“Easy Billing, Simple Docketing, and a Helpful Client Portal”
What do you like best about Clio Manage?

Clio makes it really easy for me to bill my clients and get paid. I also really like how simple it is to docket, which used to be a huge pain point for me. The client portal is especially helpful, since I absolutely hate email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clio Manage?

My prior practice management had a very robust accounting software built in, and Clio doesn't have that. I have to pay for a separate accounting product, which kind of duplicates the work a little, so that's not great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clio Manage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clio helps me get paid. Clio helps me track my work. I think possibly the greatest asset is that it allows me to properly track my time and makes it easy to get emails in there. It does work with some other tools and has some decent, quite a big library of integrations. You can also build your own integration, so that's very helpful. “Easy-to-Use Platform with Seamless Payments and Reliable Performance”
What do you like best about 8am MyCase?

The software is very easy to use, and the seamless integration with payments, including client portal access, is highly advantageous for my clients. The payment system, along with the accounting module and trust accounting, has also been very helpful for my solo practice. Compared with other platforms, it seems to understand exactly what I need without making things too complicated.

The performance is quite good. They are upgrading the interface, but I have never experienced any downtime or similar issues. The pricing is well aligned with the market. They do provide the service, and the system performs exactly as expected at a reasonable price.

The support and onboarding were quite good. The individual who brought me on board was very helpful in resolving small issues, such as connecting my bank account. Although it does have AI features, I have only used them a couple of times. I do not generally use them, but it is nice to have them available when I want to explore them further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am MyCase?

Sometimes I run into issues when transferring specific tasks between different cases. There are times I want to split tasks up for clients, but I end up having to do it manually. Importing also feels quite basic at the moment, although they do say they’re moving forward with improvements. On top of that, API access is locked behind a more expensive tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 8am MyCase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Primarily with respect to trust accounting, it helps ensure that clients pay their bills by sending reminders. It also helps me make sure I bill for the time I’ve worked for each client. In addition, it serves as an essential repository where our clients can access their specific information on a case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Streamlined Legal Management with Room to Improve”
What do you like best about Legistify?

I use Legistify to manage legal documents and handle compliance-related tasks efficiently. The platform is easy to use and saves a lot of time by simplifying legal workflows and providing reliable legal support. It solves the problem of managing multiple legal processes by organizing everything into one platform. I'm impressed by its user-friendly interface that simplifies complex legal processes, which definitely saves time while creating documentation. I appreciate how straightforward and well-guided the initial setup is, with clear steps. Our team found that moving to Legistify helped centralize legal workflows, making processes more streamlined and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Legistify?

In my work, it has to improve in reporting and analytic capabilities, especially access to structured exports, APIs, or audit logs for deeper analysis. Better integration options with data pipelines and more granular metadata around documents and workflows would also make it easier to track, monitor, and automate legal data at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Legistify solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Legistify to manage legal documents and compliance efficiently. It simplifies legal workflows, saves time, and organizes multiple processes on an easy platform, reducing effort spent on legal documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Easy Billing and Expense Tracking with LawPay”
What do you like best about 8am LawPay?

LawPay makes it easy for me to stay on top of my billing and expenses. I can quickly record payments against invoices, see which balances are still open, and keep track of what’s due. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am LawPay?

I dislike that LawPay doesn’t let me quickly apply a single payment across multiple open invoices for the same client. Instead, LawPay requires me to open each invoice individually and apply the payment there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 8am LawPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

LawPay keeps my billing and invoice records organized in one platform, and it lets me sort invoices by client or by matter whenever I need to. This saves me time and keeps me focused on my legal work. The cost of the application is well within my budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I honestly don't know how we ever lived without it. Amazing practice management; fabulous support; and the integration with our Court's e-filing system makes everything so easy. ME
“A Huge Time-Saver That Fits Personal Injury Workflows Perfectly”
What do you like best about Supio?

What I like most about Supio is how much time it saves me. As a paralegal, I’m constantly juggling a million things, and having a tool that can quickly pull information together and help me get a head start on a case is huge. I also really like that it was built with the actual workflow of a personal injury practice in mind. It doesn’t feel like a generic AI tool that I have to figure out how to make useful, it actually fits into the work I’m already doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supio?

