What do you like best about Spinach AI?

It's very user friendly. Makes it easy for me to have all my notes for meetings in one place. I also like that you can tick off the points discussed, add actions and assign these to yourself or others. The after meeting transcript that gets emailed is also super useful. My most important meeting each week is my 1:1s. Most managers underutilize these meetings. Hypercontext helps me add structure and efficiency to these meetings, improving relationships and productivity with my team. What do you like best about Spinach AI?

Both as an individual, and as a team we love the ability for anyone to add agenda items and move the priority of them. Some team members have also embraced the ability to review previous meeting notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spinach AI?

I'd most like some integrations with other tools I use. Tooling such as Todoist (tasks), Fantastical (calendar) and ActiveDirectory (SSO). Perhaps some video training we can embed in our onboarding processes would be useful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spinach AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I initially signed up for Hypercontext to manage my onboarding meetings and getting to know team members (with a large, custom agenda). The development team currently makes use of Hypercontext to manage a regular tech huddle to discuss any issues and learnings we have. Personally, I make use of Hypercontext to manage my one-on-ones with my team members.

In the future we hope our sales reps will be able to use Hypercontext to help potential customers understand what we will work through in demos and onboarding processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool is an incredibly helpful tool to run meeting agendas and keep track of the next steps. Additionally, it recommends helpful talking points depending on the type of meeting. You can schedule to-dos for future dates and to specific people. You can also attach agendas to continuous meetings and make new agendas for one-time meetings. What do you dislike about Spinach AI?

At times Hypercontext can be super glitchy especially when accessing it from Google Calendar. More times than not it doesn't open to the correct agenda for that calendar event or won't open to any agenda at all and you'll have to open up a new tab. Additionally, sometimes there are glitches so you can't close out a meeting or task properly and it appears on the next agenda for a continuous meeting even though you thought you closed it out. These glitches aren't so bad to make the tool un-useful but without them, it would be a lot better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
