What do you like best about Spinach AI?

The core conceit of the software, that open tasks are carried over between meetings, is brilliant. It prevents items from being lost and creates amazing accountability for managers, like myself, on their 1:1s. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very little. I think some of the interfaces could use some work in terms of being intuitive, but that is why I rated them a 9 instead of a 10. They have room to improve, like everyone, and are working to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple yet powerful meeting tool - Soapbox"

What do you like best about Spinach AI?

I have been conducting one-on-one meetings for over 10years now with my direct reports and frankly never had such a handy tool to help me with these meetings. I used to use the old and trusted dairy to make notes, but not everyone did, and that led to a lot of issues.

Listed below are the features that I have used and liked.

Gets synced to my google calendar.

Pops-up when the g-meet starts, can be collapsed into a corner so it's not very intruding or taking up space on the screen.

Agenda can be set and crossed off when done.

Next steps can be added and responsible people can be tagged.

All of this comes on an email, always good to have everything in my inbox.

All in all this looks like a tool I'm going to get hooked on and get implemented throughout my organization. Thanks to you and your team for working on something so feature rich, simple yet elegant. Keep it up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spinach AI?

Nothing as such, its a new tool that I have just started to use and so far its met all my expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spinach AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its made my one-on-one meetings very productive, there is no more freewheeling in these meetings now. Both me and my direct reports are able to set the agenda and discuss everything important. We make notes and also add Next Steps which get tagged to the responsible person with a Due date. The best part is that I get email reminders for my next tasks before the due date and that helps me ensure that I have finished them on time.

This tool is so well synced with Google calendar and Google Meet that it popups right when my google meet starts with the list of my agenda. Its simply Awesome!

What do you like best about Spinach AI?

I like that Soapbox is pretty easy to use and I have plenty of space on there to make a lot of videos if I need to. I also like that they provide a button to not just copy the link to send to others, but to copy the link with a thumbnail. I think it's a little more attractive that way. What do you dislike about Spinach AI?

I don't like that Soapbox can be unreliable for me. Sometimes my videos come through nicely, but a lot of times the audio cuts out a little or gets out of sync with the video. When I make a video, I need to watch it to make sure it comes through cleanly. HEADS UP: If I copy the video link and pull it up in my browser, it will come through cleanly no matter what, but won't necessarily come through cleanly for others. To make sure my review of the video is accurate, I pull it up in an incognito window and it seems to be more accurate to what others would see when they view my video. What problems is Spinach AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've tried Hippo Video, Loom, and Soapbox, and I mostly use Loom or Soapbox. I don't pay for any of them, so while Loom is the most reliable, the longest I can record for is 5 minutes. Soapbox has streaks of reliability for me (sometimes it works really consitently, then other times it stops), but it doesn't have a time limit, so I use if for longer videos. What do you like best about Spinach AI?

We were able to jump right in and start using SoapBox for our meetings as we were running them. It's very easy to get set up and using the software. The app helps you to make meetings more productive. You can assign actions to individuals, share agendas with contacts ahead of time, and record notes as you're in a meeting. The integration with 3rd party tools like Google Calendar and Chrome works really well.

What do you like best about Spinach AI?

I like using soapbox to record meeting notes and how it syncs with my calendar. I also feel more productive with it during meetings. Ever since my company has started using it I have felt like our meetings are shorter without the fluff. It's cut out the unsurety of a meeting and after the small talk dies down and everyone looks at each other wondering how to proceed from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spinach AI?

If I was ever to switch companies I wouldn't be able to bring my questions with me which is unfortunate. I would also mention the UI. I find it difficult to find things that I'm looking for. The problem I'm solving with Soapbox is that it keeps our meetings productive. It saves us from wasting time and keeps us on task. I feel more productive and I wish other companies that I've worked at in the past had Soapbox. Quick and easy way of adding agenda items to meetings and assign tasks and actions for people (next steps) to follow up on.