The biggest thing I would say is that, like any AI tool, you still have to review its work. It can save me a tremendous amount of time, but I never want to just accept something without looking it over. I’d also like to see continued improvements in some of the customization and workflow features. That said, I’ve seen Supio continue to evolve, which is one of the things I appreciate about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Supio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Supio is helping solve the biggest problem I have in my day-to-day work: there is just too much information and not enough time. I spend a lot of time reviewing medical records, organizing information, and putting together demand packages, and Supio helps me get through that information much faster. It gives me a starting point instead of making me start from scratch. That means I can spend more of my time on the parts of my job that actually require my experience and judgment, rather than spending hours digging through records and doing repetitive tasks. “TABS: Easy to Navigate with Powerful Reporting and Billing Insights”
What do you like best about Tabs3 Software?

My firm and I have used TABS for 25+ years, and I find it easy to navigate once you understand the ins and outs. There’s a vast array of reports and different ways to view your data and billing—some I’ve probably never even tapped into—but everything is just a keystroke away. Setting up matters is straightforward, and it conveniently defaults to the last setting used. Every time I call Customer Support, my issue gets resolved, and I always end up thinking I should have called sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tabs3 Software?

I don’t like that the statement options are tied to the matter screen. For example, we list INITIAL, INTERIM & FINAL on all our statements, and we have to change that on the matter screen. Once you change it, all reprinted statements are marked with whatever the last Phase was that you entered on the matter screen.

Also, in General Ledger (when you enter a check), it would be really helpful if you could copy and paste. When you have an entry with multiple accounts where the cost will be split up, you add the accounts (or they are autopopulated from the last check) and then you should be able to split the amount evenly across the accounts by highlighting them and copying and pasting. You can’t do that there—you have to click into each account and enter the amount manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tabs3 Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

TABS handles everything for us: billing, timekeeper entries, issuing checks for payments, and the firm’s general ledger accounting. We also use Practice Master for case management, along with all of our productivity and hour-recap reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Neos Review”
What do you like best about Assembly Neos?

Neos has really improved its notes section. We used to have issues with notes not saving, and since they've added the feature to allow us to save changes before moving on to something else, it has really helped. The advanced search has also really helped find specific things we need or are looking for from cases. This really helped with second-guessing things. It still really helps us as a team keep up with every client's case and to ensure we know what was last worked on and with who. Having things organized is the best way to keep things functional. I also like that the "recently searched" list has grown much longer. This really helps if I need to pull up someone I had opened earlier in the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?

I still do not like the logging you out automatically. I understand it is likely for security purposes, however if logging out could at least keep the tabs you had open in Neos opened that would be great. I also mostly love the note section however when I hit enter to make a space for a new paragraph, or notation it just does a single space. I am unsure if this is user error or if its with the system. Sometimes it does do the correct spacing, but the majority of the time it the space is right under the last words of the last sentence without the proper spacing resulting in a double space when enter is clicked again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?

It keeps all of our clients documents and important information together. It also gives us easy access to our clients information. Also giving us access to a calendar to keep up with events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Cloudlex for three years. Working with them, from migration of the information from our old database to Cloudlex’s, training for our staff, quick action from them when submitting a ticket for support, and overall ease of usage of the product is exceptional. I previewed several programs prior to choosing Cloudlex and chose them because it has every function I wanted, from reports, event calendaring, and workflows that send us a task on a daily basis. There are many programs out there, but Cloudlex does it all, from faxing, emails, integration of Word, and much more. We are very happy with our choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Efficient Case Management with Convenient Invoice and Case-Flow Tools”
What do you like best about PracticePanther?

An efficient case management option that includes features other CM services charge extra for. The invoice management tools and case-flow features are especially convenient for day-to-day practice management. The integrations are plentiful, or at least meet that which is offered through other case management services that I have utilized in the past. Overall, PracticePanther is a good option for running a law practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PracticePanther?

Practice Panther has a solid infrastructure but could use updates to its website and mobile app esthetics. The mobile application functions more like a browser webpage, which can make it a bit cumbersome to use on a phone or tablet. However, that might just be a user preference. “Great Software Switched From Clio”
What do you like best about TimeSolv?

I have been using TimeSolv since I formed my firm in 2021. The product works great and having used other similar products with prior firms the differences between TimeSolv and the others are noticeable. More importantly, my clients love the way that TimeSolv shows expenses and the ability to upload receipts within the expense function is something that my clients' accounting departments have mentioned to me is something they appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeSolv?

