Clio helps me get paid. Clio helps me track my work. I think possibly the greatest asset is that it allows me to properly track my time and makes it easy to get emails in there. It does work with some other tools and has some decent, quite a big library of integrations. You can also build your own integration, so that's very helpful. Sometimes I run into issues when transferring specific tasks between different cases. There are times I want to split tasks up for clients, but I end up having to do it manually. Importing also feels quite basic at the moment, although they do say they’re moving forward with improvements. On top of that, API access is locked behind a more expensive tier. Primarily with respect to trust accounting, it helps ensure that clients pay their bills by sending reminders. It also helps me make sure I bill for the time I’ve worked for each client. In my work, it has to improve in reporting and analytic capabilities, especially access to structured exports, APIs, or audit logs for deeper analysis. The billing dashboard is well-organized and user-friendly. Key information is easily accessible, which supports efficient day-to-day use by legal and finance teams. The tool does a good job of consolidating billing data in one place. This centralization enhances transparency and reduces reliance on fragmented spreadsheets. The time recording functionality is intuitive and aligns well with legal workflows. It supports accurate capture of billable hours, which is critical for both internal reporting and client billing. The biggest thing I would say is that, like any AI tool, you still have to review its work. It can save me a tremendous amount of time, but I never want to just accept something without looking it over. I’d also like to see continued improvements in some of the customization and workflow features. That said, I’ve seen Supio continue to evolve, which is one of the things I appreciate about it. Supio is helping solve the biggest problem I have in my day-to-day work: there is just too much information and not enough time. I spend a lot of time reviewing medical records, organizing information, and putting together demand packages, and Supio helps me get through that information much faster. It gives me a starting point instead of making me start from scratch. That means I can spend more of my time on the parts of my job that actually require my experience and judgment, rather than spending hours digging through records and doing repetitive tasks. I don’t like that the statement options are tied to the matter screen. For example, we list INITIAL, INTERIM & FINAL on all our statements, and we have to change that on the matter screen. Once you change it, all reprinted statements are marked with whatever the last Phase was that you entered on the matter screen.

Also, in General Ledger (when you enter a check), it would be really helpful if you could copy and paste. When you have an entry with multiple accounts where the cost will be split up, you add the accounts (or they are autopopulated from the last check) and then you should be able to split the amount evenly across the accounts by highlighting them and copying and pasting. TABS handles everything for us: billing, timekeeper entries, issuing checks for payments, and the firm’s general ledger accounting. We also use Practice Master for case management, along with all of our productivity and hour-recap reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I still do not like the logging you out automatically. I understand it is likely for security purposes, however if logging out could at least keep the tabs you had open in Neos opened that would be great. I also mostly love the note section however when I hit enter to make a space for a new paragraph, or notation it just does a single space. I am unsure if this is user error or if its with the system. Sometimes it does do the correct spacing, but the majority of the time it the space is right under the last words of the last sentence without the proper spacing resulting in a double space when enter is clicked again. Practice Panther has a solid infrastructure but could use updates to its website and mobile app esthetics. The mobile application functions more like a browser webpage, which can make it a bit cumbersome to use on a phone or tablet. However, that might just be a user preference. My only dislike (and this is very minor) when I type in "F" for State, instead of automatically defaulting to Florida, where I am located, it defaults to the Federated States of Micronesia and then I must click down. TimeSolv handles all of my invoicing and billing needs. TimeSolv integrates so well with payment providers and others it make the invoicing process so smooth. My clients are very happy with how the invoicing process works. I am happy that invoice generation and submission process is virtually seemless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My main area for improvement would be consistency across courts. Filings with the courts we use most often process smoothly, but less common jurisdictions occasionally have formatting requirements that aren't clearly flagged in advance. When a filing is rejected, the explanation isn't always specific enough to identify what needs correcting, which can lead to delays when working against a deadline. More detailed, plain-language rejection messages would be a meaningful improvement. InfoTrack solves the problem of court filing being spread across too many disconnected systems. Before we adopted it, e-filing a single matter meant working between the court portal, a separate process server, and Clio, re-entering the same client and matter information at each step and re-uploading documents repeatedly. The process was slow and left room for errors, including rejected filings caused by formatting mistakes.

Now I e-file directly from InfoTrack with the case details already pulled from Clio, arrange service in the same workflow, and the stamped documents sync back into the correct matter automatically. This has saved me several hours each week and reduced the number of rejected filings, while giving us a reliable record of exactly what was filed and served, and when. Lawmatics reduces the amount of manual work involved in bringing on new clients. Having automated reminders, communications, and tasks helps our team stay consistent and responsive without having to remember every individual follow-up.
