AI?

A lot of pop ups, sometimes the notifications don't pop up properly. I would say that the app could hold your hand a bit less, it seems like there is always an informational pop-up disrupting something I am doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spinach AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being more organized is a definite plus. I believe the benefit of it is, like I said previously, not being as tied to the computer are you usually are. Sometimes I am on the other side of the office and want to initiate a meeting.