My only dislike (and this is very minor) when I type in "F" for State, instead of automatically defaulting to Florida, where I am located, it defaults to the Federated States of Micronesia and then I must click down. Again this is very minor. This is an excellent product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeSolv solving and how is that benefiting you?

TimeSolv handles all of my invoicing and billing needs. TimeSolv integrates so well with payment providers and others it make the invoicing process so smooth. “InfoTrack + Clio: Seamless E-Filing and Service That Saves Hours”
What do you like best about InfoTrack?

What I like best is how InfoTrack pulls our whole filing process into one place and works hand-in-hand with Clio. Before, getting a single matter filed and served meant bouncing between the court portal, a separate process server, and Clio, re-entering the same client and matter details and re-uploading the same documents over and over. Now I e-file straight from InfoTrack with the case details already pulled from Clio, add service in the same flow, and the stamped documents sync right back into the matter automatically. It's genuinely saved me a few hours a week, and our newer staff can pick it up without much hand-holding because the step-by-step flow just makes sense.

The part I didn't expect to appreciate so much is the peace of mind. Because everything ties back to Clio, I always have a clear record of exactly what was filed and served, when, and with the confirmations attached right in the matter, so when someone asks "did that go out?" I can answer in seconds instead of digging through three different systems. Between the time saved and fewer rejected filings, it's more than earned its place in how we work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfoTrack?

My main area for improvement would be consistency across courts. Filings with the courts we use most often process smoothly, but less common jurisdictions occasionally have formatting requirements that aren't clearly flagged in advance. When a filing is rejected, the explanation isn't always specific enough to identify what needs correcting, which can lead to delays when working against a deadline. More detailed, plain-language rejection messages would be a meaningful improvement. Support has generally been helpful, though response times can be longer during peak filing periods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

InfoTrack solves the problem of court filing being spread across too many disconnected systems. Before we adopted it, e-filing a single matter meant working between the court portal, a separate process server, and Clio, re-entering the same client and matter information at each step and re-uploading documents repeatedly. The process was slow and left room for errors, including rejected filings caused by formatting mistakes.

Now I e-file directly from InfoTrack with the case details already pulled from Clio, arrange service in the same workflow, and the stamped documents sync back into the correct matter automatically. This has saved me several hours each week and reduced the number of rejected filings, while giving us a reliable record of exactly what was filed and served, and when. That last point has been especially valuable, since I can confirm the status of any filing in seconds rather than searching through multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Scalable, Customizable, and Reliable—A Backbone for High-Volume Case Management”
What do you like best about eimmigration by Cerenade?

I’ve been using this software for over 20 years, and it has been the backbone of our firm’s operations. As someone managing a high-volume caseload, it allows us to work on hundreds of cases efficiently while keeping our team aligned. We can easily manage client profiles, reuse data, generate forms, and send complete case packets digitally, saving both time and resources.

One of the biggest advantages that we've been able to customize parts of the system to better fit our processes, which adds a lot of flexibility.

Overall, it’s a critical tool for staying organized and scaling operations. Losing it would be incredibly disruptive to our practice.

“Memtime Makes Accurate Time Tracking Effortless with Xero Projects”
What do you like best about Memtime?

Here’s a polished review you could use:

I’ve been using Memtime to track my time and integrate it with our Xero Projects, and I’ve been really impressed with it.

As an accountant, accurate time recording is important, but I’ve always found manual timesheets or constantly logging in and out of different systems quite frustrating. Memtime has made this much easier.

What I particularly like is that I can work freely throughout the day, then go back at the end of the day and clearly see what I’ve worked on. From there, I can update my timesheets accurately without having to rely on memory. I also have the option to log time as I go along and link it directly with our Xero projects.

The interface is simple, efficient, and easy to use. It has made time recording much less of a chore and has helped me be more accurate with project time.

Overall, I think Memtime is a great piece of software and I would definitely recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the document generation feature really useful because it allows everything related to a case to be housed within the system. Plus, I love how it's really buildable, letting us create different functions if needed. It definitely streamlines the process for case management and has more abilities than other systems we've used. I appreciate having everything within one system, which makes it easier than having multiple windows open on my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filevine?

Setting up Filevine was not easy at all for my company. I know that it took them more than a year to get it live and code all the documents. We've had it for two years, and I know that they're still constantly coding documents and making updates. It was not an easy transition for my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
